Mercure Mont Saint Michel

In general the experience is good. The room is big enough, The only down side was the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The guy at the bar which is also the receptionist was extremely rude. We told him we booked a table. His reply was ‘so?’. We then told him we were early. His reply was ‘so?’. Not sure it’s the right attitude working at the restaurant. Otherwise the rest is fine.

모두 다 훌륭했습니다. 화장실과 세면대가 분리된 구조이고, 조식도 깔끔했습니다. 네스프레소 머신도 있었구요

객실은 매우 깨끗하고 정리가 잘 되어 있었고 냄새도 나지 않았습니다. 객실에 슬리퍼가 없어서 아쉬웠던 걸 빼면 다 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 좋았어요 커피도 맛있었고. 직원들도 참 친절했습니다.

Non respect des consignes exemple demande de pas faire la chambre le premier jour pas respecté le deuxième jour devons rendre les clés avant 12h00 en revenant à 9h30 du petit déjeuner je trouve 3 femmes de ménage dans la chambre Insupportable et irrespectueux en vers le client Chambre très limité pour un 4 étoiles pour moi à peine 2 étoiles Baignoire en plastique non stable et ce deforme en montant dedans Chambre très bruyante poignée de porte pour rentrer dans la chambre risque de s'arracher Très déçu Seul point positif le personnel de l'accueil

Hôtel très agréable, bonne chambre, le personnel était très accueillant, le petit déjeuner était bien.
