This is a very good hotel for basic night stay when traveling. The accommodations are basic but clean and nice. Parking is good and there are fast chargers nearby. Staff is very friendly as well. Breakfast includes local produced food.

Bei der Ankunft der Schock - Großbaustelle, ….das Hotel wird umgebaut. Und die Straßen zum Hotel werden ebenfalls neu gemacht und sind zur Zeit Schotterpisten mit Teststrecke für Schlaglöcher. Das beworbene Restaurant ebenfalls wegen Umbau geschlossen. Bei der Buchung nirgendwo ein Hinweis….selbst bei einem direkten Kontakt mit dem Hotel bezüglich meines Wunsches „Barrierefreiheit“ kein Hinweis, das ist schon unverschämt. Das Zimmer war schon mehr oder weniger fertig. Der Fernseher war so „intelligent“ montiert, dass ich mir 2 mal den Kopf gestoßen habe, als ich vom „Tisch“ aufgestanden bin…an den Wänden klebten noch die Notizzettel der Handwerker. Richtig übel war dann das Bad, unfertige Wände, die Gipskartonplatten als Oberfläche, der Boden dreckig und den Duschbereich wollte ich nicht barfuß betreten. Haken oder ähnliches für die Handtücher - Fehlanzeige. Am frühen Abend kein warmes Wasser. Nach Rückfrage ob wenigstens morgens warmes Wasser verfügbar - ja. So stellt man sich keine Übernachtung im Hotel vor.

The reception staff were fantastic, helpful, freindly. The family room was very spacious, clean well laid out. There was some refurbishment work going on but there was very minimal disruption. As their restaurant was closed due to refurb we were able to take the very short walk to Le Cosy next door. Would stay again.

Nice and clean. Easy access from the motor way and charging for electric car outside. Absolutely worth the money.

Door een verbouwing is het restaurant, de begane grond en 1e etage gesloten. Ook is er geen lift. Dat is waardeloos als je slecht ter been bent en 4 trappen op moet lopen. Gelukkig hielp de receptionist met het dragen van de tassen omhoog. Her ontbijt was in het hotel ernaast en dat was prima.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été surpris par l'odeur de cigarette que dégageait la chambre et consternés par l'état de celle-ci. La propreté était loin d'être au rendez-vous : -Des mégots de cigarettes jonchaient le sol de la salle de bain, témoignant d'un manque flagrant de ménage. -Plus grave encore, j'ai découvert du CANNABIS sur le lit, ce qui est inacceptable du point de vue de l'hygiène et de la sécurité. -Pour ne rien arranger, les draps étaient visiblement sales et le lit n'était qu'à moitié fait. -L'odeur de cannabis dans la cage d'escalier à 1h30 du matin (une autre chambre nous a été attribuée suite à nos plaintes). Je précise tout de même que je suis cliente fidèle de cette établissement, et que j'y ai déjà séjourné à deux reprises auparavant, toujours dans des conditions satisfaisantes. La réponse de la direction Mme Hu : Nous prenons bien note de vos retours et nous vous en remercions.. Effectivement un oubli de mise en nettoyage de la chambre est arrivé. C'est pourquoi notre réception est ouverte 24h/24 pour palier à ces éventualités. Nous constatons que nos collaborateurs vous ont trouvé une nouvelle chambre en contrepartie pour que vous puissiez y loger avec votre famille. Comprenez bien évidemment que dans le cas où nos collaborateurs n'auraient pas trouvé d'alternative, nous vous aurions délogés chez des confrères. Mais une solution alternative a bien été trouvée. Et soyez rassuré que nous avons fait remonter cet incident. AUCUNE EXCUSES, INADMISSIBLE

Really fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Great bathroom and shower. Accommodated us as a family of four with two dogs without any fuss. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Restaurant a couple of buildings down provided excellent evening meal. Would happily stay here again.

Room was very basic but very very clean...perfect stay over...u would need to be driving to stay here...but we had no issues with hotel..had a problem with tv but receptionist was vvvvv lovely and sorted it...breakfast everything you need fom a continental breakfast...would differently stay here again.

One night stay in a family room. Beds were very clean and comfortable but the room was very dusty. Breakfast was very disappointing, the pastries did not appear to be at all fresh, although the bread was nice. We paid €240 and it was not good value. Wouldn’t recommend it.

It was really sparse. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Beds were rock hard.

Sauberes Zimmer, ruhig, geräumiges und komfortables Bad

Bedden hard maar goed. Hotel gebruikt als tussen stop voor door reis. Hier is het erg geschikt voor.

Empfang sehr freundlich, 24 Stunden präsent. Zimmer sauber, frisch gestrichen (man riecht es leider noch), neue Einrichtung, aber sehr, sehr schlicht. Bett und Kopfkissen hart. Kaum Möbel. Da wir das Fenster offen lassen wollen/mussten hörten wir die ganze Nacht das Surren eines Generators. Fazit: wir wollten ein günstige Unterkunft nicht weit von der Autobahn, um uns auf unserer langen Tour auszuruhen. Das hat mit Ohrstöpseln geklappt.

J'étais bien accueilli, la chambre était nickel, seul petit bémol, les murs pas trop épais mais sinon nickel.

Alles goed, wel erg kleine kamertjes…

Nous avions une chambre près de la montée d'escaliers donc très bruyante. La chambre est petite mais confortable. Si elles sont insonorisées lors du rafraîchissement, ce sera parfait !

Très bon accueil malgré l’heure tardive de mon arrivée. La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, mais la salle d’eau est un peu étroite. Le petit déjeuner est varié et assez complet.

The toilet flushing mechanism was broken and since we arrived late, I didn’t discover it until the morning. The bed was uncomfortable and the sink water was scalding hot in the morning. When I tried to telling the gentleman at the front desk about the issues, he wrote down the wrong room number and brushed me off.

Price quality wise the room was perfect. The lady at the reception of the day of arrival was really kind and helpful.

Las habitaciones y aparcamiento están bien. La accesibilidad al recinto debería estar un poco más clara

Sehr ruhiges , sehr sauberes Hotel . Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal !! Perfekte Anbindung an Autobahn, somit gut geeignet zur Durchreise . Werde sicher gerne wieder dort übernachten !

Nice hotel. Stopped over as a midpoint to Calais so easy to get to very comfy very quiet

Heel goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, ligt wel in industriezone van Dijon, met openbaar vervoer is centrum moeilijk te bereiken hoewel dat maar op 10 minuten rijafstand ligt. Maar er zijn meerdere hotels in de buurt en men is nog bezig infrastructuur aan te leggen, misschien komt dat nog.

The property had plenty of parking and although it was a fair distance from the centre of Dijon, there was a couple of good restaurants within walking distance to the hotel, so dinner was not a problem. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

Le dernier jour (samedi matin) lors du petit déjeuner il y avait de petits morceaux de verre dans mon assiette J’ai croqué sans le voir et retiré de ma bouche J’ai informé l’hôtesse, une remise commerciale ne m’a pas été proposé, je suis restée discrète vis à vis de la clientèle présente

Travelling with wife and son from Spain to the Netherlands. Stopped here for one night. Airco did not work, and breakfast was bit limited with bread that was not fresh. Dinner in nearby restaurant with discount of this hotel was plus.

Très décevant ! Hotel moderne et chambre spacieuse. Aucun agrément dans la chambre : pas de bouteille d'eau, ni bouilloire, ni mouchoirs.. Petit déjeuner au choix très limité et produits industriels En plus...pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre. Et je n'étais pas la seule chambre.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait plus de restaurant

Un peu déçu, principalement à cause du petit-déjeuner, payé la modique somme de 11 €. Le matin, je demande s’il y a d’autres fruits que des pommes. On me répond : « Non monsieur, nous travaillons en circuit court avec des produits locaux. C’est un nouveau modèle du groupe Accor. » Je signale alors que d’autres produits locaux existent pourtant en ce moment, comme des poires… Ensuite, si vous n’avez pas la chance d’être parmi les premiers au petit-déjeuner, les quelques baguettes artisanales disponibles au début sont rapidement remplacées par des produits industriels précuits surgelés, bien loin de l’image « locale » mise en avant. Le marketing et le discours commercial ont clairement leurs limites.

Zeer veel lawaai.. Tot midden in de nacht waren ze precies de kamers boven ons aan het verbouwen. Kamers waren niet proper. En ontbijt was ook zeer slecht oud brood en croissants.
