Cute little room was clean and well kept. Had lockers for each person to store their items in and two separate safes in our room for 4 people. Breakfast was nothing special (croissant, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, eggs, bacon, sausage, meat, cheese) and a bit disorganized. If I stayed again I wouldn’t spend 15 Euros per person for the breakfast. Cute parking lot, 18 Euros for one night. Was easy and secure and I’m glad I didn’t have to try to find parking elsewhere. Location for visiting Lourdes Sanctuaire can’t be beat. Just at the end of the block. Was quiet and comfortable.

Excellent stay. Food was delicious, good quality. The bar area for happy hour was excellent. The parking was safe. The location was so convenient to the Sanctuary. Staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. I would stay here again.

Posizione davvero comoda, vicino al santuario e ai vari negozi e ristoranti. Staff gentilissimo e professionale, ci hanno addirittura prestato la sedia a rotelle gratuitamente. Colazione buona, con le cose essenziali, il tavolo riservato con il nome. Stanze uguali come nelle foto, da migliorare il fatto che non usino le lenzuola e la presenza di un unico ascensore funzionante. Locale pulito, anche le camere. Danno anche la possibilità di parcheggiare il proprio scooter per disabili e di caricarlo.

Bon séjour globalement L’emplacement est exceptionnel pour l’accès au sanctuaire Le parking public est à 2 minutes à pied mais on déplore que le prix soit non négocié Une mauvaise odeur rance se dégage des couloirs avec de la moquette au sol Les chambres 4 lits simples sont spacieuses et bien agencées avec 2 lits en bas et 2 lits en mezzanine Climatisation très pratique vue la chaleur actuelle même si un peu bruyante À l’accueil, nous n’avons pas été guidé pour rejoindre l’hôtel ou la ville avait plusieurs accès fermé On a dû se débrouiller seuls et perdre 45 mins … Au Check in tout s’est bien passé, il y a dans le hall une boisson rafraîchissante à disposition

The hotel room needs a deep cleaning. The carpet was dirty. The shower needs to be upgraded. The shower curtain has molds. We don’t even want to go in the shower nor seat on the toilet. The AC was not working. The breakfast was decent.

Hotel Roissy is in an excellent location for visiting the Sanctuary of Lourdes, very close to St. Joseph’s Gate. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, we had a balcony which added extra space to our room. Towels changed every day. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the duvet and pillow covers, so comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there are lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Overall we would highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel didn't live up to four stars. Small room, tiny shower, a few bugs spotted in the bedroom. The breakfast was pretty expensive, and lots of food choices, but quality the worst of several hotels we have stayed at this trip. Coffee tasted like Nescafe instant.

Great location, but the hotel is 2-3 star, not 4 star. Mattress was like a futon, small scratchy towels, AC would not work below 74 (felt hotter), and a rather sparse breakfast.

You can’t wrong if you are visiting Lourdes, you are a less than five minute walk to the grotto! The staff is attentive and very quick to resolve any issues. Our air conditioning was off in the room when we arrived and they dealt with it right away and the a/c temperature was great. We also paid for the buffet breakfast when booking and it was totally worth it. A full spread including gluten free toast/breads/crackers for someone like myself with gluten allergy. The rooms are clean, yes a bit dated like others have said, but the beds were comfortable, showers spacious, and modern. For the price it is definitely a place I would stay if back in Lourdes one day.

Nice modern room, comfy beds and excellent value restaurant with cooked breakfast buffet. Literally a few minutes walk from the Lourdes grotto complex. We were so pleased we booked Hotel Roissy.

Air condition wasn’t working at all. Was keeping going the reception but their keep lying that the AC is on but in the room it wasn’t on at all. So be careful guys this place needs a renovation ASAP. Staff also rude.

Excellent staff, who go out of their way to help. Breakfast ok but ran out of hot food by 9am and we had to wait till more was made by which time we’d eaten other things that were available. Walls a little thin, you could hear your neighbours very clearly.

A place of hell in Lourdes. We booked this hotel due to AC but they switched it off. Manager called at night just to scold me saying that I called every second fr AC. She said AC is on for heating in winter. But AC is totally off, no heat air coming out. Room got separate toilet (like prison) and shower. Receptionist male always say ‘no’. We asked for room change but he said hotel is full. Such a lier. You can still book at expedia on that day with Expedia. Better go to b&b without AC would be cheaper. They are taking advantage of pilgrims flocking there and ripping us off. Notra Dame will surely punish Roissy. Housekeeper throw my paper bag (got frustrated but forgave as she is very kind and good) and after that incident, we noticed AC was usually on.

Location was perfect- close to Sanctuary. Hotel was clean, bar staff very friendly. The front desk and staff as a whole were not accommodating nor did they go above and beyond to help. I was there 10 days but they wouldn’t let me have late checkout, I asked for more coffee at front desk and said no, I would have to pay, and since I had to check out, I needed some leftover food heated up but restaurant said no cause they were closed. I hope to come back to Lourdes next year but I will not stay at this hotel.

Booked for 2 nights. Staff did not clean the room. We asked for towels twice - once mid day, and another before we left for dinner. We had to ask again before we got fresh towels. Disappointed with this stay, but I know staff can also be busy because the hotels hosts a lot of pilgrims. Just wished the experience was better.

What makes this hotel great are the staff. They are all willing to help and very accommodating. Great location for the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, you are there in 5 minutes. You feel safe because of the atmosphere and everything is walkable. There's also a nearby bus stop if you want to go around Lourdes and to the centre of town. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast was included in our booking and added a dinner option when we arrived, you can get a discounted price if you have booked bed and breakfast so it's 19 euro for a 3 course meal which is great value in Lourdes. The bed was very comfortable and there was a small fridge in the room which is convenient. The only thing to perhaps improve could be that there's no iron in the room, you need to go downstairs to use steam iron. Bathroom a bit outdated and could be improved.

Hotel Roissy is in an excellent location for visiting the Sanctuary of Lourdes, very close to St. Joseph’s Gate. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, we had a balcony which added extra space to our room. Towels changed every day. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the duvet and pillow covers, so comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there are lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Overall we would highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent stay. Food was delicious, good quality. The bar area for happy hour was excellent. The parking was safe. The location was so convenient to the Sanctuary. Staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. I would stay here again.

The hotel didn't live up to four stars. Small room, tiny shower, a few bugs spotted in the bedroom. The breakfast was pretty expensive, and lots of food choices, but quality the worst of several hotels we have stayed at this trip. Coffee tasted like Nescafe instant.

Excellent staff, who go out of their way to help. Breakfast ok but ran out of hot food by 9am and we had to wait till more was made by which time we’d eaten other things that were available. Walls a little thin, you could hear your neighbours very clearly.

Disappointing service and broken air conditioning At check-in, a staff member heard our family speaking Ukrainian and addressed us in Russian. We explained that we are Ukrainian and, especially after Russia’s full-scale invasion, preferred English or French. She then spoke very quickly in French and claimed she did not speak English. However, when my wife later returned and apologized for reacting strongly to Russian, the same employee spoke to her perfectly well in English. This inconsistency made us very uncomfortable. Our room also had a broken air conditioner. Staff insisted it only needed more time, although it had already been running for three hours and the room remained unbearably hot and humid. Their first solution was a small fan. Only after considerable insistence were the four of us moved into two connecting rooms with functioning air conditioning. We appreciated the eventual move, but resolving such a basic problem should not have required a lengthy negotiation. Breakfast was acceptable but ordinary. Overall, the poor handling of both situations made our stay unnecessarily stressful.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very well located , close by the St. Joseph entrance to the Basilica . Clean , quiet room even though I was next to the elevator. I did not use the dinning facilities, so I cannot rate them. Only one problem and yes, it was a problem. The bed sheets. I had no problem with the mattress but the bed sheets were were like sleeping on sand paper. Truly awful and my skin was rubbed raw. Maybe it's some kind of very coarse muslin but the sheets were awful.
