I stayed two separate times in a span of a week in different rooms. The first stay the room was larger but had an ant issue and made the room feel dirty. However the second room I stayed in was clean but a bit smaller. Other than the ant issue I would stay at the hotel again as the buffet breakfast was very convenient for my stay.

I have read the reviews before I booked,i was skeptical,but said to myself maybe some people exaggerate,so went ahead and booked ,the check in was at 2pm we arrived at 1:40pm and was told the rooms are not ready, come back in half hour,Wich we did and again was not ready,finely at 3:30pm they gave us the rooms, Now the rooms were not cleaned well ,the bathroom same thing,shower handle loose can't adjust water temperature,all in all 2star out of 10 and I'm very generous,will never go back.

L’aria condizionata non funzionava e quando ci siamo lamentati ci hanno risposto di aprire le finestre così i 40 gradi esterni sarebbero entrati nella camera. Inoltre la colazione era molto scarsa di quantità dato che bisogna aspettare parecchio tempo per l’arrivo dei cornetti che poi erano sempre freddi

L’aria condizionata non funzionava e quando ci siamo lamentati ci hanno risposto di aprire le finestre così i 40 gradi esterni sarebbero entrati nella camera. Inoltre la colazione era molto scarsa di quantità dato che bisogna aspettare parecchio tempo per l’arrivo dei cornetti che poi erano sempre freddi

Le personel est super et toujours prêt à aider. La première douche a été froide comme s'il n'y avait pas assez d'eau chaude qui reste - l'eau à peine tiède au début devenait de plus en plus froide. Ils l'ont réglé ce problème par la suite. Le petit déjeuner était décevant : c'était essentiellement des pâtisseries avec quasiment rien de chaud.

We had one night at enea hotel. And we wouldnt recommwnt it at all. We found nails on the floor. Not just one, but three giant nails. There are no chances of missing the toenails, had the Room been cleaneed propeerly. I went to the reception to talk to the manager. Overall she was polite. But this time she didnt even say sorry, or anything. She didnt even mention a refund, witch was the least i expected after the incident. She didnt even glanze at me, she just gave me keys to another room. We Got the other room, the cleaning was better. But there where small hairs in the bedit. The hotel was old, the elevator felt like it where going to break Down every minute. The rooms were loud, you could hear everything from the corridors. The aircondition was bad ass Well. The only positive thing about this hotel is the parking, the somewhat smiling manager at the desk, and the mediocre breakfeast Not a four star hotel at all, safe your money and use it somewhere else. For your own good.

De los peores hoteles de 4 estrellas en los que me he quedado. El desayuno lleno de moscas, sin opciones de nada para comer, casi vacío y con un persona muy borde y poco receptivo. Nada recomendable.
