We stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms with our big “kids”. Hotel M has very Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Parking is safe and convenient. Super friendly owner and staff! The owner goes out of his way to help us get CNG Metano for our car rental! He and the staff also help us find everything — laundry, making our itineraries more efficient, good restaurant… etc . The restaurant across the hotel is superb! 5.0 on trip advisor, and the hotel owns it too. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful!

The hotel has private parking which is quite good for those traveling in rental cars. The room is standard simple and clean. Bathroom is alright, the cubicle doors are a little fiddly but got perfect water pressure. The staff is amazing, friendly and tentative, provided suggestions for dining. We had a delicious seafood dinner at one of the restaurants they recommended nearby!

This hotel’s employees are extremely nice and very helpful. They really went out of their way to make our visit great. The hotel is extremely clean and the outside is nicely landscaped. They have convenient onsite parking, which is a big plus in this area.

The street in front of the hotel and the surrounding area is a bit random, but somehow it's only a 20 min walk from the centre and from one of the entrances of the Pompeii archaeological site. Staff were excellent, offered some good advice on how to best experience the site and the town. Breakfast was ok. Free parking is handy. Overall a solid option for a 1 or 2 night stay if you are visiting the Pompeii sites.

Opposite of the hotel is a restaurant and a pizzeria which is popular with local clients.

Excellent hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice garden area to eat/sit/drink wine. Strangely though, they will only supply one small toilet paper roll at a time, so we ran out of TP twice and had to go to front desk each time to urgently get more TP. Excellent breakfast included, nice balcony.

My wife had always wanted to visit the Archaeological Park of Pompeii and we linked this into our trip to Rome for a six Nations Rugby Match. I found this hotel on the website and was impressed by the reviews it had received. I'm glad to say they all proved to be accurate as this was a great hotel to stay at. The first stand out was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Check in was painless and efficient and we were given a small map of the town showing some of the better restaurants to visit along with the closest entrance to the Park. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. The next morning after a good breakfast we were offered and accepted a lift to the park by one of the staff who also pointed out some of the other attractions modern Pompeii had to offer. Really happy to recommend this hotel to you.

Hotel Maiuri was a gem in Pompeii! beautiful clean rooms; nice professional staff and a lovely breakfast included. We were able to walk to it from the train station. We walked to a restaurant and had a lovely evening. The ruins were a bit of a hike but our group likes to walk. I would return to Hotel Maiuri without hesitation!

I have stayed in many hotels in Europe but none come up to superb standards I found in Hotel Maiuri. All the staff were welcoming often went well beyond what you expect today. The room facilities were of the highest quality and everything you could possibly wish for. The continental breakfast met everyone’s taste and again could not be faulted. Room cleanliness was immaculate. The lovely garden was an added bonus. I can highly recommend this Hotel.

My wife had always wanted to visit the Archaeological Park of Pompeii and we linked this into our trip to Rome for a six Nations Rugby Match. I found this hotel on the website and was impressed by the reviews it had received. I'm glad to say they all proved to be accurate as this was a great hotel to stay at. The first stand out was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Check in was painless and efficient and we were given a small map of the town showing some of the better restaurants to visit along with the closest entrance to the Park. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. We stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms with our big “kids”. Hotel M has very Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Parking is safe and convenient. Super friendly owner and staff! The owner goes out of his way to help us get CNG Metano for our car rental! He and the staff also help us find everything — laundry, making our itineraries more efficient, good restaurant… etc . The restaurant across the hotel is superb! 5.0 on trip advisor, and the hotel owns it too. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful!

The hotel has private parking which is quite good for those traveling in rental cars. The room is standard simple and clean. Bathroom is alright, the cubicle doors are a little fiddly but got perfect water pressure. The staff is amazing, friendly and tentative, provided suggestions for dining. We had a delicious seafood dinner at one of the restaurants they recommended nearby!

I'm happy for what I paid. If management is reading this I'd like to point out the excellent service we received from Gianello, the late night front desk staff who checked us in. Friendly, knowledgeable about the area and transportation needs, and just a generally pleasant check in experience.

Hotel Maiuri was a gem in Pompeii! beautiful clean rooms; nice professional staff and a lovely breakfast included. We were able to walk to it from the train station. We walked to a restaurant and had a lovely evening. The ruins were a bit of a hike but our group likes to walk. I would return to Hotel Maiuri without hesitation!

The street in front of the hotel and the surrounding area is a bit random, but somehow it's only a 20 min walk from the centre and from one of the entrances of the Pompeii archaeological site. Staff were excellent, offered some good advice on how to best experience the site and the town. Breakfast was ok. Free parking is handy. Overall a solid option for a 1 or 2 night stay if you are visiting the Pompeii sites.

Excellent hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice garden area to eat/sit/drink wine. Strangely though, they will only supply one small toilet paper roll at a time, so we ran out of TP twice and had to go to front desk each time to urgently get more TP. Excellent breakfast included, nice balcony.

We arrived early and they stored our bags safely behind a closed office while we went out visiting the city. The rooms were very clean, the air conditioning is working well, the balcony is intimate and the curtains are blocking the lights completely when closed. There is a mini fridge that was helpful for us. The breakfast was included in our reservation so we went the morning and it was quite complete. They make coffee with a real coffee machine, feuits are fresh and there's options for all tastes. Staff is very kind and helpful. They gave us pamphlets for maps and travel activities. The hotel has restaurants close by and is 10 minutes away from sanctuary which is a very good location. The location is safe and clean. Only thing missing for a complete 5 stars is that there's no face cloth for showering in the bathroom. Overall a very pleasant stay.
