A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm

Das Badezimmer ist großzügig, sauber und schön gestaltet. Man merkt, dass sehr viel Herz und Liebe im Hotel steckt. Das Frühstück war eines der besten, was ich jemals in einem Hotel hatte. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We really enjoyed Hotel Luise. Excellent location for walking anywhere in Riva del Garda. Nice room with an excellent view of the lake. The breakfast buffet is outstanding - do not sleep in. Really nice staff. This is a great place to stay!

Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Erträgliche Lautstärke leider nur bei geschlossenem Fenster, da direkt an viel befahrener Hauptstraße gelegen. Zudem leider Zimmer (201) direkt neben dem Aufzug zugeteilt bekommen, welcher laute Geräusche von sich gibt. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und reichhaltig. Poolbereich sehr gepflegt.

Ein Aufenthalt in der 'Luise' ist immer win wenig wie heimkommen. Man fühlt sich willkommen, das Personal ist überaus freundlich, es ist sehr sauber, man kümmert sich um Anliegen und der persönliche Umgangstin rundet das Wohlfühlen ab. Die Lage ist fast ideal, leider sind Zimmer im dem See zugewandten Bereich etwas hellhörig, aber das weiß man und kann es mit einem Zimmer zum Garten gut umgehen. Die Küche bietet eine sehr gute, geschmacklich hervorragende Karte mit viel heimischen Gerichten und Zutaten. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen und freuen uns schon darauf.

This property is absolutely perfect. The room is large and clean. Comfortable bed. Large balcony . Location is steps away from everything. The breakfast was amazing. We’ve never in all our travels had such a large selection of items to choose from. It was fresh and delicious!! The hotel also leaves a thank card and box of delicious cookies as a thank you for staying . The parking and breakfast both included. Will certainly come back!

Personalet var imøtekommende og hjelpsomme, rommet var fint og med god seng. Hotellet ligger i gangavstand til sentrum, og det er mulig å låne bysykkel på hotellet. We really enjoyed Hotel Luise. Excellent location for walking anywhere in Riva del Garda. Nice room with an excellent view of the lake. The breakfast buffet is outstanding - do not sleep in. Really nice staff. This is a great place to stay!

Das Badezimmer ist großzügig, sauber und schön gestaltet. Man merkt, dass sehr viel Herz und Liebe im Hotel steckt. Das Frühstück war eines der besten, was ich jemals in einem Hotel hatte. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Erträgliche Lautstärke leider nur bei geschlossenem Fenster, da direkt an viel befahrener Hauptstraße gelegen. Zudem leider Zimmer (201) direkt neben dem Aufzug zugeteilt bekommen, welcher laute Geräusche von sich gibt. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und reichhaltig. Poolbereich sehr gepflegt.

Ein Aufenthalt in der 'Luise' ist immer win wenig wie heimkommen. Man fühlt sich willkommen, das Personal ist überaus freundlich, es ist sehr sauber, man kümmert sich um Anliegen und der persönliche Umgangstin rundet das Wohlfühlen ab. Die Lage ist fast ideal, leider sind Zimmer im dem See zugewandten Bereich etwas hellhörig, aber das weiß man und kann es mit einem Zimmer zum Garten gut umgehen. Die Küche bietet eine sehr gute, geschmacklich hervorragende Karte mit viel heimischen Gerichten und Zutaten. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen und freuen uns schon darauf.

Perfect for what we wanted. Easy walk to the beach and into the main town. Breakfast was brilliant with lovely freshly made bread. Pool was great and nice to come back to after a day out. Would highly recommend hotel Luise.

Great hotel with an absolute amazing breakfast. Staff is friendly. Room was great. Everybody was happy to help and make our stay pleasant. Location is central. We had dinner twice at the hotel and the food was very good. We will be back!

A Wonderful Boutique Experience in a Perfect Riva Location We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Riva del Garda. The Positives: Wonderful staff - Every single team member was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Boutique feel - The hotel has a charming, stylish atmosphere that makes it feel intimate and unique rather than like a generic chain. Great location - It is perfectly situated for popping into the historic old town, making it incredibly easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and the lakefront on foot. A Few Small Things to Note: Price point - It is a little on the expensive side, but the quality of service, design, and location made it feel worth the splurge for us. Road noise - There is some minor traffic noise if you leave your windows wide open. However, this is easily solved by closing them and letting the air conditioning do its job. Overall, the few minor drawbacks didn't take away from an excellent experience. We would happily stay here again!
