Good service and allways fast answers. The house is big and the garden and pool is really nice. Impovement on the furnuture. Many of the furnuture outside and some inside was broken. The pillows for the sunbeds was really dirty and need a good cleaning. \r The mattress for the childbed was not nice to put a child in. Maybe also get some childlinen for the bed so the big ones dont fall off when the child moves in the night.

This is one of a group of villas on an electronically gated complex, which is attached to a golf course, so very secure and very peaceful. There were a couple of minor things that could be tidied up (broken tiles/ fence panels/hole in trampoline) but nothing that I felt would cause a lesser score of 5 stars or lessen the enjoyment of your holiday.. The villa is spacious and has a lovely outdoors area and the pool is probably the nicest one I have used in a private villa. Its a lovely size with steps in and plenty of room to sunbathe. The pool also has a gated fence around it which was perfect when you have a 3yr old Alicante airport was 25 mins away, Benidorm 20 mins away, huge supermarket 10 mins away and San Juan beach was 15 mins away (all by car). The beach at San Juan is sandy and has loads of restaurants/bars along the promenade for strolling and enjoying an afternoon. 2 mins walk from the villa is approx half a dozen bars/restaurants and a small corner shop that sells lovely baguettes if thats what you fancy for lunch. I didnt play golf but the course looks absolutely lovely. I would definitely recommend this area and this villa to friends and family.
