Location was fairly convenient. Quite a walk downhill from the tube. Took a different 20 minute walk to a different tube to avoid the big uphill. Room was small but okay. No AC. Wifi was good. Bathroom and shower were good. Tiny elevator with enough room for two of us and our luggage. Friendly front desk who spoke English. We enjoyed it!

Personnel aux petits soins aidant et souriant. Eaux gazeuses et plate à volonté (fontaines) et petit dej au top des 7h. Chambres très spacieuses et deux restaus brasserie (plutôt animé ) et italien (plus calme et excellentes escalopes milanaises) à qques pas. Je recommande.

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. There was no ice machine and the hairdryer was challenging to use but overall an excellent experience in a convenient location.

Great staff! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Easily accessible to the La Défense area by Bolt/Uber/Bus. Water refill station at the lobby was much appreciated.

The room space it’s ok The bathroom was nice too, the water temperature and pressure was fantastic. The air conditioning was not properly working, rather than cool or cold air, was more like steam, even when there was a fan there, is not the same. Elevator is very small, only 2Pax with Carry On and no more space for anything or anyone else. Can’t talk about the breakfast as I didn’t included it. Water is available for refill.

I was able to go out bye the train and bus bye my self with no problems. The problem I didn’t like there was that they didn’t have bottled water so you have to get a bottle from the front desk to get water from the fountain that is very poor.

The only thing that was not a positive is the size of the elevator (tiny) and the size of the room (tony). This won’t stop us from coming back though as they are an amazing hotel in an amazing spot

Malheureusement et de façon inexpliquée,la chambre 205 avait une odeur très désagréable d'oignons ,d'ail de sueur,alors que tout était propre.Impossible de la faire partir en ouvrant régulièrement la fenêtre.Elle ne venait pas des conduites de la salle de bain ,pas de restaurant à côté. La personne au standard a bien noté ma remarque mais ne m'a pas fait de réduction sur les trois nuits passées.Bsume d'eucalyptus pour rhume heureusement ds ma valise pour oublier cette odeur puante.Flacon de gel douche décroché du support faute de vis, tombé sur mes pieds.Non réparé.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and maintained! The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The room was much bigger than we expected too. The hotel is in a lovely area, with lots of excellent restaurants and shops and only a 20 minute taxi ride to the centre of Paris. I would definitely stay again.

Chambre au prix surcoté par rapport aux prestations moyennes. Malheureusement l'isolation phonique est inexistante face aux bruits venant du périphérique situé à 10m. Dommage cet hôtel ne m'a pas donné envie d'y revenir et je ne vais pas le conseiller. Par contre l'accueil a été correcte.

The front desk state was great. There was one in particular, a young woman with a light tan and dark, short hair (so sorry I forgot her name) who was very helpful where is went beyond her job title in assisting me with my luggage lost at the airport. She always would follow up with me about it and I appreciated that. One drawback is the area doesn't offer any food options for purchase after midnight so please be sure to eat elsewhere before then. I will return. -USA resident

20m away from the metro by walking, which is probably the biggest thing if you’re trying to get around. Otherwise, safe environment, nice restaurants outside the hotel, staff is super friendly, room was nice. Gas stations nearby for snacks. Metro isnt as packed because people don’t typically travel this direction. Overall very pleasant and would return.

J’ai franchement pas été déçu , c’est super safe et tranquille comme quartier où séjourner et c’est super bien desservi, l’hôtel est bien entretenue et bien propre et encore merci pour l’accueil c’était impeccable

Personnel aux petits soins aidant et souriant. Eaux gazeuses et plate à volonté (fontaines) et petit dej au top des 7h. Chambres très spacieuses et deux restaus brasserie (plutôt animé ) et italien (plus calme et excellentes escalopes milanaises) à qques pas. Je recommande.

아침식사는 수량이 제한적이고 신선 식품과 따뜻한 음식이 적어 아쉬웠어요. 방은 짜뜻해서 좋았는데 히터 소리가 시끄러워 불편했습니다. 머무는 동안 아침에 알람이 울렸는데 아무런 설명아 없어 아쉬웠네요. 하지만 전반적으로 환경이 깔끔하고 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다

Chambre correcte mais au 5e étage avec ascenseur en panne, dommage nous aurions pu être logées à un étage inférieur vu la situation. Personnel de réception agréable mais manque d'informations sur les activités aux alentours.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Paris. The location was excellent—just a short walk from the nearest subway station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, our room did not have air conditioning. This wasn’t an issue for us because the weather was cool during our visit, but guests staying during the hotter summer months may find it less comfortable. Overall, this is a great option for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel in a safe Paris neighborhood. We would happily stay here again.
