Just returned from a 3-day stay at Hotel de Pavie. Cannot wait to return. It exceeded all expectations. Location, food, amenities, etc. were all wonderful. But, their best asset is the amazing staff. Could not be more helpful or friendly!!

Hotel de Pavie is stunning and st Emilion is even more so. The hotel terrace is honestly the best place from which to see the town and that’s a lot of what you are paying for. The hotel itself is located across lots of levels cut into the cliff side about the town which is incredible and the rooms are all beautiful and very comfortable. We didn’t eat at the hotel unfortunately as our trip was cut short but managed to have some drinks on the terrace and it was a highlight of our trip!

Hotel de Pavie is a wonderful property. Excellent location and the level of service from the staff was the best. They arranged all our transportation to from station as well as booked wine tastings with transportation. The breakfast on their patio had a fantastic view of St Emillion.

Beautiful hotel. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for... truly worth every penny. Staff were wonderful and very efficient. Their 2 Michelin star restaurant, La Table de Pavie, should not be missed. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, the service is impeccable and the food was divine!

Gorgeous property without a spa and the rooms can be a little convoluted to reach (ours required three elevators from reception). It’s hard to leave a terrible review because some people were excellent and some were rude and demeaning. The room had two towels in it total and there wasn’t enough hot water for both me and my husband to take 5-7 minute showers. At 1500/room this makes you feel like you’re in an overpriced tourist hotel riding off the town’s reputation with staff who are « over it » and all too willing to show you in their behavior. The restaurant La Table de Pavie had outstanding cuisine but two of the four servers openly rolled their eyes and mocked customers throughout dinner. Sort of leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you’re spending 1000 EURO on dinner. I wouldn’t come back.

This is the best located hotel there could possibly be: right next to the clock tower. The patio alone is exquisite and felt like a VIP view of a VIP town. Just loved it! The bed was oddly not as comfortable as I’d have liked, but in light of the perfection of everything else, it seems wrong to even mention it, Amazing hotel.

An AMAZING beautiful hotel conveniently located in prime area. The entire staff was POSITIVELY the best!!! I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. From the moment we stepped in to the lobby we were catered to as if we were Royalty. They were so accommodating and helpful. I have stayed all over the World and spend at least 100 nights a year at hotels and the Hotel Pavie staff is at the very top and of my list!! The Restaurant is fabulous and if you can get a reservation it is a must do. I can not wait to return.

The staff at Hotel de Pavie were absolutely amazing. Mariana and Lise at the front desk were incredibly helpful in planning an itinerary and booking wine tours, activities and taxis months before the actual trip. The quality of food, rooms, staff etc. are incredible. Worth every penny.

This is the best located hotel there could possibly be: right next to the clock tower. The patio alone is exquisite and felt like a VIP view of a VIP town. Just loved it! The bed was oddly not as comfortable as I’d have liked, but in light of the perfection of everything else, it seems wrong to even mention it, Amazing hotel.

Just returned from a 3-day stay at Hotel de Pavie. Cannot wait to return. It exceeded all expectations. Location, food, amenities, etc. were all wonderful. But, their best asset is the amazing staff. Could not be more helpful or friendly!!

An AMAZING beautiful hotel conveniently located in prime area. The entire staff was POSITIVELY the best!!! I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. From the moment we stepped in to the lobby we were catered to as if we were Royalty. They were so accommodating and helpful. I have stayed all over the World and spend at least 100 nights a year at hotels and the Hotel Pavie staff is at the very top and of my list!! The Restaurant is fabulous and if you can get a reservation it is a must do. I can not wait to return.

Hotel de Pavie is stunning and st Emilion is even more so. The hotel terrace is honestly the best place from which to see the town and that’s a lot of what you are paying for. The hotel itself is located across lots of levels cut into the cliff side about the town which is incredible and the rooms are all beautiful and very comfortable. We didn’t eat at the hotel unfortunately as our trip was cut short but managed to have some drinks on the terrace and it was a highlight of our trip!

The property is set right in the heart of St Emillion and has been beautifully decorated to the highest standard with amazing attention to detail. The bed linen and pillows are exceptional. The staff couldn’t be more attentive professional but also very approachable.

We stayed for 2 nights and it could not have been better. The staff was so helpful and provided us with recommendations and reservations. The restaurant was superb and an unbelievable experience. The suite was amazing. Thank you Hotel de Pavie for making our trip to Saint Emelion exceptional.

The staff at Hotel de Pavie were absolutely amazing. Mariana and Lise at the front desk were incredibly helpful in planning an itinerary and booking wine tours, activities and taxis months before the actual trip. The quality of food, rooms, staff etc. are incredible. Worth every penny.

Beautiful hotel. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for... truly worth every penny. Staff were wonderful and very efficient. Their 2 Michelin star restaurant, La Table de Pavie, should not be missed. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, the service is impeccable and the food was divine!

It’s hard to leave a terrible review because some people were excellent and some were rude and demeaning. At 1500/room this makes you feel like you’re in an overpriced tourist hotel riding off the town’s reputation with staff who are « over it » and all too willing to show you in their behavior. Sort of leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you’re spending 1000 EURO on dinner. I wouldn’t come back.

We stayed in a building separate from the hotel in three large suites. The suites are quite large with three rooms and one with two bathrooms. There is a chess board in each suite. The view of vineyards and the quiet ambiance complements the memorable stay. The staff is very accommodating and the dinner at the hotel was fabulous. This is a 5 star hotel, but I would give it a 10 star experience. If you wish to create fond memories, this is the place to stay.
