Darrel and Ben were great. Darrel was fast and on top of it when we came in late after a full day of driving. Appreciated this very much. $10 fee for dogs-which is great. A little run area behind the hotel. It is in an industrial area so not great but loved the back grass area. It’s a no smoking but walking into the second floor was a cloud of smoke.

This hotel keeps getting better and better only bad thing I could find is noise from the trucks stop parking next-door.. Breakfast was hot eggs, and bacon biscuits and gravy and waffles along with all the complementary items. The hot tub and pool were clean and warm with a good supply of fresh towels to use. The only thing I would like to see improved larger TVs a 32 inch TV is dwarfed in a hotel room. Hopefully they’ll upgrade to 50 inch screens. They do offer DIRECTV with all the movie channels so it’s a great place to watch a movie take a swim. Plenty of restaurants within walking or short drive, easy on and off from the expressway I 94 recently remodeled in blue and gray. Very nice and relaxing.

Nice affordable hotel, recently remodeled rooms. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. DIRECTV had HBO channels. Hot tub was nice and warm. My only complaint was is Hotel is on a terrible piece of property, and you have to wind behind a truckstop to get to it. Free breakfast included waffles and eggs/ bacon.

Room was dingy. Way overpriced. Wanted to use hot tub but when we turned the jets on, brown water started swirling around. Not a pleasant stay and would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. I believe Hotels.com should refund some of the money. Americinn told us they would have given us a better rate but couldn't because we went through a 3rd party. Can't trust Hotels.com either..

My family has stayed at other AmericInn locations and have always been pleased. This hotel seemed to be a previous Super 8 motel and it showed. The towel bars in my room kept falling, there is no elevator, the pool was small and ICE COLD, the hot tub was dirty and only half the jets worked, the upstairs hall smelled like cat/dog pee, and we consistently heard loud music and dogs barking. We will surely never stay here again when visiting family in the area as there are much nicer hotels surrounding the area.

While our room was very clean the rest of the hotel needed sprucing up. I mentioned to the desk person that the steps were full of grass and dirt on the day we arrived. Three days later they were still the same. Never touched them. The garbage receptacles near the inside doorways need to be wiped down on the outside. They were filthy.

No hot water in the shower. Garbages in the lobby and breakfast area were over flowing. They had a computer issue during the night and we had a charge of $30 additional charged to our account that they needed to remove.

When we got into our room, there was blood on a towel. We were told it was “lipstick”, it was blood. There was mouse droppings in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. Overall smell of cigarette smoke. Kids were too stressed to sleep, we checked out in the early morning. When I told staff, all they did was say they would tell their manager. I do not expect anything to change at this hotel. Gross everyday of the week.

My room smelled like dogs and dog urine. The chair in my room had white stains all over it. My cover blanket had stains all over it. We checked in at 12:15pm and we left at 7:30 pm. We couldn't even stay the night because of the smell and comfort of the hotel.

After expressing a concern about cleanliness, staff did respond. The hallway and stairs were very dirty including chunks of dog hair. There was also food on top of the refrigerator in my room. Other than that, the room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Appears to be newly renovated. Staff was beyond accommodating. Cleanliness, breakfast and hospitality was beyond the reasonable price. The only negative, our bed wasn't premium, but it was acceptable and the cleanliness more than made up for any shortcomings.

Staff was very friendly. A comment was made about the hotel being nearly full but we couldn’t hear others nearby. It’s near the highway and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come back!

I don’t normally do reviews but this hotel had many good reviews so we chose to stay at it. The reviews were wrong. After getting to “my room” when I opened the door someone was in there already. The rooms had been smoked. The showers, yes showers as we had two rooms, didn’t drain so you had to stand in water. I am very disappointed and will not return.

I thought the housekeeping could use improvement. On Saturday when they knocked, I asked if they could come back in 45 minutes and they said yes, but upon returning that evening, the room hadn't been touched. I informed management of this. Also, this was the first time that I have stayed anywhere that the bed was not made at all!

Be aware, this hotel is located in a truck stop so could be noisy. It wasn't too bad after 10 but before that, lots of big rigs coming and going.

Stay was great the only thing was the dumpsters from the restaurant nearby smelled really bad overall the stay was top tier

Staff was very friendly. A comment was made about the hotel being nearly full but we couldn’t hear others nearby. It’s near the highway and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come back!

Public areas were clean and well maintained. Room amenities worked and were very nice. Pool and hot tub clean, working and towels provided. Breakfast selection was very good and dining area very clean.

An old minivan with no windows was parked out front for all four days we stayed. A children's bike was tipped upside down and blocking the side entry door. No elevator for second floor. Access to hotel through semi overnight parking. Breakfast was consistent and well maintained. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly staff so no complaints there. It’s kind of what you expect being at the center of a trucking area. The hotel did have a musty mildew smell. Toilet as loose off the floor, smelled moldy, but clean to the eyes. If you’re stopping to solely sleep then I would say this is a good one for you.

When coming in the front entrance There was a strong smell of marijuana when mentioning it to the front desk attendant she dismissed the statement and said that nobody smokes there. It also smelled of Marijuana in the rear stairwell and in the morning the desk attendant was outside having a cigarette while taking a personal phoned within 10 feet of the front entrance. When we got into our room it's it was damp and and dank and smelled like there had been a dog in there recently maybe even a wet dog. It's possible that the air conditioner needed servicing because when my wife and I woke up the next day we felt ill and had a lot of congestion in our chests and sinuses. The bathroom door would barely close and the shower curtain rod was very loose so the shower curtain sat on the bottom of the tub. I thought that we would be staying at an Americinn like I've been used to in the past but this was unlike what we're used to with the Americinn Standard.

The staff was nice, but the garbage wasn't emptied. It's clean and a great value for the money. They charge $15 per dog.

Our stay was last minute so I was just thankful to find a room. I think we found a hidden gem. Affordable, clean, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. The self check in was great as well.
