Hôtel est bien situé , il est propre, en revanche un peu déçu de la qualité du mobilier de la chambre qui faisait IKEA . Sinon chambre confortable et propre , petit déjeuner normal . Tres déçu par le spa, seul un sauna dans une toute petite pièce au sous sol , sans cabine pour se changer .

Hotel is just minutes from the ferry port by taxi and the boardwalk along the beach is within walking distance. Waterfront view from the breakfast room is gorgeous. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Property is undergoing renovation to make entry more wheelchair accessible, but side entry is quite navigable.

The hotel is located on the seafront and has outstanding views over the sea. It is an 15 minute walk to the old town. Our prestige room was quite well equipped but rather tired. The decor belonged in the 1980s. Cleanliness could have been better. There is a bright breakfast area and the choices on offer were very good.

The welcoming wasn't good, you'll think that you're disturbing the front desk guy. He didn't explain anything, just gave us the key and told us on what floor. The room was very small without a fridge nor minibar. The only good thing was the view.

Ce Mercure ne dispose pas du standard habituel d’un hôtel Mercure… Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre , chambre sans âme et vieillotte , salle de bain avec une douche sans pression, buffet petit déjeuner tristounet avec peu de produits locaux … Nous ne reviendrons pas…

Absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the location is perfect with the beach across the street and easy access to the Intra-Muros while also being quiet. It was so inexpensive for what we got, absolutely blown away!

Absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the location is perfect with the beach across the street and easy access to the Intra-Muros while also being quiet. It was so inexpensive for what we got, absolutely blown away!

Hôtel est bien situé , il est propre, en revanche un peu déçu de la qualité du mobilier de la chambre qui faisait IKEA . Sinon chambre confortable et propre , petit déjeuner normal . Tres déçu par le spa, seul un sauna dans une toute petite pièce au sous sol , sans cabine pour se changer .

Very friendly staff. Great location on the waterfront. Rooms where cleaned daily, not ridiculously early which was good. Breakfast catered for all hot, cold, cereal etc. Great selection. Cosy, comfy stylish decor in lobby. Rooms great large size with everything you needed.

The hotel is located on the seafront and has outstanding views over the sea. It is an 15 minute walk to the old town. Our prestige room was quite well equipped but rather tired. The decor belonged in the 1980s. Cleanliness could have been better. There is a bright breakfast area and the choices on offer were very good.

Hotel is just minutes from the ferry port by taxi and the boardwalk along the beach is within walking distance. Waterfront view from the breakfast room is gorgeous. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Property is undergoing renovation to make entry more wheelchair accessible, but side entry is quite navigable.

Great hotel, wonderful location, really nice and helpful staff. The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. My only issue is that there were some functionality question marks in the design of the room – like everything was designed to be attractive but not very functional. For instance the sink in the bathroom is a big circle and every time you use the sink water splashes everywhere. Also, because of the giant round sink, it's impossible to get close to the mirror easily to do makeup or anything like that and the lighting is very unflattering from directly above the mirror. I also was surprised that it being a 4 star hotel in a beach town, there wasn't conditioner in the shower only a dual hair/body wash. But besides these little oddities, the room was super cozy and it was wonderful that they are pet friendly (for a fee). We loved the proximity to the ocean, and while it was about a 15 minute walk to Intra Muros, walking along the water was one of the highlights every day. And again, thank you very much to the friendly and helpful staff.

Location is great. Staff can be more friendly or helpful, considering it's busy time of the year. However the room we were given was not up to the standard. Climate control was not working properly, our windows was facing a poorly managed rooftop garden for which animals could easily walk into the room. Therefore we prefer not to open the window and let the breeze come in, hence the temperature and humidity in the room was awful for sleeping. The hallway had better climate and circulation. Nothing was done for us due to fully booked nights. We stayed 3 nights in this room.
