Property was under construction and the entry area was pretty awful. Staff in the bar and restaurant were wonderful. Room attendant was great! reserved this hotel specifically because it was across the street from our meeting venue; however, because of a fair on the grounds, we had to walk about half a mile out of our way to get into the convention center. might have been funny if it wasn’t raining so much!. Also, they charged exorbitant prices during this convention!!

Table non nettoyée, service ultra long alors qu’ils étaient au moins à 6 pour une dizaine de tables maxi. Toujours demander plusieurs fois pour la même chose. Franchement à fuir le bar. Le reste sympa.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, literie de bonne qualité. On peut stationner gratuitement le long de la rue en face du parking de l’hôtel.

Hotel ist etwas heruntergekommen. Nur einer von drei Aufzügen funktionierte. Nur eine der beiden Kaffeemaschinen beim Frühstück funktionierte. Das "Delux"-Zimmer war nicht viel anders als das normale Zimmer. Aber es tut, was es tun soll. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

-Leider personal unfreundlich -Freitag auf Samstag wir haben geplant in Hilton Abendessen ..mehr als 1 stunde keine Bedingungen.. dann wieder zum stadt ..wir haben auch Beschwerden ..wie immer tüt mir sehr leid morgen kommt Manager wir sagen bescheid. - leider Fahrstuhl ist kaputt von 3 EG gepackt abschleppen. - sehr armer frühstück....ect - leider wenn Vergleichen mit Andre Hilton ich gebe 2 Sterne. Hotel is fine. There seems to be more personnel this year and service has improved. Big negative is parking. There is parking available, but it was full so we had to park in the 5th floor of a new park house next door for 25 euro for the night.

This Hilton has seen better days. Wear and tear here and there clearly visible. Restaurant dining without any ambiente. Bar should stay open till midnight. There was a day when it closed at 10pm.Breakfast options barely average. Very limited options for cold cuts and cheeses, hallmarks for French cuisine. No sliced bread other than toast. Staff was exceptionally helpful getting the personalized Crit'Air vignette which is mandatory for cars in Strasbourg and a few other cities in France and requires a complicated online application.

Das Hotelzimmer wsr einwandfrei, das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und hätte ssuberer sein können. Im ersten Zimmer war der Duschschlauch kaputt, was wir an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten. Als wir von einem Bummel aufs Zimmer wollten ging die Karte nicvt. Wir erfuhren dass wir in ein anderes Zimmer sollen. Mussten dann im alten Zimmer unsere Sachen holen, wieder an die Rezeption um dann ins neue Zimmer ziegen zu können. Das war dann tatsächlich größer aber das Handling der Situation war nicht sehrvgeschickt. Im alten Zimmer aus dem wir ausgesperrt wurden lag eine Notiz dass wir uns an der Rezeption melden sollten, nur konnten wir die nicht lesen, weil unsere Zimmerkarten deaktiviert waren. Ein zu zahlendes Deposit von 50 € für die Minibar, doe leer war, war auch fragwürdig. Als wir nach 2 leeren Sektgläser frsgten, kam der Portoer mit 2 großen Wassergläser, weil er keine anderen Gläser finden konnt und das obwohl die Hotelbar (an der wir dann selbst Gläser holten) gegenüber der Rezeption war. Man war nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht sehr bemüht. Schade.

Sehr gute Lage. Auf Sauberkeit wird viel wert gelegt, aber das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung passt!

The hairdryer was extremely sticky, and the toilet had a strong smell of urine. The room itself was very basic, offering the bare minimum. Although we paid for breakfast, it was served in a small room with limited options, and many items were frequently unavailable. We do appreciate the effort of the staff working during the holiday season. However, it seems that Hilton’s 4-star standard no longer guarantees the quality one might expect.

The breakfast was okay, In the bathroom the faucet was broken, sometimes dripping and there were broken tiles. The hallway smelled musty. The reception was friendly all the time and the restaurant and lobby were renovated I think, everything there looked modern. I would stay there again but not for a high price

Looks like recently renovated, clean and super comfy. There is some constructuion work in the street bordering the hotel which makes it a bit tricky to get into the parking but it didn't bother us.

Renlig och bekväm miljö, supertrevlig personal (fick tips på restauranger i staden av Erin i receptionen - som alla var 10 av 10). Hade även kontakt med personalen innan vistelsen då vi hade några frågor och fick bra professionell service med allt. Helnöjd vistelse!

La carte de la caution a été débitée pour la chambre au lieu de la carte que j’ai présentée C’est inadmissible ! Je vois egalement un autre paiement en attente sur la carte de la caution dont je ne comprends pas l’origine Je suis très déçue !

I was very disappointed with my experience. We arrived at 8:00 PM, and while check-in went smoothly, things quickly went downhill. When we tried to order room service at 8:15 pm (which ends at 10:00 PM), no one answered after calling six times, even after reaching out to reception. Frustrated, we went down to place the order in person and were assured it would be delivered to our room. An hour passed with no delivery, so we went back to follow up. Finally, after 1 hour and 15 minutes, the food arrived cold—and they had forgotten the drinks so I went back down to get them. ( totally the point of ROOM SERVICE :) It was clear they simply didn’t care, and despite my complaint, they still charged me full price. An unacceptable experience. Poor customer service

Arrivée pour ce long week end de mai. Nous avons l’habitude de descendre dans des hôtels 4* généralement du réseau Novotel ou Best Western. Nous souhaitions tester cette marque de renom pour avoir un service parfait. Première désillusion la chambre n’est pas prête car il n’y a pas le lit pour notre fille de 8ans. Ce fut réglé en 30min par le personnel de chambre. Mais quid si nous étions arrivé au milieu de la nuit… Deuxième sensation l’hôtel est étouffant de chaleur tant sur le pallier que dans la chambre. Nous baissons la consigne au minimum et mettons la ventilation vitesse maximale et partons en vadrouille dans Strasbourg. De retour la chambre est toujours aussi chaude. La climatisation ne donne pas de froid ou nous nous disons qu’elle n’a pas eu le temps de tourner assez longtemps. En solution de secours nous ouvrons la fenêtre pour refroidir la chambre. Le lendemain après midi de retour dans la chambre nous signalons que cela deviens compliqué car la climatisation a tourner toute la journée, alors que nous n’étions pas dans la chambre dans l’espoir que celle-ci soit enfin refroidi, et ce n’est toujours pas le cas. Malheureusement il n’y a pas de technicien de disponible et cela sera réglé le lendemain matin à la première heure selon la réception. En rentrant en soirée nous constatons que la plupart des chambres ont la fenêtre ouverte nous pensons donc que le bâtiment n’a pas dû activer la climatisation. Malheureusement pas assez de place pour détailler ce calvaire

Everything about our trip was amazing for our Christmas vacation. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast, and happy hour was a nice touch. Room was comfortable. Super close to downtown by taking the Tram. Highly Recommended!!!

J’ai apprécié mon séjour à l’hôtel Hilton, que j’ai effectué seule avec mes deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. L’expérience a été globalement très positive. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, bienveillant et courtois, ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus confortable lorsqu’on voyage avec des enfants. Petit cadeau pour les enfants à l’arrivée… En revanche, petit bémol concernant les chaises hautes : elles ne sont pas adaptées aux très jeunes enfants. Un conseil serait de prévoir des chaises avec tablette relevable ou un système permettant d’installer l’enfant en toute sécurité et confort. Malgré ce point d’amélioration, le séjour reste très appréciable.

I didn’t find the staff to be very helpful. In fact, we had to move our rental car several times because we weren’t given good directions for parking.

Hilton was OK. the location was not good, unless you go for the conference center. To travel to city, you need to take tram and it’s 6-7 mins walk to the nearest station. Value for money is very poor, perhaps because we visit during peak season (Xmas market in Strasbourg). Room is spacious. Bedding was top quality. Breakfast was good.

Hotel très bien situé pour accéder au Palais des Congrès, juste en face. Junior suite de belle surface, mais équipements un peu usités, voire hors de service pour certains (douche à jets, baignoire jacuzzi, …).

Hatte ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer im 5. Stock. Umgebung des Hotels ist nich sehr schön, viele Baustellen. Mit der Stassenbahn allerdings gute Anbindung ins Zentrum. Ein 24 STD Ticket kostet nur Eur 4.60!!!!!

Goed hotel. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De algemene look van het hotel is iets verouderd maar kamers waren netjes en heel comfortabel. Heel goed ontbijt. Ideaal hotel als je in het Europees kwartier moet zijn. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je 6-7 kilometer van het stadscentrum verwijderd bent. Dus niet zo makkelijk bereikbaar voor toeristen

This feels like a very old property that Hilton forgot to renovate. The location did not feel safe to my wife. It is a LONG walk to the city center, and not close to many restaurants. The bar felt like a train wreck. They were playing rave music and the service was sub par in my opinion. I hate to leave a review like this, but I just wanted to warn people in advance so you are not surprised.

Positive- the Europe Suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The incredibly disappointing element was the lack of coffee in both the executive area and breakfast area. There were seven people in line for the one coffee machine in the breakfast area! This is not adequate for a hotel if this size. Furthermore, staples such as wheat toast were not replenished. We went into the executive area to get coffee only to find that machine was broken. For the weekend, the coffee makers were regularly out of beans, broken, or over crowded. This is not acceptable in France, at a Hilton, and for the price paid.

L'accueil est bien pour les enfants. Pour le reste cela n est pas du niveau d'un quatre étoile. Chambre spacieuse et literie correct mais salle de bain dans son jus joints abîmés, présence de tâches dans toute la cuvette des toilettes, mobilier abîmés par le temps, un peignoir et chaussons pour une personne seulement. Plateau de courtoisie avec des cafés et thés de mauvaises qualités, cafetière Nespresso cachée dans le placard... Restaurant très long avec des plats indisponibles et de mauvaises qualité pas au niveau pour cette tarification. Fonctionnement du parking non explique et farfelu, de nombreuses voitures coincées à la sortie.

Good services since check in , and possible late checkout is great. Breakfast a bit rush during Xmas time , but all foods in high Quality...yummy too.

Generelt godt ophold. Vi oplevede dog der manglede morgenmad i perioder og ydermere ærgerlig oplevelse i baren. Vi bestilte 2 drinks og fik de mindste drinks vi nogensinde har set og kom af med 180 kr. Det var en dårlig oplevelse og gjorde vi ikke kom mere i baren under opholdet.

Das Frühstück war mangelhaft: Instant-Kaffee, verdünnt erscheinender Orangensaft, die Qualität der warmen Speisen war erheblich unterdurchschnittlich, um 09.15 fehlten zudem bereits manche Speisen, Tische wurden nicht mehr eingedeckt bzw. waren nicht gereinigt.
