Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist schwierig, Parken nur im Parkhaus möglich. Sonst war alles gut.

Super beliggenhed i et hyggeligt men gammelt hotel. IKKE egnet hvis man kommer i bil. Der står der er parkering tilgængeligt men det er der ikke. Parkering sker i offentlig parkeringskælder 10 mins gang fra hotellet. Det er det der er grunden til de kun 3 stjerner

Hotel de L’Europe was the perfect hotel for my daughter and I while backpacking Europe. It was an economical choice with a good sized room and an exceptional bathroom with a tub. There was a lot of character in the old town building, with modern conveniences inside. The water filling station with carbonated water, and the free espresso bar, was a nice touch. Good breakfasts

Great location, comfortable room and bed, very convenient. We would stay here again. The only thing that would have been good is if the hotel could have told us in advance what our parking options were. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the two garages on Google maps near the hotel no longer exist. We spent quite some time searching for parking in the stressful traffic situation that one finds in Strasbourg. I would have preferred to be told to use the public parking that’s a 15 minute walk away, like the hotel in Annecy did a few days prior.

This is an incredibly cool old building with a lot of character. The staircases seemed original to the building, with stained glass at some landings. Our room had the original wood ceilings still included. Staff is nice and helpful, and check-in is fine. Location was great. Getting into the rooms was confusing; ours had an outer door and an inner door, which we didn't realize at first, and only the inner door has the key card access. Room electricity is via the key card, but the slot wasn't very secure; we had to wiggle or position the card just right to get it to turn on. Probably wouldn't have been an issue at all, but we were very tired when we arrived. Room and bathroom were clean, but I think they're starting to be in need of a refresh, especially the bathroom. There's a phone in the room that apparently only sometimes works; this was only something I found out because I wanted to call down to the lobby instead of walking. I love that they have a coffee machine and a water station in the lobby. We wish they'd had tea for my husband, as other Happyculture locations have had. I enjoyed our stay here, and would consider staying here again.

This hotel was lovely and very close to all area attractions. Parking is not available at the hotel, but there is a public parking garage close by for 25 euro/day. The street is closed during certain hours of the day so made drop off a little tricky. Loved our stay in Stratsbourg!!

Começando pela localização, que é ótima, perto dos mercadinhos de natal, da estação de trem e da catedral. Sobre o quarto em que ficamos, era bem pequeno, assim como o banheiro, mas tinha o básico, então ok. O pessoal da recepção super simpáticos e prestativos. Não posso avaliar o café, pq optei por não incluir na diária. Nota: devido aos mercados de natal, a região em que fica o hotel, estava fechada para carros, ou seja tivemos que deixar nosso veículo em um estacionamento que fica a uns 15 min a pé do hotel. Então, sugiro que se informem com o estabelecimento antes de ir. ( achei muito legal que eles disponibilizam gratuitamente água, café e vinho quente na recepção )

WARNING Negative surprise! I booked this hotel during Christmas Market season because it's near all the main atractions and supposedly has a parking lot available, but upon reaching the Downtown of the City, I was required to show some permit by the hotel to access Downtown. I called the hotel asking for the permit, and they said they don't have the City counsil permit to allow cars during Christmas season. I find It a bit ridicoulus that this hotel being a more expensive than other options, didn't worked to get the permit. At least I would love to have been warned. You need to leave the car on a nearby parking lot, and walk 10mins with luggage. Other than that the hotel Is ok.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Liegt zentral und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr praktisch war, dass man sich stets Wasser holen konnte in der Lobby. Für das Parken bekommt man beim Indigo Kleber einen Rabatt was uns entgegen kam, da das nahegelegene Parkhaus sehr teuer ist. Hotel bekommt eine klare Empfehlung

Fin overnatning med to voksne og to børn i samme rum. Fin modtagelse i receptionen med hurtig check-in. Forvent ikke parkering ved hotellet, selv om der står at det er tilgængeligt. Hotellet er beliggende i en del af byen, som er lukket for størstedelen af biltrafik med bom. Parkering mulig 600-800 meter væk, til 20-30 euro pr. Døgn. Hotellet er charmerende og ligger perfekt i den historiske del af byen. Værelset trængte dog til lidt kærlighed. Flere ting virkede ikke efter hensigten og så slidt ud. Morgenmadsbuffet var desværre spild af penge. Spis hellere morgenmad på en cafe i nærheden. Vi var der en halv time efter åbning og alt manglede. Der nåede ikke at blive fyldt op mens vi var der og der skete også kun noget, når gæsterne bad om det. Eksempelvis blev der først fyldt brød op, da flere gæster havde klaget. Ærgerlig måde at afslutte en udmærket overnatning på et hyggeligt hotel.

Great and clean hotel right in the heart of everything.

The property was very clean and modern. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The coffee bar available in the lobby daily was very appreciated. There also was water plain and sparkling available. The linens (bed and bath) were very nice. It is a very easy walk from the train station, 8-10 minutes. The location is very central to all the sites! Definitely would stay here again! Also, they were very eco conscious which I liked! Give them a try!

Non é un Hotel4 stelle. Da evitare. Sporco ,trascurato,mal riscaldato, con topolino che girava nella sala colazioni quando l'ambiente era calmo. Ho chiesto supporto a Expedia e Hotel.com ma mi hanno ignorata.

Personnel très accueillant, Draps, chambre propre et optimale, Bémol l’aération de la salle de bain très salle avec moisissure bien présente ainsi que l’odeur. Service et information de la part du personnel excellente. Mais prix adapté à la qualité de l’hôtel.

i was very disappointed with expedia 4 star rating to this hotel, I travel extensively and expedia rating did not match this, very poor quality, hotel. I expect expedia to refund my money, i felt duped to stay at this hotel. Photo's & rating very misleading. - first night elevator not working, and took another day to fix. - Took stairs to third floor, but the stairs were unsafe & in poor condition. - Bed mattress quality worse than a dorm room or a hostel. - room has water train for adjacent room shower. - bath room has mold in the shower. - extreme sewage odor in bathroom, and several cleaning did not help. However, hotel had fee coffee and water in lobby

Great location but a good walk from the parking station. Our room 353 smelt like a sewer with a strong smell from the bathroom despite the room being nicely renovated.

Pros and cons for this property. Pros- the Family Room was spacious and actually designed for more than 2 people. Staff is great We liked our view and opening the attic windows. Parking is much easier than reviews led me to believe. Call front desk for best assistance. Cons Cleanliness- we found multiple dried out contacts by the beds and in the bathroom. WC air vent/walls had not been addressed in some time, visible staining Multiple lights burnt out in sconces and lamps Noise- it's inside a pedestrian zone in a city, great for exploring, but not quiet.

The hotel has a great location. Within walking distance of everything! The room had a great size, the bathroom was pretty big and the bunk beds por my kids where great. Only issue I had was that the room was not that clean. A lot of dust under the beds and corners of the room. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again!

Foi tudo muito bom, desde a chegada, pessoal muito solícito e educado. Eu, esposa e duas filhas ficamos no quarto família, que tem um tamanho enorme, banheiro espaçoso, camas confortáveis, e uma beliche que as crianças adoraram. Café da manhã com uma boa variedade de comidas. A educação de todos me impressionou, já indiquei para um amigo e voltarei lá com certeza.

Very central to the Old City which is what I wanted. I could walk everywhere, and there were excellent food and shopping possibilities nearby. My room looked out onto the street, which was lovely, but since this is bar/tourist/resto central, it was extremely noisy late into the night. If that matters to you, ask for an interior room. Also, I have stayed at several Happy Culture hotels so I am used to the tiny rooms, but this one was almost too tiny to be functional. There was not enough space for me to open up my suitcase. If there had been two of us it would have been unmanageable.

Horrible beds, was like sleeping on the floor, very hard and got very bad pain in my back from it. The other room had no working AC so it got very hot and bad air. Breakfast not worth the money. Would never recommend this hotel.

We got a very spacious room on the top floor. 2 double beds were perfect for us. The bathroom was good size too. The hotel is conveniently located in the touristy area. There were free water and coffee in the lobby. They watched our luggage before check-in and after check-out. One thing we didn't like was the shower door. It was a half shower door. When we took a shower, the floor was wet.

Room was large and spacious. Lived the proximity to everything in Old Town as well as the proximity to the train station. Only drawback was the noise from outside at night. Otherwise we enjoyed it!

Der "Mechaniker", personal vom Hotel, hat mein Gangschaltung am Fahrrad repariert. Die Klimaanlage war leider sehr laut!

Me dijeron que la nueva habitación tendría una atención por el inconveniente y los detalles uno de ellos estaba abierto ya. El cuarto muy pequeño difícil manejarse si uno anda con maletas grandes.

Location, old world charm, check in, cleanliness all perfect. Only concerns- super small and hard bed and defective AC units ( they even put us in two rooms but both were same).

Schönes, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert und in den Nachttischlampen waren keine Glühbirnen. Ansonsten aber alles top!

Perfect location — close to all major attractions and restaurants. The staff were outstanding, especially Andrew and Nicolas, who were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even upgraded our room free of charge! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Had a disappointing stay first I would say the daytime staff is very pleasant. I arrived early and after it was a possibility for an earlier check in before 3 PM they said probably not and that You need wss ok When I checked in and went to the room, there was loud banging coming from the floor above making it impossible to stay in the room. So I went downstairs and found out. They weren’t installing the floor upstairs and they would be done shortly. Well, not really -The banging continued tilafter 5pm. After returning frim dinner, returned to room to turn in. A little later, around 10 pm. heard a dripping noisr.Thw a/c over the door was lesking water all overvthe floor. Callef the 24 hr desk but no one answered So went down, rang the bell no one‘ is there The only person that was available to talk to was the bartender who did not speak any English and relayed that no one else was there! explain that there was water all over the floor and leaking out of the air conditioner got him to come upstairs and yes, he confirmed that and said he would tell the people the next morning shut the air-conditioning system off -No one could even provide rags of towels to dry up the floor. the next morning was checking out, and I explained to the desk what happened and I was told I should’ve called the desk-When I told him there was no one at the desk, he told me they’re supposed to be one? Well they didnt - would not recommend this hotel -location good- try another hotel!

Located close to Petite France, restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly, informative and accommodating particularly Marie. Her friendly manner and assistance was appreciated.

Mary was so accommodating when we arrived and Marc was amazing to us. Very understanding of my needs and took care of us like family. He was telling us that this building is from the 1580s and most of the structure is the same. It’s incredible when you think about that Thank you to the staff for a great stay

Maybe this is because we had just spent 3 nights in a very cramped Paris hotel, but we LOVED this hotel! It was quiet and spacious and clean. It is perfectly situated between the Strasbourg train station and the Cathedral - both about a 10 minute walk - so the location couldn't be better. We loved our time here.

Great location- right in the center of everything - 9 min walk to Catherdral 3 min walk to Little France canals, great helpful staff that speaks multiple languages , big spacious room, highly recommend !

Was a Little tricky to find. The navigation gets you close but not there. Hotel was Great and the location can not be beat!

Location, location, location - easy walking distance to all the charm of Petit France. Hotel was clean; filtered water, coffee, and lemonade available throughout the day in the lobby. Small bar/lounge area with fusbol table. Breakfast was delicious but pricey, you are better off walking around the corner to one of the cafes for a bretzel and a coffee. Easy walking distance to plenty of dinner choices.

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt und ist gut vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. Besonders toll war das üppige Frühstück. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr nett. Auf Nachfrage war ein Zimmerwechsel problemlos möglich. Für alle Reisenden, die keine Lust auf ein 0815-Hotel haben, kann ich das Hôtel de l‘Europe empfehlen. Da es sich um ein sehr altes Gebäude handelt, versprüht es einen gewissen Charme. Die Zimmer selbst sind jedoch sehr modern.

Está muy bien ubicado, a unos pasos de Petit France, llegas a pie desde la Estación del Tren. Personal muy amable, desayuno abundante, nos tocó un cuarto muy amplio. Ampliamente recomendable

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by a friendly female staff member at the front desk. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and delicious. The sparkling water in the lobby was so tasty that I kept drinking it throughout my stay, which brought me great joy. On the last day during check-out, with a few hours left and nowhere to leave our luggage, a kind employee on the first floor graciously offered to store our bags for free, for which I was very grateful. I highly recommend this hotel.
