Chambre et équipements impeccables, petit déjeuner trop cher pour peu de choix, Hamam en maintenance alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel parce qu’il y avait un hamam. Pas de savon dans les toilettes

Tres bel etablissement, accueillant, des raffraichissement à prévoir dans les chambres. SPA un peu petit, SAUNA inutilisable, piscine limite en température à cette epoque, un peu petite si trop de monde. Prix du parking hotel excessif. Magnifique décoration et belle histoire. Le bar un peu petit mais tres acceuillant.

Bel hôtel ancien de prestige. Chambres modernisées il y a qques annees. Petit spa avec piscine, jacuzzi et hammam. Petit déjeuner correct mais servi dans une salle sous-dimensionnée. Accueil en dessous du standing voulu.

We had a nice stay here. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was also good with lots of options. The area of improvement would be to maintain the pool area few times a day. When we were there, there was a group of kids with no supervision of parents. The pool area was absolute mayhem, with pizza boxes n food everywhere. Kids doing cannon balls in the pool. I complained to the reception and they helped resolve the situation. The next few days the pool was ok but I noticed that by the end of the day, it could use sprucing up as not all guests are tidy and put their used towels in the used towel bins. Other than that, the location is excellent and our stay was very comfortable. Spacious, updated rooms.

Très bel hôtel très bien situé face à la mairie et quelques mètres de la gare. Le vieux Tours est à proximité. Très bel établissement avec une décoration soignée, personnel très agréable, chambre spacieuse et calme, bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner buffet.

フロントもお部屋もとても良かったのですが、タオルに清潔さを感じませんでした。少しにおいました。部屋のコーヒーサーバーが水を入れてもスイッチがつかなかったのでフロントに連絡しましたがレストランに取りに来るように言われました。コーヒーサーバーの使い方がどこかに書いてあったのでしょうか。

This hotel was advertised as 4 stars but that wasn’t our experience here during our 2 night stay. The room was very large and quiet, however the amenities were lacking. The room only had paper cups, no glass for your nightstand or in the bathrooms, no wash cloths for the shower/bath. The soap dispenser was almost empty when we checked and never refilled by the time we checked out. The rooms and overall facilities need to be renovated as everything is rather old and tired looking. Not my favorite hotel during our week long stay in France. We did appreciate the location as it was close to everything in Tours with plenty of dining options and shopping!

L'hotel est beau, spacieux et surtout un accueil chaleureux. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses: petit bemol: TV petite et surtout pas de mini bar mais un service au top: si besoin de glacons ou eau on nous le donne. Bien placé au centre de tours à pieds. Mais prevoir à l'avance de reserver le parking à l'hôtel sinon il faut trouver une place ( pas évident) et payant. Cependant nous sommes satisfait, petit dejeuner espress très bon et adapté, acueil+++, beauté et cadre agréable.

Fint hotell som har sett bättre dagar. Stort rum med stor säng men tyvärr inget skrivbord som gör det svårt att jobba med laptop. Dessutom fungerade Wi-Fi väldigt dåligt vilket är inte ok för ett hotell av den klassen. Helt ok frukost.

A great lobby, especially the high ceiling, pool and piano, and great location, near train station, huge city pool, park and restaurants. We had 2 rooms for 2 couples. Wonderful showers. One room though, was better than the other, yet they came at the same price. The better one had nice views and was spacious. The lesser one was smaller, had 1 window instead of 2, and had slanted beams that you had be aware of or risk hitting your head. Also, odd that there was 1 chair in the rooms instead of 2.

Hotel was in perfect location. The room was good size. The hotel entrance smelled like someone was cooking fish (assuming it was the restaurant), but ring were excellent.

Room spacious clean although some wear and tear visible. It did not have mini fridge which was a bit disappointing. View from the window was the back of the property facing some mechanical fans air conditioning units and terraces and rooftops. I was told all rooms are like that. However minimal time in a room so no big issue here.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the tourist office which all the tours depart from. Lots of restaurants, cafes are closeby. The hotel lobby is the attraction point. The rooms are very spacios as well. A few let down for us were lack of a fridge in the room, no china cups ( paper cups and wooden stirrers only provided).

La chambre est grande et a du cachet mais il manque des éléments pour la rendre plus chaleureuse. Pas de bar pour un 4 étoiles et vu tous les recoins vides de la pièce, c'est vraiment dommage. La vue sur le haut de l'hôtel de ville est belle mais affreuse sur les 3 quarts restants. Le personnel était très accueillant. Attention au thé glacé à l'accueil qui était chaud en fin de journée...

La chambre est grande et a du cachet mais il manque des éléments pour la rendre plus chaleureuse. Pas de bar pour un 4 étoiles et vu tous les recoins vides de la pièce, c'est vraiment dommage. La vue sur le haut de l'hôtel de ville est belle mais affreuse sur les 3 quarts restants. Le personnel était très accueillant. Attention au thé glacé à l'accueil qui était chaud en fin de journée...

This is a great place to stay when in Tours. The service was outstanding. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was full of good choices. Finally, the location was the best. It is less than a five minute walk from the train station and less than a 20 minute walk to the old town and the area with the best restaurants. I would absolutely stay there again when in Tours.

A great lobby, especially the high ceiling, pool and piano, and great location, near train station, huge city pool, park and restaurants. We had 2 rooms for 2 couples. Wonderful showers. One room though, was better than the other, yet they came at the same price. The better one had nice views and was spacious. The lesser one was smaller, had 1 window instead of 2, and had slanted beams that you had be aware of or risk hitting your head. Also, odd that there was 1 chair in the rooms instead of 2.

Excellent hotel in Tours with an ideal location, mins walking to the train station and the center if the old town. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The room and is spacious and well equipped. The shower room and toilet are seperated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Si le logement est top…ainsi que le petit déjeuner en chambre … Le bar et la restauration ne sont pas dignes d’un 4* Bar: pas d’accompagnement d’une mini assiette (même d’arachides!) lors d’un commande de verres de champagne. Au restaurant: accompagnement du plat principal 10’ après … Prix différent de celui indiqué préalablement. Verres de Vouvray , remplacés par une bouteille de vin…mais factures malgré tout… Bon (très) bon hôtel…pour le reste..,,à déconseiller !

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son Hammam, son jacuzzi et la piscine . À notre arrivée , le responsable nous a signalé que le hamman était HS et qu’il ne sera plus remis en service. Ok pour la piscine mais le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas !! Bref le responsable nous a proposé de nous surclassé en dédommagement mais finalement en vérifiant… c’était la meme chambre ! Le petit déjeuner n’est pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Sinon l’emplacement est très bien situé, plein centre .

Nous avons sejourné pour les 18 ans de mon fils à l’hôtel. Les chambres étaient très spacieuses et tout confort. Très joliment décoré. En revanche, nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hotel, le Touraine, le soir, nous avons été un petit peu déçu. Nous avons pris la formule entrée plat dessert. L’entrée foie gras n’était pas à la hauteur, il n’y avait plus assez de foie gras pour la table de huit, du coup ils ont divisé les parts on s’est retrouvé avec des portions riquiqui. Le souris d’agneau, bon goût, par contre beaucoup trop cuit et trop sec. Globalement le Resto n’est pas à la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles pour l’hôtel Les points positifs sont l’emplacement de l’hôtel dans le centre-ville, les chambres spacieuses et très joliment décoré et le confort du lit.

Apres un week end intense, nous avons choisi cet hotel pour son spa...malheureuse il ne marché pas, la piscine en remplissage n etait pas chaude. Chambre spatieuse, literie super confortable et insonorisation parfaite. Quelques retouches peinture seraient à prevoir. Cote petit déjeuner gros probleme plus de 20 euros par personne pour un copier coller d un petit dejeuner ibis, dommage.

Very nice hotel, location is good, very closed to railway station and 12 min walk to the old town. My room , suite, was very comfortable with quiet ,well-working AC. Stuff was very helpful. However, I try to contact with hotel about book a car parking and find out that they not receive any my massages. So if you make a booking through Expedia or Hotel.com your massages probably wouldn’t send to hotel. You should contact directly to the hotel . Fortunately it was a public holiday in France and parking on the street in front of hotel was free. I also want to mention that I forgot my AirPods in the room, they call me a couple of hours later and organised to post it to my address . Impressive!

A little dated, but a worthwhile place to stay. Loved the stainless steel swimming pool. Excellent location near train station, shops, tourism office and 10-15 min walk to most Tours sites.
