Le personnel de cet établissement est vraiment au top👍et d'une gentillesse irréprochable. Pour moi et ma compagne séjour de 14 jours. Seul bémol : la douche de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas ( pas très hygiénique) surtout par des grosses chaleurs. Sinon petits déjeuners excellents, il ne manquait de rien ( Paulette, votre jus de pomme, citron, carotte 👌😉)

Das Hotel eignet sich hervorragend für eine Durchreise, sehr nah an der Autobahn! Parkplatz kameraüberwacht. Zimmer klein, keine deutsche Fernsehprogramme.Personal freundlich. Wir übernachten dort jedes Jahr👍.

Notre séjour a été moyen car la chambre avait une odeur et la clim ne marchait pas bien. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre car chambre au 1er étage avec terrasse du restaurant en dessous.

Das Hotel wirkt seit Jahren immer abgenutzter. Die Teppichböden sind sehr fleckig und ungereinigt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist die Geräuschkulisse sehr hoch. Bei geschlossenem Fenster herrscht Ruhe. Sehr gute Nähe zur Autobahn. Reinigung des Hotels wäre sehr empfehlenswert! Trotzdem, ich werde die Unterkunft wieder buchen!👍👍👍

L'hotel è comodo per chi è in viaggio in auto poiché dotato di parcheggio e un po' fuori dal centro. Comunque il centro dista 10 minuti. Molto bello, camera accogliente e pulitissima. Bagno super. Albergo dall'arredamento colorato e nuovo., colazione generosa e buona.

Chambre très sale, tout est médiocre Pas la première fois que je réserve chez eux via hôtel.com, il vous donne automatiquement une chambre accès handicapé à côté de l’ascenseur. Bruyant du coup, et la ventilation n’en parlons pas… Au petit déjeuner pas un bonjour, il manquait un couvert sur ma table et apparement quelqu’un a essuyé le bout de ses doigts sur ma serviette bref cata…

Nous sommes des clients réguliers chez Mercure Valence Sud, et y faisons étape lors de nos allers-retours Strasbourg-Cannes. Nous en apprécions particulièrement la décoration très originale. Pourtant nous avons été déçus par l’accueil et la chambre manquant de lumière (une lampe manquante) qui nous a empêché de lire, et la douche dont l’évacuation était défaillante ce qui a créé certains "débordements" intempestifs. Nous nous en sommes adressés à l’accueil, mais visiblement ils semblaient être pris de court et incapables d'intervenir. Nous pensons que ce n’était pas le "bon jour" et nous reviendrons ne serait-ce qu’un raison du charme de l’endroit.

The hotel is an easy 10 minute drive to the centre of Valence - there is free car parking at the hotel - the staff are lovely - there are 2 dining options - both very good - a really comfortable place to stay.

Very modern and atylish hotel, smelt great as soon as you walked in - room was very small but the bed was super comfy and the shower was great - very close to the motorway so the perfect spot to stay in the way to Switzerland

Das Hotel eignet sich hervorragend für eine Durchreise, sehr nah an der Autobahn! Parkplatz kameraüberwacht. Zimmer klein, keine deutsche Fernsehprogramme.Personal freundlich. Wir übernachten dort jedes Jahr👍.

Perfekt stopp nära motorväg och inhägnad parkering. Passar oss, då vi har en släpkärra med oss, som vi vill ha på säker plats. Bra mat i närliggande restaurang och god frukost.

A very good half way stop over for me. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. Nice to have the option of two restaurants. The breakfast is very good.

Goed hotel. Zeker voor doorreis naar zuiden. Dichtbij het oude centrum van Valence, leuk. Prijs via boeking sites is oke. Net en schoon hotel verder. Ontbijt prijzen zijn niet in verhouding. Erg duur. 18euro per persoon.

The hotel was perfect for resting after a long day of driving for many reasons, including a really nice bed. But The restaurant next to the property, But part of the hotel had the most unhelpful, and rude people you could expect. Maybe it was how tired me and my partner were, But the restaurant was almost empty and tried to force us to seat in a very uncomfortable table with the only few clients just centimetres apart. when 90 per cent of the restaurant was available and they did have lots of some other seats a bit more comfortable... It all would be Ok, if the lady in charge have not told u to simply go away and did some hand expressions.. P.s. The swimming pool opens late and closes early. So, forget to be able to use it.
