Matelas ferme et confortable. Ce qui est top : ce sont les jeux pour enfants. Le problème c’est que certaines personnes n’en n’ont pas pris soin, du coup la table de ping pong est inutilisable. Le baby foot est abîmé. Ainsi que le tapis du billard. Ce qui est bien dommage. Les tarifs du bar sont exhorbitants, 12 euros le spritz. La dame qui s’occupe du bar passe son temps à attendre. Alors qu’il y aurait tellement à faire !!! Le parking / garage est payant comme partout dans la station. C’est très cher pour un hôtel dans son jus !!!

The staff were fantastic, the motorcycle parking was free, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was large. The service was excellent, and the hotel was located very close to the city center. I can truly recommend this hotel.

Ottima posizione, bel hotel ma su tutto vince la cucina, si mangia davvero molto bene. Sicuramente un hotel non economico come tutto il trentino daltronde ottima vista. se devo però fare una grossa critica il parcheggio, dopo quello che si paga non puoi farmi pagare 21€ di parcheggio al giorno esterno e 30 interno. prezzi assurdi

I waited 4 hours to view my room which meant after a long drive this was very inconvenient . I rang the property twice and email the hotel to explain my needs for room separation and when I arrived found the staff very in helpful. The receptionist was something out of the 60’s wearing thick glasses and using a magnifying glass seem very incompetent of the hotels process!! Terrible staff and break staff in polite telling me abruptly not to take a bottle of water to my table to drink. The hotel tried to charge me twice for tourist tax but never offered the sud Tirol tourist card- we were left not be able to use the buses for free and get any other benefits this card offered . We will not return!! Bad experiance
