We love the drury hotels! We love the breakfast and kickbacks offered. The hotel is immaculate. The employees are always so kind. My family loves the outdoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub is bigger than most and can easily fit 8+adults. We always look for the drury hotels when traveling! We have stayed at this location and LOVE it for the amenities and proximity to Six flags. We also love that we got a great view of the cowboys stadium which my son loves. This trip was extra special thanks to Ashley Rose. Upon check in, she found out we were doing a bday trip for my son through conversation. She took the extra time to send him a bday bag filled with treats, snacks, and a Cowboys reusable cup! She had tons of snacks and candys in the bag with a handwritten card for him. It was the sweetest gesture that made him feel so special. She went out of her way to make him feel so special and was so kind. We wished we would have taken a pitcure of them together but didnt think of it at the time. Thank you so much Ashley for the kind gesture that will always be remembered. I cant say thank you enough! The rooms are spacious, very clean, and AC works great. The rainfall shower feels great and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available vis dispenser on the shower wall. The bed is very comfy as well as the pillows. We are already planning our return to this very location.

Breakfast options are great and lots of seating available. Rooms are always clean and inviting, as well as the hotel area inside and outside. Bar and Kitchen area provides after hour options on-site. Convenient location if you need to walk to the AT&T Stadium for an event.

Starting from the parking lot, it’s immaculate. The manager was literally picking a piece of trash up with her hands because they keep it THAT clean. The lobby looks like you walked straight into luxury, it’s so beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and SUPER friendly! The check in process was so easy and quick. The room is perfect! I got the 2 queen suite which fit my family of 5 easily. It comes with a living room area off the bedroom which gave everyone enough space to spread out and not feel cramped. The pool and jacuzzi area were spotless and one of my favorite parts of the trip. Now to the amenities. They offer a free breakfast which we took advantage of every morning. The food was great and the staff stayed on top of keeping the dining area spotless. At 5:30 in the evening, the hotel offers a “kickback” which includes 3 free alcoholic beverages for the 21+ guests, and soda and popcorn for the kiddos. Along with a snack/meal of the night. They also have a lobby bar which is open from 5pm-midnight most nights and the grill items and drinks there were awesome! We traveled in from California and the Texas hospitality is STRONG here! Everyone was friendly and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! As Dallas Cowboys fans who will be coming out multiple times a year for games, this is our Go-To spot now!

Everything I want from a hotel was here! Awesome bathroom, great shower!!! The bed was a little too firm for me, but the bedding was nice! Definitely stay here!!!

The location is fabulous for various entertainment. At&t Stadium, Texas Live, and both ball parks are a little more than one mile. The hotel opened this year. Customer service is awesome from the cleaning crew to the front desk staff. The buffets and happy hours are great and delicious. The swimming pool is partially covered with an outside hot tub near by. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay like a resort!

Very clean I’m very picky about mold or dust it was spotless. The staff is amazing and very patient I say that because we needed to switch rooms and they were so nice. The food was great especially breakfast. Loved everything about it very comfortable stay.

Loved the room, the view, the ability to walk to & from AT&T Stadium! Room was clean, had everything except a safe. Fridge and microwave in room, although unneeded since happy hour food was provided and hot breakfast.

The hotel is pretty awesome. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great. The rooms are clean and modern-the only downsides are the beds are a little hard, the pull out sofa bed is pretty rough to sleep on and probably most inconvenient is the AC. The airflow is off-the “living room” area cools down just fine but the “bedroom” stays quite a few degrees hotter.

Visited Arlington to take the family to Six Flags. Originally wanted a hotel closer, but I'm so glad that I chose Drury. The distance was only a 5 minute drive away. The hotel wasn't over congested with traffic as it would've been closer to the park. The rooms were absolutely amazing. The cleanliness was superb. There were no foul odors like many other hotels. Every staff member was so accommodating and friendly. Their complimentary daily breakfast and dinners just added another level of appeal that most hotels lack. We honestly didn't want to leave the hotel. The only complaint I have, which is minor, is that the bathroom door doesn't lock. I'm not sure if it was just the King and sofa suits that are like that, but it was kind of inconvenient when you're trying to have your privacy with kids that could potentially waltze at a moments notice. However, that doesn't stop me from giving this hotel top ratings. Drury has set the new standard for what a hotel experience should be.

The Drury back home in Houston is known as the run down pimp center that you would not want to be caught in even during the day time. With that reputation I've always stayed away from anything with the name "Drury" in it but let me tell you about this place, my medium adulthood has been a whole lie all of this time! This is pretty much a family/convention get together Hotel that seems always busy whenever I leave or come back to my room. The lobby is spacious where you've not maneuvering around other folks and it shares parking with no other site, in other words, there's plenty of parking. My room was clean with the usual refrigerator/microwave/mini coffee machine etc. Television was crisp but something that I have to convey to you that I have never seen in the 100 plus Hotels that I've stayed in.....the internet speed! It is MAD! I have gotten an average of 150 mbps which is more than ample for what anybody else would use for. I guess that they figured out with the amount of people in here that they better have decent internet so everybody would not have that aggravation. I am really impressed. I believe that if you have the right package you get complimentary 3 adult drinks and a welcoming dinner buffet (and breakfast at 6 a.m.) which is another plus why I prefer staying here. The dinner buffet I believe starts at 5 or 5:30 pm and ends at 7 p.m. One day there was beef BBQ sliders, another day it was taco themed Tuesday and the other day it was Chicken Alfre

Smallest of complaints being the TV was finicky constantly saying there was no connection. I also would have loved bacon with breakfast. Again, these are just 2 small complaints for an otherwise positive experience.
Smallest of complaints being the TV was finicky constantly saying there was no connection. I also would have loved bacon with breakfast. Again, these are just 2 small complaints for an otherwise positive experience.

Starting from the parking lot, it’s immaculate. The manager was literally picking a piece of trash up with her hands because they keep it THAT clean. The lobby looks like you walked straight into luxury, it’s so beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and SUPER friendly! The check in process was so easy and quick. The room is perfect! I got the 2 queen suite which fit my family of 5 easily. It comes with a living room area off the bedroom which gave everyone enough space to spread out and not feel cramped. The pool and jacuzzi area were spotless and one of my favorite parts of the trip. Now to the amenities. They offer a free breakfast which we took advantage of every morning. The food was great and the staff stayed on top of keeping the dining area spotless. At 5:30 in the evening, the hotel offers a “kickback” which includes 3 free alcoholic beverages for the 21+ guests, and soda and popcorn for the kiddos. Along with a snack/meal of the night. They also have a lobby bar which is open from 5pm-midnight most nights and the grill items and drinks there were awesome! We traveled in from California and the Texas hospitality is STRONG here! Everyone was friendly and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! As Dallas Cowboys fans who will be coming out multiple times a year for games, this is our Go-To spot now!

Our stay was wonderful, large spacious rooms, very friendly staff. Only disappointment was the layout of the one bedroom suite, when you walk in it is to the bedroom area and the sofa area is off of it. It felt very disconnected and small even though it was a large room.

The desk clerk, Neismus (my memory and spelling of his name is inaccurate) has been the most approachable young customer relations person we have witnessed in several years. He was welcoming, informative and knowledgeable. In his presentation, he exceled in speaking good of the hotel and the Drury Corporation. The following morning, I had the pleasure to run into his at the breakfast ane he was eagerly assisting guests and keeping food available with the other staff. Again, very compassionate young man. We have since recommended this hotel just since leaving there Sunday. Thanks to this young determined young man-you have an asset within your organization. Also the Breakfast is a 10!!

I had a frustrating experience at Drury Hotel. Upon arrival, Liz at the front desk seemed disinterested. She made a comment that she wasn’t "doing this right now," which was off-putting. After providing my name and ID, Liz couldn’t find my reservation and asked for the itinerary number. I returned to the desk, where the second lady mentioned I did have an itinerary number. I provided it, and Liz started typing. After a few minutes, she admitted she wasn’t entering the numbers correctly and said there was no reservation. I asked how long it usually takes to get confirmation, and Liz casually said "all night." I clarified that my reservation was paid for and asked what to do next. Liz told me to call the 800-number. I contacted Expedia, where Ryan confirmed my reservation was there. He tried to help resolve the issue and attempted to cancel it, but only Drury could approve the cancellation. Ultimately, Liz wasn’t helpful, and the experience caused unnecessary stress. While the hotel may be nice, the check-in experience and customer service were disappointing.

This hotel has the perfect location! It's right off I-20 on Center and The West Road to Six Flags. If you like this area, you can spend the whole time there. It's not far from AT&T Stadium, Texas Live, and Globe Life Stadium.

The hotel itself is very nice! The lobby area was nice and spacious with plenty of room to accommodate everyone during breakfast and kickback. The pool was nice. Location is great if you’re planning to visit either stadium.

Came to Arlington to attend concert at Arlington Music Hall. This hotel is super convenient to the venue, had the Kickback happy hour with bar service and food which was really helpful since we did not have alot of time to check in, clean up, eat and get to the show. Food was very tasty, had a drink at the bar after show which was great. All the employees seem very proud of this property. Clean comfy convenient. Highly recommend

This is a luxury gem for the price, so I give the hotel itself 5 stars on all counts. But be aware it’s in an economic desert with nothing within easy walking distance. The Drury has a great free hot breakfast, but the bar food is only available after 5pm. The closest restaurant is an Olive Garden with a one hour wait at lunch. No nearby mini market or even a gas station. If you don’t have a car, you’re stranded. It’s a $50 Uber to the airport and no hotel or other shuttle service. So a rental car is advised.

From the moment I arrived, my stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Arlington exceeded all expectations. Arrival & Check-In: When I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They explained everything clearly, and the check-in process took less than 10 minutes—quick, smooth, and stress-free. Amenities & Dining: I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my stay included not only a free buffet breakfast, but also a free buffet dinner and three complimentary alcoholic beverages. On top of that, coffee, tea, and soda were available. Dinner was served from 5:30–7:00 PM, and the drinks were amazing. There’s also a bar and lounge open until midnight, which was a great bonus. Room & Comfort: When I entered my room, the temperature was perfect and the room was spotless. My view faced the highway, but I was on the 7th floor—and honestly, everything feels better at that altitude. Elevators & Facilities: The elevators were fast, and I never waited more than a minute. While I didn’t get a chance to use the gym or pool, I was told the pool is climate-controlled and there’s also a hot tub. Location & Convenience: The hotel’s location was ideal—very convenient to Globe Life Field, which is exactly why I chose it. Even better, Ross and Burlington are right across the street, making it easy to do some quick shopping. Overall Experience: The food, atmosphere, and sense of safety were excellent. I will only stay at Drury Hotels in the future. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable rooms, perfect for travel with kids. Convenient location, easy parking. Staff were friendly and worked hard. Only negative was the restaurant got slammed both at late night and then right at the start of breakfast (7am), so they fell behind and had to play catch up. Staff worked hard though to make it work and remained courteous and friendly.

Such a nice hotel. Very clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shuttle service to the ballpark was nice. Loved not having to hunt a parking place and still walk a long distance. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Kickback in the evening was good and saved us money by not having to hunt a restaurant. Granddaughter loved the pool.

We usually stay at hiltons but this hotel was amazing. It’s also close to both stadiums. Usually after concerts you can’t find hotel parking but this hotel had plenty of spots left even though the hotel was booked.Also if you don’t have a vehicle they a have a shuttle that will take you to and from the stadiums for $25. You get free breakfast and dinner. Also 3 commentary drinks during dinner time and fountain drinks anytime. Even though there was a heat wave the hotel room stayed cool throughout the day. The room was nice and clean as well.

Room wasn’t ready when I arrived which was after check in time however he immediately went up to check on the room and provided cold water for while we waited and the room was available quickly. The AC struggled to keep the sleeping area cold enough. The only surprising item was no lotion provided in the room. The staff was very accommodating during the stay.
