Lets start with the elevator, they have 3, 2 on one side and a single on the other. Only 1 elevator worked of the 2. The exercize room had no mat to stretch out on. It is small with no tv to watch while exercising. They lock the front door at night. The breakfast is very good. But there is no 24 hour coffee in the lobby. There are plenty of food options just across the street. There is a hidden charge for parking. They have a shuttle bus but only for air crews not hotel guests. Internet is slow, hard to play live action online games.

I like the Hyatt because it had really great breakfast breakfast was like buffet style and the staff was really really caring and nice the only thing that I did not like is that the pool was down the whole stay. Other than the pool rooms are really nice everything was nice lots of parking which is nice.

Convenient to UNLV. Staff friendly and helpful. Very busy location and breakfast was crowded. No lounge for TV watching. Parking was $10 per day which wasn’t advertised. Hotel on a busy street and in the path of the airport so they provide earplugs for sleeping. A/C in room was very loud.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, free shuttle bus to The Strip. Only let down by the pool being out of use and the ice maker on our floor not working. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Good value for money in Vegas area close to shops and attractions.

Horrible information at reception desk. We got absolutely no information that the pool was out of order and had to find out ourselves. This resulted in the quickes check in and check out of a hotel ever. We were there for max. 15 minutes

The beds were comfortable, if a bit small. The pull out bed was bearable. The pool was fantastic. The location was excellent for easily accessing the Strip and parking was easy and reasonably safe and well lit. The breakfast was fantastic, however be sure to double check the time it is served. Alex, who checked us in on a Sunday, informed us breakfast was until 10:00am, but as the next day was Monday it was actually only until 9:00 and all but one of our party missed breakfast because of this. It is posted, but who reads the signs posted by the cafeteria when checking in? This was a huge disappointment as the complementary breakfast was a deciding factor in selecting this location. However, there is a Dunkin Donuts right across the street if you suffer the same fate.

On the website the hotel lists a shuttle and pool. It was 44 degrees everyday and the pool was down and not usable. Also informed that they don’t shuttle guests anymore. 2 of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Very disappointed. The staff were great to deal with.

I did not like the absence of an airport shuttle. This is a "business hotel", not a resort. It should not cost $25 for the short ride from airport to hotel...it should be part of the hotel fare. I suspect the Las Vegas taxi union has a lot to do with this... but non-resort hotels should be exempt from their influence preventing a shuttle.

The quality of this Hyatt compared to other Hyatt’s we have stayed at is lower than we expected. The carpets in the rooms were filthy and turned the bottom of your feet black. The reviews of this hotel being noisy due to air traffic are spot on. Right about the time I was trying to go to sleep there would be an airplane flying out every 40-60 seconds. In the morning, the shower took about 5 minutes to finally get some hot water. The upside is that the hotel staff were incredible and check-in was lightening fast. Breakfast in the morning was well stocked.

Extremely over priced for what you get. We paid $500 for 2 nights for a very basic room. On top of that they charge $20 a night parking, which was only disclosed after it was too late to cancel the room. The beds were kind of gross and there was a used bandaid stuck to the wall above our headboard, so clearly the rooms aren't cleaned that well. Insane for the price we paid. The breakfast is pretty basic especially compared to other spots we've stayed in the past. We only booked here due to it's location to the Mack, but we will stay somewhere else next time we're in vegas. The only bright spot was the staff was really friendly, but friendly isnt worth $600.

PLEASE save your money and do not stay here. I have stayed at several Hyatt’s before and this location needs a lot of help. homeless, ANTS and urine smell is surrounding the property. I had to request a refund for the hotel because i was not about to have my family stay in that hotel. just to get a refund from the manager it took so much because he was refusing and his only solution was the check out the room before checking in? absolutely not! when staying at a HYATT you are thinking you’re staying at a clean and safe place. why would i check a room out before checking in ? All in all don’t stay here and stay at the Hyatt Silverton Village. Better and FRIENDLY staff, CLEAN, and SAFER!

We loved our stay at the Hyatt! It was one of the most sound proofed hotels I have stayed in (and it was busy for most of our stay). Comfortable bed and a nice clean room which was setup really well for our needs. The staff are all friendly and helpful any time and the breakfast buffet was always fresh and well stocked! Just a really enjoyable stay for us and would absolutely recommend and return!

For us, the room was most important. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. Although the airport is very close we did not hear the planes while in our room. It was very quite and the air conditioner kept us very cool. We would stay here again.

It was challenging to fall asleep with the sound of airplanes landing a couple miles away. The hotel did provide ear plugs but those were not an option for us overnight as parents with small kids. We needed to be able to hear our kids overnight. This just isn't a hotel we'd come back to with our kids.

The hotel is overall good. They serve hot breakfast. The location is good. They could probably improve in the following areas: 1. The internet was quite slow. I'd interruptions during my meetings. 2. The wash basin (sink) had problem of sinking water properly. 3. The room was a bit small. 4. The breakfast was same during all the 4 days. It was a bit boring to eat same daily.

The beds were terrible and need to be replaced. You rolled to the center on 1 of them. The other bed was slanted to the right. The airplane departures were unexpected. Thanks for the free earplugs! The room and lobby was humid in April and had a slight older smell.

Awesome stay with my family on memorial day weekend. Ricardo and the staff went above and beyond. I traveled with three other adults and two minors, we were able to book a spacious room. There was plenty of parking and Hofbraeuhaus just accross the parking lot. Gym was a bit small but clean. Would definitely stay again!

Although I had paid through hotels.com, Hyatt took the liberty of charging the room under my credit card as well (which was supposed to be for incidentals). Therefore double charging me for my stay. After having to clarify with the staff, manager, and hotels.com, they told me they would refund the second charge (I’m currently still waiting for the refund). However, they added another $30 incidental charge on my checkout day due to “systems error” per their manager.

There were plumbing issues in the room and we had to call the maintenance team twice to get this resolved. I also hope the front desk team learns how to talk to the guests and not be rude.

This was perfect location for us to be close to UNLV for campus orientation. Literally across the street. Used DoorDash first night for food as we got in late. We also walked directly up Harmon to the strip one evening (about a mile) and back without any issues. The CVS on the corner from the hotel was great for quick snacks, drinks/water, and last min items. Will stay here again.

We only stayed one night, but enjoyed our stay. The area was busy and had some transients walking around but otherwise was fine. It is conveniently located near the strip with convenient stores nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Great location near UNLV and the airport. Roos are great size and the staff especially Deanne were awesome. Breakfast is free and good but this year they didn’t change the menu daily like in the past.

The property was nice, no complaints.The location to everything I wanted to go to (The Strip and getting picked up by tour agencies) was 8 mins away in car, but 30 to 32 mins walk which forced us to spend a lot of money on Uber. Although I have no complaints about the hotel and the stay. Next time, I will just get a hotel at the Strip.

Room was fine and bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was good. Breakfast was crowded making it tough to find a place to sit, and the line for food went out into the lobby. And it was like this for over an hour.

The beds were comfortable, if a bit small. The pull out bed was bearable. The pool was fantastic. The location was excellent for easily accessing the Strip and parking was easy and reasonably safe and well lit. The breakfast was fantastic, however be sure to double check the time it is served. Alex, who checked us in on a Sunday, informed us breakfast was until 10:00am, but as the next day was Monday it was actually only until 9:00 and all but one of our party missed breakfast because of this. It is posted, but who reads the signs posted by the cafeteria when checking in? This was a huge disappointment as the complementary breakfast was a deciding factor in selecting this location. However, there is a Dunkin Donuts right across the street if you suffer the same fate.

We stayed for 4 nights and we loved everything about it from the friendly staff to the cleanest of the place. We had house keeping for the 4 nights we stayed and the room was always left nice and clean every time. We also loved that breakfast was included so we woke up everyday to a very good breakfast the buffet was always clean and well organized with a variety of things to enjoy would definitely recommend and mostly likely booked again.

Extremely over priced for what you get. We paid $500 for 2 nights for a very basic room. On top of that they charge $20 a night parking, which was only disclosed after it was too late to cancel the room. The beds were kind of gross and there was a used bandaid stuck to the wall above our headboard, so clearly the rooms aren't cleaned that well. Insane for the price we paid. The breakfast is pretty basic especially compared to other spots we've stayed in the past. We only booked here due to it's location to the Mack, but we will stay somewhere else next time we're in vegas. The only bright spot was the staff was really friendly, but friendly isnt worth $600.

Hello, my last stay at this establishment was a 4 out of 5. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, but I didnt appreciate upper management going pass and not speaking or acknowledging us when she went pass, but otherwise, staff was on point. I did t receive a welcome package like other guests, but when asked upon check out, was provided then. My room was good, we had a few issues with some of the amenities provided, after calling the front desk, and having maintenance address the safe and refrigerator, all went well. There was a leak by the AC vent, most likely was condensation or a real possible leak, which made the carpet wet close the bed area. Good shower heat and pressure and space in the room. The bed could've been more comfy, kinda hard and unsettling. The breakfast was great, some good choices, but I would have appreciated a different breakfast protein offered during my stay. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, and the airport; which I love. They offer parking, but no rental car this time, we ubered. Overall, I would book again, for the price and location, is a bargain. The few negatives do not outweight the positive and entire experience. Check in and out was easy and communication was appreciated.
