Although a refresh did occur to the facilities, dirt in the corners, poor sealing of room doors to hallway, bathroom requires new caulking, old windows full of dirt in corners. Chipped furniture. Chairs in dinning area with broken legs. Garbage cans in front of main entrance not emptied for over 36 hrs. Cigarette butts, banana peels soaking in rain water. Horrible coffee.

The hotel looks good from the photos, but the reality is different: elevator is smelly and dirty, the walls throughout the hotel have scuff marks from suitcases, carpeting thru hallways needs changing. The rooms are clean, the bedding very comfortable, but the carpeting also needs changing. The AC unit in our room did not handle humidity and the rooms was stuffy and smelly. I must say that the front desk staff and the house staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Last but not least, the breakfast "buffet" was almost empty of food by 8:00 a.m. - it closes at 9:00 a.m. The only plus to this hotel is the location, close the the highway, and a plaza right across. Oh, none of the washing machines in the laundry room work, at all.

Property is in need of renovations. Many things not working. Lobby smelled.

Only minor issue was when we got to the room there was no electricity forcing a trip back down to the front desk to get it corrected. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Place was great. Only draw back was the parking later in the night time.

Plaza across the street has lots of shopping and eats. Right off exit 48. Went to an Xfinity concert Couldnt have been more convenient and nice (pretty room too) !!!!

the rooms were what we expected for the price point. only complaint about the room is the toilet was loose. Room was clean. halls were clean. Breakfast was terrible, so we went to dunkin instead. ya'll gotta get that elevator fixed though.

There is a lot of snow and ice everywhere. It wasn’t properly plowed so when we arrived, it was a little hard getting into a parking spot and getting out of it because of how much snow was around.

Excellent experience with comfort and amenities. Good laundry facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed for a close proximity to Gillette for AC/DC and this was an excellent choice. Very clean and comfortable!

There was a nest of bugs in our 1st room and they said that they could do nothing to compensate us. We will never go back.

The carpet and bathroom had not been cleaned in our room, with 'stuff' smeared on the shower walls. No towels in the room.

While the rooms themselves were very clean the hallway elevators and common areas smelt like weed. Since w were travelling with kids for a dance competition this wasn’t exactly inviting. Staff was kind and attentive but the rooms were great but common areas could use a good disinfecting to get rid of the odor

We booked a king room and they put us in a 2 double that absolutely REEKED like marijuana. When I called the desk to ask about it, they told me they overbooked and had no other rooms available. Then the receptionist abruptly put me on hold and came back a few minutes later to say that they did have a king room available on the first floor. We moved, but the room was filthy with stained towels and stains and thick dust on the walls and baseboards. The bed was extremely uncomfortable too. If we weren't only there for one night for a concert, we would have left. It reminded me of a flea bag motel on the Berlin Turnpike (IYKYK)

The steel bed frame is too big for the mattress….as a result, you can’t help but walk into it as you walk by.

Nice Place, beds were really soft. Prefer a Harder mattress not sure if they are older and losing the firmness or if they are just super soft mattresses. Otherwise the stay was great.

I wish I wasn’t on the street side. Traffic noise was terrible.

Street facing room. High traffic all through the night. Windows offered little sound protection.

Pleasantly surprised. Big room, great heating and cooling system and very comfortable bed.

The hotel was okay, it needs an update. The people next door to us were so loud, my husband and I were awake all night after our flight. The staff was wonderful, we dealt with the same person everytime and she was very accommodating and sweet. Beds were not comfortable either. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

Close to the highway so I could hear the traffic throughout the night. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Very clean and the staff was super nice.

Rooms were clean but the property is outdated and not very nice. I really like that the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators.

09-20-2025 at approx. 5:30 PM my wife stumbled and fell in the lobby near bathroom. registration person at desk, Devron was by her side immediately, helped her get up, asked if she was OK, and followed-up later in the evening to check on her condition. thankfully she had no noticeable injury Devron was very professional in all aspects of the situation.

The guys at the front desk both night agent was very nice. The manager was very rude (Pattie). Call to complain about the really bad smell in the room and the manager began to get loud and nasty. The overnight agent did offer a room move but after traveling for long hours with kids that just fell asleep late in the night wasn’t going to happen. Guest before us was smoking in the room the scent was everywhere. The manager and supervisor needs training!!

Check in was quick and efficient. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Having coffee and a tavern right across the street was an added bonus.

Was in Milford for a Rolling Stones concert at Gillette Stadium, as were 60,000 other folks, so hotel was packed. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

Nigel at the front desk was exceptional. Very cordial, great attitude and a welcoming smile. The room was excellent, breakfast had options and overall 10/10. Thank you for the hospitality

So no one at front desk most of time, had to listen to doors slamming all night, something kept beeping in hallway on wall, drunk guy on premises

The staff here is unbelievably rude and treats guests as a huge inconvenience. Rooms smell and don’t feel clean.

Our stay was just what I needed. The staff person at the desk was friendly and polite. Our room was ready and check-in was easy. The bed was very comfortable! The room was very quiet and clean!! I would definitely stay here again!!

My friend and I were going to a concert at Gillette. We originally had a different hotel, but we found out on the way down that hotel had a roach infestation….. So I was able to book this room last minute and it was amazing! Check in was so quick the room was clean and the area around the hotel had lots of shopping and dining options. Finally, it was also very close to the stadium! Great place, would stay again!

I was happy with my stay. Close to highway, self serve breakfast. Not luxury, though just what I needed for a nights sleep.

Just off Rt.495 makes this an easy access location. We were down for a soccer tournament & this wasn't only a great location, but it was clean & affordable. Definitely would stay again. Restaurants & shopping were in walking distance. Breakfast was an added bonus. Beds were comfortable.

The room was fantastic. Perfect for me. Bed was so comfortable. Only complaint was the food in the morning was blah! I understand it's tough to cook in bulk for people, but rubbery bacon and the most bland eggs ever.

This hotel was simple to get to. It was right off the highway. The beds were extremely comfy and clean. Our stay included free breakfast. My only complaint is that there was not enough food to accommodate the guests that stayed. We went down for breakfast and there was hardly anything left. We asked the front desk and their response was "sorry".

Comfortable and decent for the price range. Food and shopping plaza across the street for quick grabs. Directly off the highway so super easy to find. Only downfall is the free breakfast is awful!!! On the plus side Starbucks is right across the street.

Nice carpet free rooms, great bacon at the breakfast. Close to food and shopping amenities across the street
