Hotel was dirty we didn’t get any maid services breakfast was terrible they have all these hidden fees because I have a dog. The pool was out of service but it wasn’t listed until like 1 day before our stay. There was construction noise until 10 pm front desk lady was rude and unfriendly. Overall I would not recommend

The area was terrible. The parking was not controlled and we didn't have a spot sometimes due to the waffle house in the parking lot and the venue next door.

Honest review: Room was nicely renovated. Bed was too firm for me. Room was clean except mattress pad had stain on it. Price was good. It is outside of their control, but we didn’t realize there is large CSX train station very close and you can hear weird and loud metal squeaking noises at all hours of day and night. So if you are light sleeper or don’t sleep with a white noise machine like we do this is not the hotel for you. Breakfast was decent with waffles and sausage, cereal, bagels, etc. if you want more there is Waffle House in same parking lot as hotel, or Cracker Barrel next door. Hotel parking can be an issue and fills up.

Property is undergoingc enovations. Only reason it got 4 starts instead of 5 is that some travelers might not appreciate the exterior needing work. The room ww st a yed had been newly renovated. It was clean, updated with lots of plug-in options, new furnishings. Very nice! In a rather industrialized area but not so noisy it disturbed us. Waffle House adjacent to parking lot.

The Wyndham site — parent company to La Quinta — listed guest laundry on their site — but there is no such thing. They sent us to a Red Roof a quarter mile away, which featured one badly maintained laundry combo. The bathroom floor flooded in the middle of the night for no apparent reason, making it dangerous to use the toilet. When these issues were pointed out, their representative just kept arguing that the Wyndham site doesn’t represent them. The best make good I was offered was a no-fee cancellation of our second booked night. And they were indignant and rude and baffled as to why we were upset … really awful customer service. While I’m at it, the beds were terrible, too.

Would never stay again, I slept in my car one night out of fear. Towels, bed linens, floors were filthy. The shower actually had blood in it, along with black mold. Under construction so all workers were at the hotel which felt unsafe. Never stay here if you are a women!! You will get hurt!! Someone was banging on my door at 3:00am trying to get in.

Staff really rude. Rooms gross with bed bugs. Looks like the house maid doesn’t even clean the sheets or vacuum the room. Had mold in are room. Breakfast sucked and barely anything. Overall WASTE OF MONEY. I’m shocked they are even allowed to be open.

Sheets & comforter looked to have blood on them. Bed had a huge stain as well. Asked for replacent sheets & was given a sheet & pillow cases for us to change ourselves &it was a queen & not a king set. Cracker barrel & waffel house were in walking distance. Breakfast wasn't much. Would not stay here again! App will not allow me to upload pics....i wanted to show you all the deep red stain on the bed & running dow theside all about 1.5ft in diameter. Looked to be attempted to be cleaned, but not well enough.

Bed and Bathroom wasnt clean. One roome fuven first was usedbir in-use. we were scared to open room and see all lights ON bed blankets halfway open and were were scared that someone already in room, pleasefindattachedphoto.. had to go back to front desk all tok 30 to 40min, kids were tired and I hate this experience. more over next room given to us had one bed broken at center as such deep circle spot at right side if bed. Anithe bed smell such bad .

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with two full beds that was filthy. Called the front desk and they said they didn’t have any other rooms and there was nothing they could do. There were people outside smoking weed when we arrived and the bathroom was disgusting.

This property is undergoing a renovation which we knew upon booking. However, the rooms were so filthy, they should not be rented until they are properly cleaned and disinfected. There were dirty handprints on the closets and walls, a thick layer of grime behind the beds, mold in the bathroom, broken furniture. We moved rooms for our second night and the room was still dirty and the bathroom had a dead cockroach in it. The website indicated the pool would be available May 1, it was not and was filled with green algae and construction debris. When we got home, we contacted Expedia, they reached out to the manager and they didn't care about our experience.

Parking was free, but crowded with construction equipment. Room had bugs including roaches in the bathroom. Breakfast had VERY limited choices, and not much of each. No decaf coffee. Ran out of food items 45 minutes prior to end of breakfast time. Would not recommend and will not stay here again!

The rooms were remodeled and very clean and nice decor. I just wish I had known it was by the railroad station. Very hard to sleep as the trains ran ALL night long.

If you’re a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Unfortunately, its proximity to the train depot is my only real issue. The constant squeeling of trains braking prevents a good nights rest.

This hotel is right off I-65. It’s right in the middle of a lot of busy roads but the rooms are plenty clean and quiet. Lots of recent updates inside and out and the price is as good as you’ll get in Nashville.

Check-in clerk was AMAZING. Funny and nice. Room wasn't BAD. But them beds? Both were SUPER lumpy. So much so that my shins didn't even touch the bed when I laid on my stomach AND my nephew opted to sleep in the floor!!! Other than that .. it was nice and updated. I would stay here again

Pros: Easy check-in & front desk person was pleasant. Beds were comfortable & the shower had good pressure that held it's temperature. Quick response to issue with TV not working. One area with multiple plug-in options for charging electronics. Within walking distance of Cracket Barrel & Waffle House. Cons: Older hotel that needs updating & a deep cleaning. TV was not connecting to the satellite (had to contact front desk). Desk phone in the room, but not connected or plugged in. Heater/air-conditioner only blew air without the ability to adjust the temperature. A consistent squealing noise outside (possibly from traintracks near the area).

This is a motel, not a hotel. The exterior is rough. The breakfast was very limited and not well stocked. There were dirty shoe prints in the shower. Overall, the room was comfortable and modern.

It was awful.. the front desk lady was rude and on her phone. .there keys get wiped if the get 4ft of a phone.. so we got locked out of our room after eating a crappy breakfast. And it took her giving us a new key 3 different times for her to finally walk to the room with us and it was freezing outside, so my son waited in the lobby and even her key wouldn't work she had to call maintenance and it took him forever and again it's freezing outside while I'm standing there by a door waiting for maintenance this guy comes down smelling of weed and looks very threatening gets his key to work and tells me if it happens again he's not coming back to help. What I thought was a deadbolt that we locked the night before was apparently a privacy lock that makes it to where your key doesn't work I thought my son unlocked it when we left in the morning seeing as how I thought it was a deadbolt, thinking the door wouldn't open if it was locked but they were unbelievably rude I had I had another option I would have left the hotel the night before because I had to clean the shower myself cuz it didn't look sanitary the bathrooms weren't properly cleaned It was just a very s***** hotel and there was construction going on that was not made a wear to us prior to booking.

Check in and out was fast and easy. Lady at front desk was friendly, helpful, and a good conversationalist. She made the process extremely pleasant.

Property is under construction / remodel as of May 2025. Checked into my room and was immediately disgusted. Had dinner with a friend and talked about options. Returned to the hotel, checked out and decided to sleep on his couch instead. Informed the front desk that I was checking out because the room was too dirty for me to stay in. Returned the keys and never went back. I requested a refund through Orbitz, as advised by the front desk of the hotel. The hotel denied the refund request. Among other things, the hotel manager accused me of staying in the room and not returning the keys. As the property has cameras, it would have been immediately verifiable that I left when I said and returned the keys. The room was filthy and smelled horrible. The beds as soft as hammocks, if you like that. I only sat on one an felt like I might sink to the floor. There was no soap provided in the bathroom. Overall, I would have understood having to pay for the first night of my 3 night reservation, but as of now the hotel is keeping all 3 nights of the stay I couldn't use because the room was filthy. The worst hotel I've seen in 20 years.

Fast, easy check in and out. Don't let the location scare you. Room was practically brand new, very clean and a great night sleep. Was not impressed with the breakfast options, but I also didn't have time to eat before my appointment, so I didn't rate that piece. Will definitely stay again when I'm just coming into town the night before my doctor appointments at Vanderbilt.

Very old and run down. Noise from nearby train all night. Thin walls. No elevator. Hot water hard to get on. Too strong of disinfectant and air freshener smell in rooms and lobby. However the staff and everyone there was very helpful and courteous.

If you’re a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Unfortunately, its proximity to the train depot is my only real issue. The constant squeeling of trains braking prevents a good nights rest.

This hotel is right off I-65. It’s right in the middle of a lot of busy roads but the rooms are plenty clean and quiet. Lots of recent updates inside and out and the price is as good as you’ll get in Nashville.

I hate to even have to say this, but to save others the aggravation... There is a train wheelhouse or something across the street from this motel. ALL NIGHT & ALL DAY you hear the screeching of train brakes as they are lining up and connecting train cars. IT NEVER STOPS! We stayed at another motel right next to this one and experienced the same noise ALL NIGHT LONG while staying there as well. I will not stay at any motel in this area again. If you need a little peace and quiet to sleep, this is NOT a good choice!

Property is undergoingc enovations. Only reason it got 4 starts instead of 5 is that some travelers might not appreciate the exterior needing work. The room ww st a yed had been newly renovated. It was clean, updated with lots of plug-in options, new furnishings. Very nice! In a rather industrialized area but not so noisy it disturbed us. Waffle House adjacent to parking lot.

Great hotel close to Nashville zoo. They are in the middle of renovations so it's a little dusty but the new room is absolutely beautiful. Spacious, nice bed and beautiful bathroom and shower.

The breakfast was not up to par considering other La Quinta Inn by Wyndham hotels I have stayed at on my 10 day trip, which has been 4, no eggs, the sausage container was empty and not replaced after 8:30am when my 87y mother went to breakfast. And the guest room was the size of a Motel 6 room w the price of La Quinta Inn by Wyndham, not impressed.

Honest review: Room was nicely renovated. Bed was too firm for me. Room was clean except mattress pad had stain on it. Price was good. It is outside of their control, but we didn’t realize there is large CSX train station very close and you can hear weird and loud metal squeaking noises at all hours of day and night. So if you are light sleeper or don’t sleep with a white noise machine like we do this is not the hotel for you. Breakfast was decent with waffles and sausage, cereal, bagels, etc. if you want more there is Waffle House in same parking lot as hotel, or Cracker Barrel next door. Hotel parking can be an issue and fills up.

The room was clean and hotel is pet frienly which i loved. The noise at night is loud from the train, breakfast very poor, the good thing was the waffles, no tea at all and no eggs. Pillows are very soft, i couldnt sleep on them. The heater/AC was very loud in our room. Overall 3 is a fair review.

A+++ rating, without a doubt! 😃 The cleanliness was over the top. The rooms were great. Very well lit and were very spacious. 🍁🍃🍂 The morning breakfast was more than you could ever ask for. Simple, but it passed all my expectations. ( Im talking - - - waffles, sausage, muffins, bagels…… and last but definitely not least they had FRIUT LOOPS available.‼️‼️‼️ My all time favorite. 🙌 I highly recommend staying here.

The main issues during my stay were the noise and the breakfast service. The property was quite noisy, with sounds that resembled trains passing by and an occasional howling that made it difficult to relax. Breakfast service also left a lot to be desired. The front desk attendant was responsible for both the desk and the breakfast area, and she often seemed impatient with guests. She appeared frustrated if people used more than one paper plate, and she mopped areas without placing a “wet floor” sign, which felt unsafe and inconvenient while guests were carrying food. Instead of being welcoming, she seemed annoyed when guests walked through areas she had just cleaned, even though it was unavoidable during breakfast hours. I understand that everyone can have a rough day, but as a guest, the experience came across as unwelcoming. A little more courtesy and attentiveness would have made a big difference.

Couldn't connect to youtube or netflix due to the owner disabling the option on the tv, which I understand why since people prior werent responsible to log out of their accounts after their stay. Parking lot was ok, they need yo fix all the pot holes in the lot since theyre fairly large. We didnt really interact with the staff much other than checking in and out so cant say much for that. Overall 3/5. Clean room, and a place to stay not much else in the way of amenities.

Not good. Everything needs to be pressure washed outside. They need better pest control. The bathroom floors were sticky. I don’t know if I brought it in on my shoes but either way, it was gross. There was a giant spider there to greet us in the sink and roaches outside.
