Our experience at this property was fantastic. The property is beautiful and is such a high standard. The pool area is fantastic and there is a bar which is open daily. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink and lounged by the pool whilst we waited for our room to be ready as we arrived early. The room itself was absolutely spotless and so classy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paros and will absolutely be coming back to stay here again.

Great new small boutique hotel stay on Paros! Nice pool with sea view, clean & very comfortable rooms & good breakfast too. Front desk team was fantastic, friendly & even assisted by arranging our port transfers. On local bus route & a short walk to Parikia waterfront/restaurants. Highly recommend!

Parking was less than desirable causing a pileup of cars in the morning, it was pretty bad Access to the property from the road was a challenge, driveway was supper steep Staff was helpful, we had an issue with the room not being what we booked that was addressed after a little back and forth I'm an early riser so breakfast was a little late for me but thats personal perference

Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds, lovely pool and spectacular water view. The only problems were the lack of communication about how to actually reach the property reception. There is nowhere for transport to drop you right at the reception area. There was a lack of parking for the property also, cars had to moved daily to allow guests who were blocked in to leave the property. There could be some more tables available for breakfast as there were not enough for all guests to have breakfast.other than these small details the staff were lovely and the property is very nice. A small walk to the main area for restaurants and shopping.

A relaxing place stay- in Double room with sea view had a private balcony. Check in easy. Breakfast is great. Very clean (some paint needs a touch up to cover small area of mould). Highly recommend hiring a car from the port (cost was €50 for 24 hours) if arriving by ferry- it’s too far to walk with luggage and private transfer from port is €65 each way and uber/taxi charge minimum €40 for any trip. Hotel can help arrange- they used Kondilis rentals which was good! Having a car on Paros totally elevated the trip!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were very welcoming and made the experience great. Very clean and a beautiful view. Breakfast was great and the hotel was beautiful. Very easy to walk to the town and the beach.

It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip along the water of Paros, this is where all the shops and restaurants are. A scooter was a good mode of transport to get around. The rooms were cleaned everyday and were spotless. The breakfast in the morning was so filling and the food was always amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations, and they make great cocktails while you sit and relax by the pool.

I loved my stay at Parea. The hotel is amazing. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was just right. The pool area was just amazing. I loved every minute of my stay. I arrived from Athens feeling sick. I manage to sleep well at the hotel and still get out for some great sightseeing. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Perfect rating. Thanks again to the amazing staff there. You also made my stay memorable!

Lovely hotel. Beautiful view from our balcony. Great location—east and convenient. Nice breakfast. Well appointed and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Mother and daughter (aged 49 and 70s) travel buddies and we loved Parea and Paros so much that we extended our stay! Very impressed with the staff—darling employees that are very friendly and helpful with making arrangements for rental car and recommendations of activities, beaches and restaurants and so on. Thank you to Zion and Antonis for their excellent service and really enhancing our stay!! Highly recommend.

Sensational place, the service and friendliness of Antonio and Ilias was top-notch. Nothing was a problem, they gave some terrific recommendations for places to eat and the place was compact and gorgeous. It was an easy walk to the main restaurants in Parikia (which was also a better way to go to the absurdly busy port when you check out). The breakfasts were simple but tasty, delicious, healthy and easy with good quality ingredients. One thing that could be better was more shelf space in the room itself, there were few places to place personal items and the bathroom lacked towel hooks (not sure why). These were small things though and did nothing to detract from a great stay. Highly recommend.

The customer service of Parea was top tier! We loved the aesthetic of the room and it was well kept. It was a perfect stay in proximity to Parikia and we were able to walk to the waterfront, shops, dining etc. We felt well taken care of and would recommend to people looking for something a little more subdued with an affordable surrounding area instead of Naoussa. The front desk set us up with rides and rentals and were beyond attentive to our requests. A supremely friendly bunch of staff who we looked forward to seeing each day.

L’hôtel est très joli mais globalement nous avons été un peu déçus. Nous avions choisi la chambre avec le jacuzzi a l’intérieur. Une chambre de 55m2 avec une seule fenêtre, il faisait très sombre, nous avions l’impression d’être en sous sol. Le jacuzzi est très bruyant, nous avons assez mal dormi la première nuit. Le service dans l’hôtel est assez limité : personne pour nous aider à récupérer nos valises à l’arrivée, pas assez de serviettes dans la chambre, 2 savons à la place du shampoing, même pas fauteuil à l’extérieur sur la petite terrasse. L’hôtel n’est pas loin du centre mais est situé sur la route. Il possède un fort potentiel mais n’est pas bien exploité.

Sensational place, the service and friendliness of Antonio and Ilias was top-notch. Nothing was a problem, they gave some terrific recommendations for places to eat and the place was compact and gorgeous. It was an easy walk to the main restaurants in Parikia (which was also a better way to go to the absurdly busy port when you check out). The breakfasts were simple but tasty, delicious, healthy and easy with good quality ingredients. One thing that could be better was more shelf space in the room itself, there were few places to place personal items and the bathroom lacked towel hooks (not sure why). These were small things though and did nothing to detract from a great stay. Highly recommend.

The customer service of Parea was top tier! We loved the aesthetic of the room and it was well kept. Parking was less than desirable causing a pileup of cars in the morning, it was pretty bad Access to the property from the road was a challenge, driveway was supper steep Staff was helpful, we had an issue with the room not being what we booked that was addressed after a little back and forth I'm an early riser so breakfast was a little late for me but thats personal perference

Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds, lovely pool and spectacular water view. The only problems were the lack of communication about how to actually reach the property reception. There is nowhere for transport to drop you right at the reception area. There was a lack of parking for the property also, cars had to moved daily to allow guests who were blocked in to leave the property. There could be some more tables available for breakfast as there were not enough for all guests to have breakfast.other than these small details the staff were lovely and the property is very nice. A small walk to the main area for restaurants and shopping.

PAREA is such a beautiful hotel with the best sunsets on the island! The staff were extremely kind and fun, and made sure we had everything we needed - a big ask for a group of 11 people travelling together. I would happily come and stay here again!

It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip along the water of Paros, this is where all the shops and restaurants are. A scooter was a good mode of transport to get around. The rooms were cleaned everyday and were spotless. The breakfast in the morning was so filling and the food was always amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations, and they make great cocktails while you sit and relax by the pool.

Sea view was good. The hotel is a good 20 minute walk out of town , which is not too bad, however the first part of the walk is awful as it st on a very busy main road , parts of which have no footpath. Taxis back to the hotel every evening proved to be expensive. Th young lady receptionist was very helpful

Great new small boutique hotel stay on Paros! Nice pool with sea view, clean & very comfortable rooms & good breakfast too. Front desk team was fantastic, friendly & even assisted by arranging our port transfers. On local bus route & a short walk to Parikia waterfront/restaurants. Highly recommend!

A relaxing place stay- in Double room with sea view had a private balcony. Check in easy. Breakfast is great. Very clean (some paint needs a touch up to cover small area of mould). Highly recommend hiring a car from the port (cost was €50 for 24 hours) if arriving by ferry- it’s too far to walk with luggage and private transfer from port is €65 each way and uber/taxi charge minimum €40 for any trip. Hotel can help arrange- they used Kondilis rentals which was good! Having a car on Paros totally elevated the trip!

This a very nice hotel in a quiet location, but a quick walk onto town. Room lovely and spacious. BUT, I do not see how it can get constant exceptional reviews as the breakfast arrangement is wholely inadequate. You have sit on sunlougers around the pool, thats if you can get one. There is a buffet style breakfast laid out on the bar. There are only three small tables in direct sunlight by the car park. There is no shade cover at all, when the temperatures are nearing 30 degrees. The food is exposed to the sun with little or any refrigeration. Sometimes you have to wait for cups, glasses or dishes to be washed manually by the bar tender, not hygienic. We stay in many hotels and have never come across a breakfast service with such poor standards. So although this may be a nice hotel, its service on breakfast is little short of appalling. No way can you call it exceptional as of the reviews, which I would question.

There's a variety of restaurants about 10min walk on way to katapola. There is frequent buses from Katapola to Naoussa which upscale area and full of food options. Its abut 15min walking to Katapola. You can take a bus but you need to check the buss schedule. Private taxi are bit expensive.

A mediocre accomodation - if you’re looking for a good place to see the sunset, this is your place. Breakfast is good but just gets repetitive as you’re limited to a few options but nice. We were pleasantly surprised by it. Rooms are ok basic and just generally mediocre. But one thing of note - I’m 29 YO and found the walk is a trek to the town. We probably walked 5000 steps before getting into civilization so make note of this. I wish I had noted this before booking

I had such an amazing stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, every single staff member made me feel so welcome. Everyone was genuinely kind, warm, and happy to help. The front desk team went above and beyond with recommendations for places to visit and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. They even organized an ATV rental for me and had it dropped off and picked up directly from the hotel, which made everything so easy and convenient.
