The Edgewood Motel

Had a tv problem and promptly worked awhile to fix. Quiet room.

The staff is friendly and always treats me well.

This is not a fancy hotel. I had one queen bed, a very small bathroom, a coffee pot, microwave, and fridge. Having a service dog was an issue because the owner said I needed to prove that I was disabled. I had a placard, but he wanted to see a vest for my dog (which absolutely means nothing because there is no certification or requirement that dogs wear a vest. My dog does have one, but I don’t put it on her when I’m driving for hours (don’t hang my placard while I’m driving because of the interferes with vision ). He told me he asks because so many people lie. Regardless, t’s still illegal to ask disabled people to produce something for a trained service dog even if a hotel is not “dog friendly.” The room was very hot and there was a sign not to turn on the AC. It is the middle of July. Also, the TV does not get any movie channels. I would not stay here again.

Very pleasant to talk to and the rooms are clean. Great location in Peshtigo close to gas stations and great restaurants.
