Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful at the front desk, pool was small, room was clean and ok size for a family of 4 with 2 queen beds. Was only a 25 minute drive to 6 flags. Would go here again if we needed a hotel in the area.

Kind welcome even at 12:30am, nice property, extremely convenient to the turnpike, nice breakfast and big lobby space - wish I’d gotten to use the pool! My only complaint was that there was maintenance going on which made maneuvering the hallways a little tricky - though I know it’s their off season.

Room was very nice and staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool room needs more ventilation though. The chlorine smell was very strong and our eyes started watering when we sat there waiting for too long.

The hallway just off the front desk all the way to the elevator was under construction. There was no floor, just a very uneven, rough concrete, and there was a bad smell along there and in the elevator. The luggage carts, only 2, were in poor condition. The rooms are nicely decorated with enough space to store one's belongings. The complimentary breakfast was much better than what I expected for a hotel like this. The only problem we had was the sliding barn door of the bathroom did not go all the way for the door to be locked. The hook lock couldn't reach the door to lock the door. The swimming pool is a very good size. I stayed here before and I will stay again.

What I did not like is the fact I rented the room then my family member tried to use the bathroom and got stuck but was able to exit the bathroom and then I tried and was locked in the bathroom for 5-7min until someone fixed the problem with the bathroom’s sliding door. It made me a bit uneasy knowing I just rented a room but I’m encountering a problem like this. The property manager made up with a prompt text message about. He promptly offered a snack to both me and accompanying family member to get us to a happy place and he did it with a smile which made me feel much better for the rest of my stay I did not encounter other issues.

great hotel, came for a wedding so we didn't have time for trouble. luckily everything went smooth. no issues. You can hear the highway from your room but earplugs stopped the issue for me. I recommend they work on soundproofing the walls on their next reno.

When you see earplugs in the room, you should be alert that there might be a noise issue. It didn't bother me personally, but my dad stayed on the opposite side of the hotel, where you can hear cars going over a bridge/elevated pavement trhat makes a thump all night long. He and my husband both thought the beds were subpar. When we arrived, we needed to use a bathroom before checking in, and the helpful woman at the desk said we'd need to use the bathroom down the hall, but she would need to unlock it. There was only one stall. When I went in, the toilet was completely blocked, so we needed to check in to actually use a proper bathroom. The bathroom door in the room isn't a door, it's a sliding door, and it didn't work super well. We didn't use the pool, but I noticed it was being cleaned in the morning? One of the overnight desk people had something wrong with her phone. She couldn't hear us when I called from my room, and all I could hear was children screaming in the background. So, despite the one good staff person, I can't really recommend this place. Find somewhere a litle nicer.

Room was spacious, updated, and clean. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. My family appreciated the rotating waffle flavor and toppings, besides the basic flavor. I also liked the various toppings for the oatmeal. I would stay here again when in the area!
