Beds are stiff and old, the pool is locked by management your key don't work and the heater off, its a indoor pool so it freezing, with out the heater. Phone didn't work in the room. The TV look like magnet had been ran over it, almost unwatchable. The breakfast was great, staff was friendly and the rooms are clean.

The hotel was clean, and the cleaning staff was very friendly. The woman at Breakfast was also very friendly. The front desk man was a gentleman. On day 2, the 2 front desk women looked like they didn't want to be there. I was disappointed because I came from driving over 500 miles away, and the pool wasn't working. As I had called every day for three days before my trip started to check if the pool was working. They stated yes each time. We drove for a mental break and was stuff in the room with boredom.

Hotel was very clean, had comfortable rooms, and nice breakfast. However we picked this hotel away from the National Mall for the indoor pool which was not usable. The pool was not heated at all and was unbearably cold - worse than outdoor pools we've used on this trip!

I ent to the property they charge me twice in two different card without telling me. I made that reservation to pay at the property not only they took money way before i got in and they recharged me again to the card i used in the entrance. When i tried to call they couldn't speak to me. I was in the phone with someone she just hang up without telling me anything. If i could g8ve zero i would love to. You guy's suppose to respect your world and the customers. The money yo charge me you can make it in a few minutes me i have to work so had to get that money.

Slender african american woman stated "Breakfast is over at 10 not 10:02. I wanna go. I got some where I wanna go." She rudely and quickly put up items and also turned off items. The hotel did not accept to add the reservation to my IHG rewards points. Irrespective of third party booking or through iHG I am paying for the stay in the hotel and I expect to get reward points for the stay. Also the customer service is not pleasing or welcoming incidental is $100 and I do not see any reason for $100 to be charged for incidentals.

Just spent the week here on family vacation and loved it! Claudia at the front desk was so kind, and Doris made sure breakfast was fantastic and continuously well-stocked. Loved that housekeeping cleans your room daily rather than every other day as many hotels have changed to. Beds are comfortable, rooms are QUIET, great water pressure in the shower - felt like a massage, and full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. The indoor pool was refreshing after a long day in the heat and was big. Our boys enjoyed the weight room, too. Nice variety for breakfast! There were the amazing cinnamon rolls, assortment of breads/bagels/muffins, pancake maker, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices, scrambled eggs and a meat (bacon or sausage) every day. There was also a 3rd hot item like biscuits and sausage gravy or potato cubes. Great variety! Chick-fil-A and 7-11 less than 5 min away. Only con was the ice machine on our floor (4th) didn't work, but we just ran down to 3rd. Overall great experience!

Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile. We had 2 rooms and they were able to fulfill the request of being across the hall from each other. Even when we returned to the hotel late in the evening- nearly midnight, there was a staff member in the lobby asking how our evening was and asked if we needed anything. We had a nice 1 night stay here.

Was perfect for my one night stay. Close to the Stadium and very convenient to access the major arteries. Tucked away for a quiet stay. Beds are very comfortable.

Just spent the week here on family vacation and loved it! Claudia at the front desk was so kind, and Doris made sure breakfast was fantastic and continuously well-stocked. Loved that housekeeping cleans your room daily rather than every other day as many hotels have changed to. Beds are comfortable, rooms are QUIET, great water pressure in the shower - felt like a massage, and full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. The indoor pool was refreshing after a long day in the heat and was big. Our boys enjoyed the weight room, too. Nice variety for breakfast! There were the amazing cinnamon rolls, assortment of breads/bagels/muffins, pancake maker, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices, scrambled eggs and a meat (bacon or sausage) every day. There was also a 3rd hot item like biscuits and sausage gravy or potato cubes. Great variety! Chick-fil-A and 7-11 less than 5 min away. Only con was the ice machine on our floor (4th) didn't work, but we just ran down to 3rd. Overall great experience!

The Staff wasn’t knowledgeable about the Conference they was suppose to honor, The air conditioning system could have been cooler, The complimentary breakfast didn't accommodate people that don’t est pork, The room was very clean (personally my stay there was great and it was peaceful I would refer anyone there and I would go back

Upon arrival we were greeted by the pleasant staff. Also the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice and hot. The entire staff made us feel at home. The price was very affordable. I truly enjoyed the front desk staff. They were very accommodating. I truly enjoyed "Chase", he was also a front desk staff. Chase was pleasant and very mannerly. It was like having good ole fun family time. If. time allows, I would come back for another stay to be pampered.

I was in town for a funeral of a family member. When I arrived and checked in Chyna was amazing. Her hospitality was the best part of my stay. I thought she was the manager-She should be!!!! I checked into the room and rested my bags then went to dinner. Returning from dinner I wanted ice in my room and they had no ice AT ALL!!!! Not even the next day!!!! I then went to take a shower and due to rusted pipes and poor drainage (tub was backing up with water) I slipped and fell in the shower. I’m in the process of handling this matter. The room was subpar and not cleaned that well. If I was staying in the area longer I would have checked out. I know that I won’t stay at this property in the future. Again, only one person Chyna was superb.
