Room average … needed a small table by sitting chair in corner - could even have 2 sitting chairs with table. It was fairly clean. Elevator had glitches with door opening/closing and quite slow. Breakfast was poor - did not even utilize - lacking options!

The room was clean. There were issues with the elevator door, not opening all the way in the morning the employee didn’t know how to fix it.

We got into town at noon but check in wasnt until 3. I asked if we could do early check in.The man didnt speak english and went to get his daughter who if we paid them 40$ we could check in early. I said no we would go get lunch. An hour later they call and say our room is ready. The eelevator was HOT AND HUMID with HOT air blowing on you. The overwhelming air freshener smell in the lobby to mask cigarette smell was extreme. The floors were dirty and handprints all over the walls. We had to put all our weight into opening the door to our room because it stuck to the frame. We had to pull with our weight to open it from the inside of the room. Room was ok. Smelled old and musty. Dirt and cobwebs in the bathroom like it hadnt been swept in who knows how long. Tv had what im hoping was just red food stains on it. Couldnt see out the window because it hadnt been cleaned and had smudges all over it inside and out. The intersection to get in to the parking lot is very dangerous as well. Not to mention theres a pool right beside the front of the building but when we asked about the pool we were told they didnt have one. At one point the elevator stalled and made a humming noise with no movement. Tried pushing all the buttons and non worked. Door opened half way and we took the stairs instead. Told management and he said "just shake it a little it itll work".

The elevator wasn't working. Door opened half way then stopped. Room was clean and recently updated. Bathroom light was falling out of ceiling. Ice maker didn't work. Breakfast was sausage links and hard potatoes that weren't hot. No eggs, no waffle batter. Hotel needs updates. Only good thing was the clean room and good AC.

The staff that checked me in was very, nice and efficient. Hotel lobby smells great! Room was ok, but could use an upgrade on TV and bedding. Bed was very comfortable. Room stay was quiet. Breakfast was not too great, not a lot of healthier food options, breakfast area was not the cleanest, gym could be upgraded as well with more weights/barbells. Overall good stay. Would stay again just would skip their breakfast.

Stayed here when we came for the Jeff Dunham show. The desk clerk was a bit quiet, we couldnt being the rolling luggage rack back sown becauae the elevator was broken but the bed slept well the jacuzzi tub that was in our room, had seen better days needs to be reaced. The breakfast was amazing! Overall the hotel is well kept on most part but it smelled really nice and clean.

Dirty! Found a bug, maybe a water bug maybe something else. Cracked paint on the walls and the tub. Musty dark just yuck. Will not stay there again and I travel to the area 3-4 times a year.

The elevator door would get stuck and half way open upon getting out. They did not clean the room and bathroom throughout, sheets, floor not swept. Service desk always untended.

We got into town at noon but check in wasnt until 3. I asked if we could do early check in.The man didnt speak english and went to get his daughter who if we paid them 40$ we could check in early. I said no we would go get lunch. An hour later they call and say our room is ready. The eelevator was HOT AND HUMID with HOT air blowing on you. The overwhelming air freshener smell in the lobby to mask cigarette smell was extreme. The floors were dirty and handprints all over the walls. Nice hotel at a decent price. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The only thing I didnt like is that they charged me a $150 deposit at check in. Im assuming this will be refunded in a few days.

We stayed here for an overnight stay traveling back home from a Florida vacation. It was the perfect spot! We were hungry getting in so late and McDs was right next door and a gas station! The room was roomy and the bed was super comfy! Just what we needed for a lovely overnight stay!

The man working the front desk was very friendly and the free breakfast was nice, but those are about all the pros. Everything in the place was scuffed, dented, chipped, and just overall old and needing to be fixed. Our room had a musty water smell. It served its purpose for a quick overnight stop while on a road trip, however next time I’ll pay the $50 extra for the next tier of hotels.

Hotel was in a good location and far enough from the highway that the noise was not an issue. Those were the only positives. Hotel wreaked of curry. So much so my sweatshirt I put on the next day smelled of it on the drive. I needed to stop and put this and my duffle bag in a garbage bag to stop smelling it. My room was right across from the elevator that "dinged" all night long. The heater/ac was so loud and rattled also when I ran it that I couldnt run it AND try to sleep so I had to havr it off and the room got very cold. Tub was an enormous jacuzzi tub but was DISGUSTING!!!!! didnt look like it had been thuroughly cleaned (especially the jets.....) ever. If you dont mind smelling like curry when you leave and bring extra blankets.... you will enjoy it.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, comfortable room. Internet was too slow to use and room phone didn’t work. The add said Full breakfast but was pretty minimal. The only gluten free option was scrambled eggs.

I've stayed here several times and I will be back again next week for business. The hotel is a great location and the room is comfortable, clean and quiet. It's not fancy, but I don't require fancy. Just safe and quiet and this place checks all my boxes.

Couldnt see out the window because it hadnt been cleaned and had smudges all over it inside and out. The intersection to get in to the parking lot is very dangerous as well. Not to mention theres a pool right beside the front of the building but when we asked about the pool we were told they didnt have one. At one point the elevator stalled and made a humming noise with no movement. Tried pushing all the buttons and non worked. Door opened half way and we took the stairs instead. Told management and he said "just shake it a little it itll work".

This property is ok nothing special. The room was fine and clean but our room keys stopped working every few hours so it was incredibly irritating to keep walking back down to get them fixed- and most of the time you have to wait a while to get someone to come to the front desk. Breakfast is good if it ever gets refilled. It is a safe hotel with easy parking and it was okay for the price but could easily be run better.

The hotel was beautiful, neat and clean. The staff and GM were amazing. We accidentally booked the wrong date and they graciously helped us with Hotels.com to rectify the situation. Will absolutely stay at this hotel whenever we pass thru or visit.

First night my daughter and I woke up at midnight because someone opened our room door! Luckily, we locked the top as well, so the door opened only a little bit. Same night, 30 minutes later the front desk person knocks at the door like the police asking for my name! He was the one checking us in. He said glitch in the system; way to go! Why couldn't you simply call the room?? After my complaint and request for reimbursement for that horrible night, management said they would refund me one night. Have not seen any money back in my bank yet. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was very simple scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage. I'm not a complainer but would not book this hotel again.

We stayed here for an overnight stay traveling back home from a Florida vacation. It was the perfect spot! We were hungry getting in so late and McDs was right next door and a gas station! The room was roomy and the bed was super comfy! Just what we needed for a lovely overnight stay!

I've stayed here several times and I will be back again next week for business. The hotel is a great location and the room is comfortable, clean and quiet. It's not fancy, but I don't require fancy. Just safe and quiet and this place checks all my boxes.

Room average … needed a small table by sitting chair in corner - could even have 2 sitting chairs with table. It was fairly clean. Elevator had glitches with door opening/closing and quite slow. Breakfast was poor - did not even utilize - lacking options!

Don’t let the picture fool you. The property is very run down. It has a horrible odor. They tried to mask the smell with air freshener. The room was fairly clean, but the beds and furniture are worn out. The shower head needs replacing. The breakfast was disgusting. There were cold, runny eggs, cold sausage and potatoes. The milk pitcher had rotten milk on the spout. Won’t be back.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, comfortable room. Internet was too slow to use and room phone didn’t work. The add said Full breakfast but was pretty minimal. The only gluten free option was scrambled eggs.

The elevator wasn't working. Door opened half way then stopped. Room was clean and recently updated. Bathroom light was falling out of ceiling. Ice maker didn't work. Breakfast was sausage links and hard potatoes that weren't hot. No eggs, no waffle batter. Hotel needs updates. Only good thing was the clean room and good AC.

The staff that checked me in was very, nice and efficient. Hotel lobby smells great! Room was ok, but could use an upgrade on TV and bedding. Bed was very comfortable. Room stay was quiet. Breakfast was not too great, not a lot of healthier food options, breakfast area was not the cleanest, gym could be upgraded as well with more weights/barbells. Overall good stay. Would stay again just would skip their breakfast.

Outside looked clean and well maintained at the entrance and parking lot. Well lit at entrance with covered drop off. Lobby was clean. Staff was not present at the desk on arrival and did not wear uniforms or name tags. Street clothes made them harder to identify although they were friendly. Rooms were booked for 2 nights but staff forgot to key the second night so we lost access and had to ask for them to be rekeyed. Stairwell, elevators, halls and rooms were gross. The elevator seemed to occasionally get stuck so we opted to use the stairs. Everything seems to have a layer of grime. Lobby women’s bathroom out of order. No toaster for breakfast items which were small selection of bread , bagels and pastries. Breakfast included powdered eggs, sausage links, waffles, yogurt, pastries and coffee. I can’t report on other rooms but ours was gross. I will not recommend nor stay there again based on this alone. The paint was peeling, around the toilet was crusty and dirty, floor was slimy, dead bugs behind furniture, outlet covers broken or completely missing. We did not remove our shoes in the room and I cringed pulling the sheets up. Had it not been so late on arrival and the fact that we had a group we would have cancelled and ate the room deposit. The pictures on their website are deceiving. But it was cheap.

The stuff was super nice the only problem I sit in the shower chair and it broke i grab a hold of the shower bars a yelled for my husband and told the front desk other than that it was a nice motel I was there to see a doctor at Vanderbilt Orthopedic

The place was clean and comfortable. We were just stopping on our way to a vacation elsewhere so it fit our budget and our desire for a clean comfortable overnight. The clerk at check in was pretty rude, acting like we were interrupting her from more interesting activities by asking her to check us in. The clerk at check out the next morning was much more friendly. The breakfast was not worthy staying for, so we just got on the road.
