Very friendly staff, especially Sebastian who was extremely helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast and spa treatments were very good. The property is let down by some delayed maintenance and upkeep—for example: the gym had minimal equipment and no towels or sanitizing wipes. There were several dead flies and the steam room was not functional. Minibar in the room was empty and TV was not functional. Shelves in the room were dusty, which dirtied one of my shirts. Decent experience overall, but not consistent with a 5 star hotel.

Very close to Taj Mahal. Safe hotel with a great gym and pool. Very clean and welcoming. Staff were able to hold luggage until check in time and also hold luggage after check out until our train time. I booked a room for our family of 4, with meals, and it was one of the best decisions. It was a great dinner and breakfast buffet that we all loved. Perfect to visit Taj very early in am and get back to hotel for buffet breakfast and then head back to Agra Fort, Baby Taj etc and then head back for dinner buffet. Would highly recommend it for anyone’s once in a lifetime visit to Taj Mahal.

The property was very convenient located in front of the main road in Agra, but this perhaps could be a bad thing if you happens to choose a room not facing to the pool (as we did), Indian loving for the horn will stay up until late night. The pool was very good, and the view from the roof terrace to the Taj Mahal was great.

Amazing hotel - wonderful location, great staff and service. The pool was great.. but wish the pool and sky deck was open longer .. sky deck should be open early morning and pool should be open at least till 10pm.. sky deck opening at noon is way too late especially in the summer.

Nice hotel with Taj Mahal view from rooftop bar. Good location for visiting the Taj Mahal with good restaurants a short drive away. You do still hear some road noise as the hotel is on a main road but it is minimal. Rooms clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast was nice and the hotel can make you a packed breakfast if you need to leave the hotel before breakfast starts. There are also some resident dogs who are very friendly.

The hotel was a rip off, absolutely overpriced food, the jacuzzi was dirty and the windows dirty and smeared from tbe outside. The stores in the hotel offered completely overpriced goods. Would not recommend to stay here

The hotel is overall nice with a few downsides. The room was great and clean, but a faint mouldy smell was detectable when entering the room. The staff was very kind and attentive, but the management didn’t seem to have a full grasp of the operation. We saw a suited manager (presumably) scolding the staff in public, and one morning at breakfast the system seems to have broken down e.g., we had to wait 30min for coffee and our food to order was either missing or super late.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Staff was amazing, food was delicious. We had great massages at the spa. Anil, one of the waitstaff at breakfast was so friendly and informative- we loved him. The rooms had Netflix which was nice, great ac and hot showers. A nice touch was these cords from the outlet that worked perfect to charger my kindle as I lost my charger somewhere in travel. We also LOVED the very friendly, very clean hotel dogs. It was a fabulous stay and so far the highlight of our trip.

On arrival to the hotel the staff were very welcoming and professional. All the staff were smartly dressed. We were offered a paid upgrade to a suite with a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal. We were then shown to our suite by the gentalment at reception. The suite was fitted with a large oval bath, shower and toilet and a separate vanity toilet. Every thing was clean and tidy. Fully air conditioned and we were presented with a welcome gift of chocolates. All the staff were very helpful and provided us with extra bottles of water with no fuss. We ate on the Sky Deck which was located on the rooftop with a fabulous view of the Taj Mahal. The waiters and chef that were on that evening were very helpful but regrettably we can not remenmber their names. As we were the remaining guests on the rooftop we requested them to turn off the music so we could soak up the ambience of our surroundings. They brought over bug repelent incense around us but unfortunatley the bugs love me for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. So if you are like me please use extra spray. The Food was excellent in both the rooftop and at breakfast. This Hotel has a 5 start rating and very much deserves it. The surrounding area doesnt do it any favours but the hotel in our opinion was exceptional.

The room was nice, but we had a couple of issues that were the reason we did not give the hotel 4 stars. First, the AC in the room really did not work. The room always felt hot even at night. We were upgraded to a junior suite on the top floor, but the temperature in the room was not pleasant. The other issue was that on the Saturday there was an Indian wedding in the pool/garden area below our room and for many hours in the afternoon and into the late evening we heard very loud music and booming bass. We did call the front desk at about 20:30 and they said they would ask them to turn down the bass, which they did… a little. It was after 10pm before it was quiet. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was mostly Indian food, but they had pastries and fruit. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it was not cold at all. The rainfall shower was amazing though! It is just 5 minutes or so from the Taj Mahal, which was convenient.

The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern and roomy. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Our minibar, which was complimentary, was lacking. It had very few drinks and snacks, with many open cubbies that had not been replenished. The rooftop restaurant food was ok, but not the gourmet kitchen the hotel boasts of. It is by far one of the nicest properties in the area, and the staff are all warm and helpful. The breakfast buffet was quite good, as were the cocktails. The hotel also had two resident yellow labs, Max and Maya, who are cute as can be. Our guide for the TakMahal easily found us and brought us to the Taj gates by tuktuk, and this hotel is perfectly close if, like us, you are in Agra to visit the Taj Mahal.

The staff was very kind and attentive, but the management didn’t seem to have a full grasp of the operation. Let me start with saying that we were exceptionally pleased with the Staff of the property and their food and beverage Department. We had a medical episode related to the property while at the property and everyone was super courteous and swung into action immediately. In adversity there are two paths for any business, turn that adversity into a positive experience or destroy the guest experience. This property did the former and very commendable. They all showed compassion, empathy and concern which is 80% of the battle. Special thanks to the GM Gagan Nagpal, F&B Manager, Chef and the entire front staff. All went beyond call of duty which is truly commendable. Will highly recommend this property.

On arrival to the hotel the staff were very welcoming and professional. All the staff were smartly dressed. We were offered a paid upgrade to a suite with a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal. We were then shown to our suite by the gentalment at reception. The suite was fitted with a large oval bath, shower and toilet and a separate vanity toilet. Every thing was clean and tidy. Fully air conditioned and we were presented with a welcome gift of chocolates. All the staff were very helpful and provided us with extra bottles of water with no fuss. We ate on the Sky Deck which was located on the rooftop with a fabulous view of the Taj Mahal. The waiters and chef that were on that evening were very helpful but regrettably we can not remenmber their names. As we were the remaining guests on the rooftop we requested them to turn off the music so we could soak up the ambience of our surroundings. They brought over bug repelent incense around us but unfortunatley the bugs love me for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. So if you are like me please use extra spray. The Food was excellent in both the rooftop and at breakfast. This Hotel has a 5 start rating and very much deserves it. The Taj View very quickly became the most incredible hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Quite simply they are a luxury hotel that doesn’t treat you like VIP, they treat you like FAMILY! By the end of our first day every single service member knew who we were BY NAME, which room we were staying in, why we were visiting Agra, and even took time to remember small little facts about us. For example, they noticed after I handed them my passport that it was my birthday a day prior, by the time we got to the room it was decorated, sweet treats were brought up, a reservation was made for us at the Sky Deck, and a birthday cake was brought out to celebrate at the end of our dinner. Every service member stopped what they were doing throughout the day to wish me a happy birthday! The best part of the stay though was easily Max and Maya, the hotel dogs! They were so friendly and sweet. As someone who has a major soft spot for animals, being in India was difficult with seeing all the street dogs. We were greeted at the door of the Taj View by sweet Maya and the moment I was told I could pet her my heart melted like ice in Delhi heat! The staff noticed my love for the dogs and made sure anytime we made our way into the lobby that they were both released so I could pet them. They followed us around and we enjoyed their company immensely. We booked our Taj Mahal experience through the Taj View as well. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this experience. It’s worth booking!

Very close to Taj Mahal. Safe hotel with a great gym and pool. Very clean and welcoming. Staff were able to hold luggage until check in time and also hold luggage after check out until our train time. I booked a room for our family of 4, with meals, and it was one of the best decisions. It was a great dinner and breakfast buffet that we all loved. Perfect to visit Taj very early in am and get back to hotel for buffet breakfast and then head back to Agra Fort, Baby Taj etc and then head back for dinner buffet. Would highly recommend it for anyone’s once in a lifetime visit to Taj Mahal.

The property was very convenient located in front of the main road in Agra, but this perhaps could be a bad thing if you happens to choose a room not facing to the pool (as we did), Indian loving for the horn will stay up until late night. The pool was very good, and the view from the roof terrace to the Taj Mahal was great.

Had some road noise in our rooms which was annoying. Cocktails were substandard. The dinner on the balcony was nice. But our transport from Delhi and back was way over priced at 12000 rupees each way. Also overpriced sales of all items including water.

The property was nice. In the roof is a cafe where you can see the Taj. The breakfast buffet was large and had good variety. They also had some vendors in the lobby whose prices were reasonable. The pool is clean. It was not heated. In the evening, the mosquitoes come out. We went to dinner across the street which was very convenient. I would recommend

It was a great stay. Hospitality is one of their strongest suits. Helped preparing a special food for my toddler which was not on the menu three meals a day. Roof top bar was a bit expensive but the drinks was amazing. Would highly recommend this.

We had dinner on the rooftop which offers a view of Taj Mahal; while expensive, menu was limited and food was disappointing. Breakfast buffet quality was also largely below average. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und Raju der für den Bereich Main hall verantwortlich ist hat sich um unser Gepäck gekümmert. Überhaupt ist das Personal in diesem Hotel hervorragend. Auch das Zimmer und Hotelgelände ist super. Leider war der Poolbereich gesperrt. Die Dachterrasse ist auch wirklich schön. Außerdem ist es sehr gut gelegen.

The Taj view is a good place to spend the night for an early morning visit to the Taj Mahal. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great but the hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. For dinner I recommend a touch of spice restaurant, which is just down the road. The Taj view is a good place to spend the night for an early morning visit to the Taj Mahal. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great but the hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. For dinner I recommend a touch of spice restaurant, which is just down the road. Foremost, the hotel is nice, our room have a beautiful view of tak mahal. But most importantly, it was the staff that is commendable. Many beautiful hotels but the staff here were so respectful, accommodating and will go far and beyond. Upon checking out, they asked if they were able to make our stay memorable. They did. I told them “the best thing that happened to me in India was my driver and them”. Sahil and kauslandor had made it evem more special with a packed breakfast. I will reccomend them to my friends and family.
