Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und Raju der für den Bereich Main hall verantwortlich ist hat sich um unser Gepäck gekümmert. Überhaupt ist das Personal in diesem Hotel hervorragend. Auch das Zimmer und Hotelgelände ist super. Leider war der Poolbereich gesperrt. Die Dachterrasse ist auch wirklich schön. Außerdem ist es sehr gut gelegen.

Extremely disappointing toiletries and housekeeping standards. On the first day, there were cheap local white toothbrushes in the room, something I would expect even in an OYO hotel. On the second day, there was not a single toiletry item in the bathroom. When I called the lobby manager, the only response was a simple “sorry.” At no point did it feel like I was staying at a Taj property. Very poor experience and far below the standards expected from the brand.

Hospitable staff, clean rooms, great breakfast

Hotel was OK, not up to the normal Taj standard. Hotel needs renovation and updating, TV quality in the room was poor. Breakfast was very disappointing, not enough choice for an international hotel. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
