The reception staff where very efficient on checking us all in only took a few minutes, the room was very roomy with plenty of space, very informative as we had never been to Albacete before so they gave us lots of local information. A nice touch was having a coffee machine in the upper lounge which we obviously took advantage off. One thing no coffee/tea facilities in the rooms.

I use the hotel each time I’m in Albacete. The rooms are always very clean and spacious, breakfast choices good and served until 10:30 during the week. Situated in front of the main park of Albacete ideal for an evening stroll. Various good restaurants are within easy reach. Hotel secure parking at rear of the building.

El Sercotel Los Llanos es una buena opción para alojarse en Albacete. Las habitaciones son amplia y lindas, el bagno necesitaría una reforma , hay en el suelo, muchos azulejos rotos, que no dan una muy buena immagine. El buffet de la colación es bien variado, si bien que la relación precio calidad no es la más correcta… Incómodo el parking no conectado con el hotel, se debe andar unos cien metros….absurdo que en fruente de la zona reservada a la carga y descarga de los equipajes haya el dehors de una cafetería…..

Es un buen hotel cerca del centro de Albacete. El parking está a 1 minuto de andar detrás del hotel y cuesta 13 euros. Tal vez el estado general de la habitacion y pasillos etc ya tiene unos años (10?), todavia está bien. Las camas son comodas.

The walls in the hotel are very thin. You can hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms - television, telephone calls. This is very disturbing if you are there for work as sleep is disturbed. However the staff are very responsive and in the event of a complaint act very quickly. The breakfast is excellent

It’s a very convenient location right near the Centre of town. I did on arrival wait a very long time while the reception manager fiddled about and didn’t just ask me to wait or he’d be a short while . Other than that, it was amazing. The breakfast needs a special mention. It’s superb

Fran and the rest of the crew are excellent hosts! Our room overlooked the Park and the hotel is 5min walk to the central Pedestrian area full of shopping, drinking and dining options… The room and all the facilities, bathroom, bed, terrace, etc. are good. This hotel is a great place for the first visit to Albacete!

we had a great room, actually a suite. The two guys on reception were seriously miserable and made no effort to help us. When we ran out of milk sachets for the coffee machine my wife went to reception to ask for some more and he huffed and puffed and was very unhelpful. He needs some customer service training!!

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt gegenüber einem sehr schönen Park. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist das Zentrum schnell erreicht. Wir fanden es prima.

Todo bien, la situación en pleno centro de Albacete frente a un parque. La habitación estaba en piso alto con vistas a dicho parque, con terraza. Cama cómoda y habitación amplia. Muy amables en recepción. No tomamos desayuno porque el precio era elevado. Está en una calle muy transitada con coches, pero sin demasiada l ruido de fuera

El Sercotel Los Llanos es una buena opción para alojarse en Albacete. Las habitaciones son amplia y lindas, el bagno necesitaría una reforma , hay en el suelo, muchos azulejos rotos, que no dan una muy buena immagine. El buffet de la colación es bien variado, si bien que la relación precio calidad no es la más correcta… Incómodo el parking no conectado con el hotel, se debe andar unos cien metros….absurdo que en fruente de la zona reservada a la carga y descarga de los equipajes haya el dehors de una cafetería…..

The room was clean. The staff was very nice. Make sure you speak some Spanish- nobody spoke English. Loved the place!!

The room was only 13c when we arrived. Freezing. It took 5 hours to get above 20. They should have raised the temperature before we arrived. NOT Good.
