Hotel-resort, com ótimas condições, ótimo staff, a 10 minutos de caminhada da praia. Boas piscinas e atividades pras crianças. Peca no serviço de alimentação do all-inclusive, no que diz respeito a lanches fora dos horarios das refeições. Tem apenas um “food truck” que serve lanches em horarios reduzidos, o que é insuficiente pra quem paga o all-inclusive. Encerra as 17:45hs, mas as 17:35hs recusaram-se a servir lanche a minha família. Fica aqui a crítica, e a sugestão de oferecerem mais lanches (além de bebidas), em mais horarios do dia, a quem pagou caro pelo all-inclusive.

Habitación cómoda y moderna, comida variada y buena. Una de las piscinas con 2 pequeños toboganes que hace las delicias de los más pequeños ( y para los más mayores) el chiquipark estupendo para los niños. El equipo de animación es estupendo, gracias por haber hecho esta semana tan divertida, sobretodo para los niños….nos ha encantado la estancia

Överlag väldigt otrevlig och ohjälpsam personal. Dock trevliga i baren och minicluben! Barn är inte välkomna i poolen innan 16 och efter det välkomna mot en kostad. Detta framgick inte när vi ringde hotellet och frågade specifikt innan resan. Efter 16 trängdes alla barnfamiljer i en liten pool och det var allt annat än trevligt. Hotellrummen var små, vår AC fungerade ej som den skulle och säng obekväm. Buffén var dock bra!

Booked a deluxe room as we wanted a super king bed room was okay but not worth almost £300. We both agreed that the room smelled Smokey or stale. We were offered an alternative room but as we had unpacked we remained. Breakfast was choice of either continental or cooked so no cereal fruit or pastry with your cooked. Nit good enough for almost £300 a night and a bit mean . You could order additional items such as cereal at full menu price £6 or £7 Service at breakfast was slow and with no starters we waited a long time for cooked food with nothing to eat. No refills of tea or additional toast offered.

Ya hemos estado antes en este hotel y siempre nos ha gustado. Amabilidad, limpieza, alimentación, todo. La chica de la limpieza de la planta 11 muy simpática. Y los camareros de por la noche también. Muy serviciales.

Este hotel nos sorprendió mucho y gratamente. En general todo muy limpio y cuidado. El bufet de desayuno estuvo genial, muy variado y sabroso. El personal muuy agradable tanto en recepción como en el area de comidas y en el resto del hotel. Mi pareja y yo no tenemos ni una sola queja, nos han tratado de 10.

Noisy slamming of bedroom doors. People bringing buggies into the dining area with so little space already. Children running around the dining area and serving themselves at the food counter - where it clearly asks parents not to allow this. Low grade tv set, lack of tv channel options and poor reception. Very attentive and responsive staff.

L'hôtel RH Princessa est très bien équipé : chambre moderne et confortable, la restauration est très bonne et variée; les petits déjeuners exceptionnels. Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique. L'hôtel est également très bien situé proche de la plage et du centre ville animé, tout est accessible à pied. Aucun Reproche . 👍😉

What’s a fantastic hotel, food was amazing and we upgraded to all inclusive gold when we arrived and not bed and breakfast and the drinks was all named and I couldn’t fault anything about it. The bar staff was also good made you laugh and never waited to be served enough staff on at all times. Will return with our grandson as hotel is excellent for children. Great location too.

Överlag väldigt otrevlig och ohjälpsam personal. Dock trevliga i baren och minicluben! Barn är inte välkomna i poolen innan 16 och efter det välkomna mot en kostad. Detta framgick inte när vi ringde hotellet och frågade specifikt innan resan. Efter 16 trängdes alla barnfamiljer i en liten pool och det var allt annat än trevligt. Hotellrummen var små, vår AC fungerade ej som den skulle och säng obekväm. Buffén var dock bra!

Este hotel nos sorprendió mucho y gratamente. En general todo muy limpio y cuidado. El bufet de desayuno estuvo genial, muy variado y sabroso. El personal muuy agradable tanto en recepción como en el area de comidas y en el resto del hotel. Mi pareja y yo no tenemos ni una sola queja, nos han tratado de 10.
