Das Fitnessstudio war super, sehr gute Geräte, gut klimatisiert. Es gab ein gutes Angebot an unterschiedlichen Fitnesskursen. Die, an denen wir teilgenommen haben, waren super und tolle Trainer. Das Essen war gut. Es gab eine ausreichende und gute Auswahl. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Otelde kış tatillerini daha çok seven biri olarak genel anlamda memnun kaldığım bir konaklamaydı. Biz deniz manzaralı deluxe odada konakladık. Oda çok geniş ve ferahtı temizliği imkanları manzarası hepsi çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımseverdi özellikle resepsiyona teşekkür ederim. Küçük gibi görünen ama hoşuma giden bir detay konakladığımız günlerde hava yağmurluydu ve bahçeye çıkış kısmına misafirler için yağmurluklar konulmuş bizce çok ince ve düşünceli bir hareket :) bu sayede yagmurda bahçenin tadını çıkarabiliyorsunuz. Yemekler de iyiydi çeşit çok fazla değildi ama az ve öz yani lezzetliydi. Benim için tek olumsuz yanı kapalı havuzun soğuk olmasıydı. Normalde daha sıcak olması gerekirken soğuk bir deneyim oldu. +16 olması otele ayrı bir sakinlik veriyor. Tekrar tercih edeceğim.

Schönes Hotel, schöne Anlage, schöne Aussicht mit Blick in die Berge und auf die Bucht von Antalya. Strand und Stege waren im März noch nicht nutzbar. Auch der Außenpool war noch nicht eröffnet. Sowohl Speisen/-auswahl als auch Unterhaltungsangebot waren kein Magic Life Standard. Sowohl in der Bar, als auch im Night Club wurde die Musikauswahl auf den DJ, aber nicht auf die Gäste abgestimmt. Selbst am 80er- Jahre Abend hämmerten ausschließlich die Coverversionen aus den Boxen.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It is literally perfect in every way. I was upgraded complementary to a corner suite because it was my birthday, and the hotel is pretty empty as it’s the off season. Food is amazing. Staff is so lovely. Hotel is gorgeous inside. The massages are expensive. The gym equipment is old an outdated. I plan to come back here with my family. Thank you to the staff for an amazing stay.

En son 10 yıl önce gelmiştim. Otelin kendisi eğlence ve imkan olarak fazla bir şey vaadetmiyor ama imkanları fazla olan Sungate veya Land of Legends'e servis var. Sungate 5 dakika mesafede. Her sabah gidip istediğiniz saatte dönebilirsiniz. Ben bu şekilde kullandım. Yemeklerden vs.. memnunum. Odalar da güzel. Müşteri hizmetleri de yardımcı oluyor. Merve Hanım'a teşekkürler.

Учитывая то, что был зимний отдых в целом все понравилось. Небольшая ухоженная территория, номера немного уставшие, ковролин в коридорах не первой свежести. По питанию неплохо. Выбор небольшой, но вкусно и качественно. Обслуживающий персонал, ресепшн без нареканий, молодцы стараются придерживаться уровня Риксоса. Качественный спокойный отдых. Спасибо Вам!

We stayed 4 nights, It was indeed unpleasant experience at the hotel for the following reasons: 1) Room temperature was hot, we called them to fix and after around 40 minutes the technician arrived and couldn’t fix it, we called their manager and eventually he told s it is a central AC and they couldn’t do anything about it. When we open the balcony window at night, loud music noises starts every night at 10 Pam as the pool party starts! 2) We had all inclusive food option, there are plenty of food options but all dishes are tasteless or under cooked, not at all close to usual Turkish Cosine. 3) There are some staines at the toilet seats after they cleaned it although we left it clean before they arrive to clean it. 4) Hotel is pretty far from major attractions such as Old City, Land of Legends, Airport etc. It will take around 1 hour to drive one way! All in all, not recommended

Genel anlamda her şey güzeldi. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Dışarı alanların masaları daha temiz olabilirdi. Bir de klimayı açsan çok bunaltıcı sıcak oluyor açmasan soğuk oluyor gece uyumak biraz zordu. Biz genel anlamda otelden mutlu ayrılıyoruz emeği geçen herkese teşekkürler

VERY DIRTY!!! Disappointing... this is not Rixos, and not close to 5 star standard, extremely dirty, food mainly dirty and cold...and the worst thing: they don't care! Rooms are nice, but lobby lights switched off, ACs switched off,.....rude and not helped staff...obviously they are not happy

Hotel bellissimo, personale molto gentile e disponibile La spiaggia non è il massimo che si possa immaginare, ma l’intorno è tutto fantastico del ristorante ai ombrelli e sdrai al bar a tutto il resto del resort Le camere non vengono pulite come si dovrebbe e questo ci ha lasciato molto delusi da un hotel della catena Rixos

Resort meravigliosa, vista mare mozzafiato, spiaggia di sabbia, lettini comodi anche le piscine sono pulite, area bimbi Le stanze sono spaziose , letti molto comodi, balcone vista mare Personale estremamente gentile Ristorante principale si può mangiare fuori e dentro e un altro alla carta , cibo ottimo e di grande qualità. We stayed 4 nights, It was indeed unpleasant experience at the hotel for the following reasons: 1) Room temperature was hot, we called them to fix and after around 40 minutes the technician arrived and couldn’t fix it, we called their manager and eventually he told s it is a central AC and they couldn’t do anything about it. When we open the balcony window at night, loud music noises starts every night at 10 Pam as the pool party starts! 2) We had all inclusive food option, there are plenty of food options but all dishes are tasteless or under cooked, not at all close to usual Turkish Cosine. 3) There are some staines at the toilet seats after they cleaned it although we left it clean before they arrive to clean it. 4) Hotel is pretty far from major attractions such as Old City, Land of Legends, Airport etc. It will take around 1 hour to drive one way! All in all, not recommended

VERY DIRTY!!! Disappointing... this is not Rixos, and not close to 5 star standard, extremely dirty, food mainly dirty and cold...and the worst thing: they don't care! Rooms are nice, but lobby lights switched off, ACs switched off,.....rude and not helped staff...obviously they are not happy

Otelde kış tatillerini daha çok seven biri olarak genel anlamda memnun kaldığım bir konaklamaydı. Biz deniz manzaralı deluxe odada konakladık. Oda çok geniş ve ferahtı temizliği imkanları manzarası hepsi çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımseverdi özellikle resepsiyona teşekkür ederim. Küçük gibi görünen ama hoşuma giden bir detay konakladığımız günlerde hava yağmurluydu ve bahçeye çıkış kısmına misafirler için yağmurluklar konulmuş bizce çok ince ve düşünceli bir hareket :) bu sayede yagmurda bahçenin tadını çıkarabiliyorsunuz. Schönes Hotel, schöne Anlage, schöne Aussicht mit Blick in die Berge und auf die Bucht von Antalya. Strand und Stege waren im März noch nicht nutzbar. Auch der Außenpool war noch nicht eröffnet. Sowohl Speisen/-auswahl als auch Unterhaltungsangebot waren kein Magic Life Standard. Sowohl in der Bar, als auch im Night Club wurde die Musikauswahl auf den DJ, aber nicht auf die Gäste abgestimmt. Selbst am 80er- Jahre Abend hämmerten ausschließlich die Coverversionen aus den Boxen.

The hotel was very good for relaxation, most of the guests either had small children or were old couples, everywhere in the hotel was clean and the trained staff smiled at you, the kids club was very well equipped and complete. The hotel was relatively small (it had 180 rooms), and because of this, the reception to the guests was very good. Of course, the variety of food was small, but of high quality, and there was no indoor pool. Overall, the hotel was quiet and suitable for complete rest. Maybe we will come back again

Das Fitnessstudio war super, sehr gute Geräte, gut klimatisiert. Es gab ein gutes Angebot an unterschiedlichen Fitnesskursen. Die, an denen wir teilgenommen haben, waren super und tolle Trainer. Das Essen war gut. Es gab eine ausreichende und gute Auswahl. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Aç kalmak ve kilo vermek istiyorsanız, tercihiniz bu otel olmalı. Çünkü tamamen berbat yemekler çıkarıyorlar. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği de oldukça yetersiz. Restoranları gerçekten çok ama çok kötü. Müşteri ilişkilerinde ki Aysel hanım da, gerçekten, yaklaşım olarak çok itici davranış sergiledi. Ayrıca odaya bornoz istediğimde extra ücret istediler. İlk defa böyle bir her şey dahil sistemi gördüm

Otel orta bahçesi otelin en keyifli yanı. 16 olduğu için sessiz bir tatil geçireceğimizi ummuştuk ancak aktivite adı altında bağırış çağrışla geçen 3 gün yaşadık. en azından belli saatleri silent time olarak ayırmaları gerekir. özellikle çocukları kabul etmiyorsanız amacınız bu olmalı. öyleki 3 gün boyunca havuzun yanına bile yaklaşmadık. ancak bu gürültü orta bahçeye de sirayet edince iyice keyfimiz azaldı. yemek seçenekleri fazla gibi gözükse de bizler gibi vejeteryansabız meze ya da makarna hariç bir alternatifiniz yok, vegan bölüm diye koydukları bölümde 3 gün boyunca köz biberler ve yağsız tuzsuz pilav vardı sadece. denizi dalgalı ve bulanık. personel genellikle yardımsever ve güleryüzlü.

Place was well maintained, staff at times was great depending on who you got. I think it was because they have hired A LOT of young people. So they probably don’t provide the best customer service but it was still good. But the place itself was great. Beach was nice but I didn’t like it was dirty, like dirty with napkins floating around and food (saw a piece of watermelon floating). I think it’s because of the piers they have that extend out into the water so the wind blows stuff into the ocean, if it is because of the piers then there is no avoiding it because EVERY hotel in turkey has those piers. Sometimes they ruin the view honestly. But besides that everything was great, would I stay here again? Yes I would

Der Garten ist wirklich schön grün und gepflegt, vermutlich weil die Gäste zu beschäftigt sind, Schimmelbilder im Zimmer zu machen. Das All-Inclusive-Konzept ist sehr innovativ: Mittags gibt es am Strand entweder Döner oder ein Stück Pizza mit Apfel. Sterneküche trifft Survival-Training. Der Strand ist eigentlich schön, erinnert aber eher an „3 Sterne mit Abenteuerpaket“. Immerhin: Wenn man sich beschwert, wird sogar sauber gemacht. Also Service funktioniert – nach Level 3 Beschwerdeeskalation. Das Hotel setzt stark auf Selbstbedienung. Gabeln, saubere Tische und manchmal sogar Handtücher darf man wie bei einer Schatzsuche selbst finden. Wer weiß, wo alles liegt, gewinnt. Die zwei Mitarbeiter im Service tun mir ehrlich leid – die rennen mehr als der Shuttlefahrer, der uns eigentlich abholen sollte. Falls ihr Ausflüge bucht: dreimal nachfragen, zweimal beten und einmal hinterherrennen. Die Zimmer kommen standardmäßig mit Schimmel-Dekoration. Kostenlos. Zimmerwechsel bringt übrigens nichts – der Schimmel zieht einfach mit um. Die Minibar wird alle paar Tage aufgefüllt, wahrscheinlich abhängig von Mondphase und Wetterlage.
