Very spacious and comfortable rooms with really nice bathrooms (especially the shower). Staff was very friendly and helpful, and we loved the little bar. A great location for exploring Troyes. It was easy to park on the street in front of the hotel to check in, then we were given a helpful map to the hotel’s private parking garage (not far, but would be confusing to find without the map).

Great hotel in a great location. Very very welcoming and helpful staff. Bed was so comfy and good size bathroom with lots of space to put ladies pots and potions. Nice bar. Parking is a short walk away but convenient and good size indoor secure spaces. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Troyes.

We stayed for one night at La Poste as part of a longer trip and found it very good indeed. The (paid) secure parking is a couple of minutes away on foot, but worth it for the peace of mind, and the instructions given are very clear. On arrival, the helpful receptionist told us everything we needed to know, in both French and English, and we were given a room on the third floor, which was very spacious indeed, with a marvellous bathroom. Breakfast is buffet style with cooked options (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage) as well as pastries, cereals, etc, with tea and coffee served by staff. Location-wise, this hotel couldn't be better - restaurants by the dozen are easily accessible on foot, as are bars, shops, pharmarcies, etc. There is a spa on site as well, although we didn't have time to make use of this, so can't report on that! All in all, we would recommend this hotel highly. Incidentally, the picture on this site makes the rooms look quite ordinary, but the one we had had soaring ceilings, wood beams, and shutters that opened to a delightful courtyard.

NIce hotel, well located close to the old town.There were lots of nice shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There was good secure parking (80m walk) but you have to book in advance as there are limited spaces.

What a fabulous little hotel this is We where made to feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived lovly lady welcomed us and explained everything we need to know The parking is off site and about 5 mins walk away there is restricted parking out side the hotel for you to unload your cases Although the room is not the biggest but adequate it was very clean and well maintained with a great shower The location is perfect for exploring the city and with in walking distance of many restaurants and a lovly bakery across the road Breakfast was a mix of continental and English with lots of choice Unfortunately we did not have time to use the spa We would definitely recommend this hotel

We recently stayed at Best Western hotel in Troyes and had an overall good experience. The city itself is incredibly charming, well worth a visit, with beautiful restaurants and a warm atmosphere. The hotel maintained a high standard, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Its proximity to the city center was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The breakfast was good. However, our check-in came with an unexpected twist. We were informed that there was an issue with the room cleaning, and as compensation, we were given drink vouchers. A missing room cleaning service in exchange for a Coca-Cola didn’t quite meet our expectations of a 4-star hotel for more than 300 euros per night! A more substantial compensation, such as a discount or an additional service, would have been appreciated.

Loved the location and decor of the hotel and everything was looking great until we found out that the air conditioning wasn't working. After asking why the room was so hot, the evening staff informed us that there as a hotel wide issue with it and they would provide a couple of fans (the temperature was around 30 degrees! Once two fans had been produced (we had to phone for the second one as our son was in his own part of the suite) sleeping became just about possible. The staff the next morning, however, tried to make out that the air conditioning wasn't faulty in our room at all, despite what his colleagues had told us. After a few shoulder shrugs and agreeing to the fact that the room was very hot, we were finally offered a partial refund on the room. A real shame, as the hotel seems great apart from the air conditioning!

Vi fik stort set ingen søvn, da værelsets aircondition ikke virkede - og det var varmt! Efter et par forsøg forstod receptionisten problemet, og vi endte med et afslag i prisen. Men det var stadig ikke det værd. Booker aldrig det hotel igen, og stoler ikke længere på, at Best Western står for god kvalitet

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and could not be repaired. Our room was unbearably hot and we could not sleep - the one thing that we really needed on our travels. Simply not good enough for a Best Western hotel.

Comfortable room, friendly & efficient staff. Excellent location in the middle of Troyes & great to have secure garage parking (for a v reasonable fee) Breakfast was great - good choice & v fresh. Def recommend for a night or 2 in this beautiful city.

We recently stayed at Best Western hotel in Troyes and had an overall good experience. The city itself is incredibly charming, well worth a visit, with beautiful restaurants and a warm atmosphere. The hotel maintained a high standard, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Its proximity to the city center was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The breakfast was good. However, our check-in came with an unexpected twist. We were informed that there was an issue with the room cleaning, and as compensation, we were given drink vouchers. Unfortunately, these only covered a single beverage—either a soft drink, beer, wine, or water. A missing room cleaning service in exchange for a Coca-Cola didn’t quite meet our expectations of a 4-star hotel for more than 300 euros per night! A more substantial compensation, such as a discount or an additional service, would have been appreciated.

La Poste is wonderfully situated. It’s easy to miss as you approach. All the team we met were friendly and efficient. Our room was very nice. The hotel is well situated for exploring the main sites in Troyes. I expect we will be back.

Convenient and central with Parking and a map ! to find the garage. Stylish and comfortable room. Lovely bathroom with separate toilet. Public rooms and Spa very well appointed. Generous breakfast, although one morning short staffing led to longer waits than other day, when service was excellent and buffet well stocked. Convenient dropping off space for luggage prior to parking.

Nous avons été vraiment bien reçu lors de notre arrivée. L'hôtel est très bien situé, notre chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement propre et très calme. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel ! Viennoiseries, pain frais, fruits frais/secs, compote, fromages, charcuterie, crêpes pancakes etc...et un thé d'exception : Mariages Frères. J'ai utilisé le spa qui est en accès libre pour les clients, très agréable et je me suis fait faire un massage Nuxe, un vrai plaisir. Aux vues de cette expérience, nous faisons à nouveau une halte dans cet établissement pour notre retour et nous aurons le plaisir de retrouver le personnel fort sympathique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

What a fabulous little hotel this is We where made to feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived lovly lady welcomed us and explained everything we need to know The parking is off site and about 5 mins walk away there is restricted parking out side the hotel for you to unload your cases Although the room is not the biggest but adequate it was very clean and well maintained with a great shower The location is perfect for exploring the city and with in walking distance of many restaurants and a lovly bakery across the road Breakfast was a mix of continental and English with lots of choice Unfortunately we did not have time to use the spa We would definitely recommend this hotel

J’ai passé un agréable séjour . J’ai remarqué l’implication de la directrice de l’établissement qui était présente aux petits déjeuners. Petit déjeuner assez onéreux ( 22€) mais avec des produits de grande qualité sur le buffet . Je recommande cet établissement.

The breakfast was phenomenal, many steps above the usual meh cheese, cold cuts, and mediocre pastries. I don't normally take breakfast because it is usually so underwhelming, but I misunderstood and thought it was included in my room. However, I was very happy to pay the nominal amount for the outstanding quality freshness and variety of everything they had to offer.

Great little spot in the centre and easy walking to the parking and restaurants, we at a the Hippotamus which gave a discount for staying at the hotel, the hotel suite was lovely and the kids had an amazing time, staff were helpful, breakfast was ok, was not a huge selection for the money but the staff were very helpful none the less. Would love to stay again

Great reception staff, very polite, friendly and helpful. Reception suggested us a good place to eat. Room was clean and tidy, a bit dated compared to the hotel entrance but very comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Would have been good to have some AC instructions in the room, we got very confused with it in the middle of the night. Easy booking via Hotels.com and the secure parking was excellent and at a very good price, albeit a short walk fro the hotel. We didn't get a chance to use the Spa, big shame as it looked lovely.
