Quarto amplo e confortável com vista nas varandas. Boa cama. Não tem telefone/interfone, não tem frigobar nem ar condicionado (só aquecedor). Banheiro amplo com banheira (sem fechamento e chuveiro), apenas ducha manual.

A estadia foi muito boa, principalmente por estarmos dentro das muralhas, com uma vista linda da sacada. O hotel tem uma localização excelente, e adoramos o jantar no restaurante localizado no último andar do hotel. Comida maravilhosa! Cidade linda, nos encantamos!

Hotel very clean and food was good. BUT Hotel advertises and implies covered car parking at the hotel, this is not accurate as the parking is in a large underground public car park about 5 mins walk away over cobbled stones - not good for suitcases. We were allowed to park outside the hotel to check in but access to the hotel is via narrow streets which are also used for local restaurants so access is difficult. This should be made clear in the hotel description. Also there was limited public car park outside the hotel.

Das erste Zimmer war eine absolute Zumutung. Unsauber und abgewirtschaftet. Einfach schrecklich. Wir konnten dann am zweiten Tag ein anderes Zimmer beziehen. Damit mussten wir uns dann arrangieren. Die Hygiene musste reklamiert werden. Der Boden war dann zwar sauber, aber der Schimmel im Bad blieb natürlich so wie er war. Die Flure zu den Zimmern waren auf dem Niveau einer schlechten Jugendherberge. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an allem und das Personal war mürrisch und wenig hilfsbereit. Das einzige Positive war die gute Lage im Centrum von Saint Malo. Wenn man dann für 8 Tage mit Frühstück gut 3.000€ in der Nebensaison ausgibt, ist das bei weitem viel zu viel, für das was man erhält.

The hotel itself is lovely and the location is great but unfortunately we arrived late having spent most of the day trying to find somewhere to park - no parking at the hotel, as we were bringing the dog we could not use the Paul Feval (the buses don’t allow dogs) and the nearest recommended car parks all have height restrictions and I had a roof box. I called the hotel for advice but the language barrier was an issue. So stressful, I almost booked another hotel but in the end parked at the station and walked the 25 mins to the hotel with the luggage, dog and two kids. If I hadn’t have had to worry about parking would definitely recommend but in the end the situation was too stressful for me and really ruined the experience.
