Det känns som att stiga ner i en svunnen tid, men vilken elegans! Rysch och pysch ger bara en härlig lyx och tyngd åt hotellet. Övervintrat? Kanske men definitivt en minnesvärd upplevelse! Stort rum med sköna sängar men hade önskat påslakan. middag med en fantastiskt tillagad Bresse Chicken lämnar absolut inget övrigt att önska. En imponerande vinlista och en ostvagn som inte gör någon besviken! Frukosten helt ok men inte de bästa vi ätit för 17,5 €. Känns även lite snopet att inte en vattenflaska ingår, minus för det, Dock i det stora hela en fantastisk upplevelse!

The stay at Hostellerie Sarrasine was more than lovely. The grounds are well kept and beautifully tended. The room was traditional and had modern technology. The best part was the food and service. The Famille Bévy had the most delicious French food; their cook incredible. The Bresse chicken is a must. The wine options phenomenal. The Famille Bévy were accommodating and so very warm to us. Would highly recommend this place for any looking to warm the soul.
