La climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas, ni le frigo dans la chambre. Internet est très faible. J'ai parlé à la réception, ils m'ont dit qu'ils enverraient un technicien, ce qui n'est jamais arrivé. Je ne suis pas le seul à me plaindre, d'autres clients se sont plaints aussi.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms are very spacious with modern bathrooms. Breakfast is slightly limited but for us it was more than satisfactory. Internet access was free and very reliable. Underground parking at a very fair price. All in all a little gem which was perfect for our needs as a family. Kudos to the staff. We will definitely return.

Prima basic hotel in Lyon. Beetje gedateerd, maar overal wel netjes. Kamer was echter niet heel erg schoon, vlekken in vloerbedekking en bruine druppels op de muur? Op 20 minuten lopen van het congrescentrum. In een niet hele fijne buurt (s avonds niet alleen naar buiten!). Ook kun je hier geen gebruik maken van de OV stekjes/fietsen aangezien het buiten de zone ligt. Wel goed ontbijt. Al met al een ok optie voor een ok budget als je niet te veel eisen hebt.

The hotel itself is well staffed, but can be tricky to locate in the first instance without GPS. Perfect for access to the Parc de la Tete D'or, but about a 20 minute residential walk to the edge of the city to access public transport. Our room had what it needed, but was a little likited - no fridge, dated decor. Ultimately a decent, fairly priced base for days full of off-sjte activity.

Hôtel très calme, très propre, idéalement situé pour qui ne veut pas être au centre de Lyon. Plusieurs lignes de bus se trouvent à proximité et les passages sont fréquents. De plus, le personnel est très agréable et toujours à l'écoute.

Je suis un habitué de cet hôtel, tout est parfait comme d'habitude. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. L'accueil est parfait, le personnel a toujours le sourire. La bouteille d'eau et la possibilité de se faire en chambre thé ou café est appréciable

This is a very pleasant hotel, with sizeable rooms, a very comfortable bed, great shower, and big, openable windows, in a friendly, pleasantly diverse neighborhood with a lot of small ethnic restaurants, as well as a grocery store and drugstore, on the plaza next to the hotel. It's 15-20minute walk through a lovely park to the convention center. The staff were very helpful. It's ideal for visitors with meetings in the conference center, if you want something more local feeling than the big chain hotels in the conference center. I really enjoyed my stay.

L'hôtel est très bien avec un arrêt d'autobus tout près. Par contre, il y a très peu de restaurants proche et l'hôtel n'en a pas sauf pour les déjeuners. L'hôtel n'est pas proche des activités a faire a Lyon mais on peut s'y rendre en autobus.

Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et bien garni. La chambre était très bien. J'étais particulièrement content de voir qu'il y avait deux coussins par personne, car j'en ai besoin pour dormir. Il manque peut-être un peu d'information pour accéder aux transports publics (ex petite carte d'information, ou signalisation pour montrer qu'on peut aussi sortir depuis le premier étage). Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms are very spacious with modern bathrooms. Breakfast is slightly limited but for us it was more than satisfactory. Internet access was free and very reliable. Underground parking at a very fair price. All in all a little gem which was perfect for our needs as a family. Kudos to the staff. We will definitely return.

I stayed for work and the position close to the university campus was the main decision factor. Compared to how it is presented in the pictures, the hotel is more outdated (and this goes also for the room) and the neighbourhood may not always feel safe at night, as there is not that much light around. If you arrive from the direction of Charpennes, it may be a little confusing and you may arrive first to the side entrance (otherwise useful) that closes at 10 pm. The services were ok, the room was spacious enough and had a water kettle for tea and coffee, which I appreciate. The breakfast was a highlight, the choice was fine. There is also a bar open until 10 pm where you can get a drink and something to eat (not just snacks). Altogether, it is a good value for the money.

Ac räckte inte till. Varmt i rummen. Ej isolerade fönster. Väldigt högljutt utifrån nattetid. Dålig kvalité på frukosten, ostekt bacon, stel äggröra, dåligt urval på ostar etc.
