All staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was great no fault of anyone but the restaurant and bar was closed all weekend so difficult to give top marks as a review as we paid full price for incomplete facilities. From our limited experience we could stay again but cant give full review as didnt recieve full experience.

Hôtel bien pour juste quelques nuits. Le personnel est agréable et la chambre aussi. Attention : - Il n'y a pas de bar ni de restauration le weekend et c'est fort dommage quand on ouvre un hôtel avec piscine le weekend. - La piscine est petite et il y a peu de transat. - Il manquait un réfrigérateur dans la chambre. - Les draps étaient trop petits par rapport à la longueur du lit, ainsi que la couette.

We used this hotel for a stop along the highway during a long road trip. It is a fine, basic, no frills hotel. Easy parking, although it did not look like the safest area. We arrived late. The staff was helpful. There is a bar/restaurant on site but we did not use it. They also have drinks/snacks for sale near the front desk which is a nice to have.

This hotel was perfect for my stay as it was 4 minutes to work each day while on business. My only complaint is it is an industrial area, so nothing to do, the resturaunt and bar within the hotel are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday other then for breakfast.

Nous avons fait une escale d'une nuit dans cet hôtel sur notre trajet de vacances. La situation par rapport à l'autoroute est bonne. Il y a un parking assez vaste. L'accueil est bon avec un check in rapide. La chambre est propre, les lit sont bien confortables. La salle de bain est ok avec une douche a l'italienne. Je trouve que le service a baissé en qualité. Les assiettes du petits déjeuner étaient sales, j'ai dû en changer à deux reprises. Les saucisses et bacon étaient carbonisés. Le frigidaire de la chambre était débranché.

Hotel qui nous a servis d’étape sur la route.Il y a beaucoup de restaurants dans le secteur pour manger. Les plus : Personnel très sympa et serviable. Bon petit dejeuner complet les parties communes sont propres et modernes, notre chambre était confortable Les moins : des choses sont a mettre à jour notamment dans la salle de bain : peinture qui a sautée, porte de douche qui se coince et rouillée, pas de sèche serviette …

RAS SUR LA CHAMBRE QUI ÉTAIT CONFORTABLE ET PROPRE. Par contre, graves problèmes à résoudre urgemment concernant la restauration en général et notamment le petit déjeuner. Décevant à l’arrivée se trompe et me prends la caution en paiement ! Le restaurant la qualité des plats nul viande dur comme de la semelle, l’état général de l’hôtel ne fait pas net la chambre mal nettoyée des cheveux et poils qui traînent et plus de savon dans la douche baignoire avec robinetterie qui siffle du à sa vétusté.

Das ganze Hotel erinnert an eine Hochhaussiedlung. Der Empfang war eher bürokratisch als herzlich. Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, bekamen aber eines, das zur Schnellstraße ausgerichtet war, Zimmer 308. Der Lärm war schon sehr deutlich zu hören. Die Klimaanlage im Kinderzimmer war defekt und im Elternschlafzimmer ist sie sowas von laut, dass wir das Gefühl haben , es fährt ständig ein Zug an uns vorbei. Obwohl es zur Zeit gerade mal 20Grad warm ist, war es im Zimmer schon unangenehm heiß , da die Klimaanlage so gut wie gar nicht funktionierte. Wir müssen jeden Abend mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen und bei der Lautstärke 😡….. Ich weiß es nicht, wie es da im Sommer mit dem Schlafen aussieht. Zum Glück war das Hotel ziemlich leer, sodass es so gut wie keinen Lärm von den Nachbarszimmer zu hören war. Die Matratze im Elternzimmer war schon ziemlich durch und könnte erneuert werden. Angenehm waren dagegen die Kopfkissen. Das Frühstück war im Ganzen in Ordnung Insgesamt kann ich mir einen längeren Aufenthalt in dem Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Terrrible stay we had to chance room 3 times because aircondition did not work the next room the shower was broken the water would nog drain their was water everywhere And the next day they tried to check us out 1 day earl because we had complained and the last day we had to drive Home we eat breakfast at the hotel my wife and I and we both threw up 3-4 hours later we only ate that on the day we Think it was the eggs we borh talkede about it tasted off It was the worst stay I ever had the refused to give u’s any refund for the trouble we used 1 whole day of our vacation changing rooms and the last day we Got sick of their Food

Nous avons fait une escale d'une nuit dans cet hôtel sur notre trajet de vacances. La situation par rapport à l'autoroute est bonne. Il y a un parking assez vaste. L'accueil est bon avec un check in rapide. La chambre est propre, les lit sont bien confortables. La salle de bain est ok avec une douche a l'italienne. Petit dejeuner-buffet de bonne qualité et bien achalandé. Nous n'avons pas vraiment testé les alentours de l'hôtel vu quenous ne restions que la nuit. Nous sommes repartis bien reposés le lendemain.

they have a locking gate for cars to pass that requires a phone call to have unlocked after day time hours , and can take long time for someone to pick up. Room key needs re programming nearly every second time used - needs an overhaul Don’t count on decent desk for computer work…

Final bill was so confusing, give me a bill that tells me how much I’m paying, I don’t need a break down of the tax. Fantastic to see Car chargers in the car park, may use hotel as a stop of on a personal trip in the future

Nous avons fait face à l'accueil le moins professionnel qui puisse exister : débit de notre emprunte bancaire, chambre non disponible car erreur informatique, attribution d'une chambre déjà occupée, pas de recherche de solutions, attitude condescendante de la réceptionniste et moqueuse de la personne à l'accueil, bref un fiasco ! pas du tout à l'image de la prise en charge Mercure !

All staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was great no fault of anyone but the restaurant and bar was closed all weekend so difficult to give top marks as a review as we paid full price for incomplete facilities. From our limited experience we could stay again but cant give full review as didnt recieve full experience.

RAS SUR LA CHAMBRE QUI ÉTAIT CONFORTABLE ET PROPRE. Par contre, graves problèmes à résoudre urgemment concernant la restauration en général et notamment le petit déjeuner. ( a partir de 8h, le buffet du petit déjeuné était vide: pas de pain, pas d’œuf, pas de fruits, 3 malheureux fromages sous vide, incipides et une propreté plus que douteuse.) Nous ne parlerons pas du service.

This hotel was perfect for my stay as it was 4 minutes to work each day while on business. My only complaint is it is an industrial area, so nothing to do, the resturaunt and bar within the hotel are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday other then for breakfast.

Terrrible stay we had to chance room 3 times because aircondition did not work the next room the shower was broken the water would nog drain their was water everywhere And the next day they tried to check us out 1 day earl because we had complained and the last day we had to drive Home we eat breakfast at the hotel my wife and I and we both threw up 3-4 hours later we only ate that on the day we Think it was the eggs we borh talkede about it tasted off It was the worst stay I ever had the refused to give u’s any refund for the trouble we used 1 whole day of our vacation changing rooms and the last day we Got sick of their Food

Slightly biased since arrived late at night and didn't sample the Breakfast - but since its similar in all Mercures.... Friendly staff and the parking seemed adequate. We had a family room, which was actually a suite where the sofabed became a large double bed. This was a highlight; being able to have the adults separate from the teenagers. Nothing 'special', but its very conveniently located (though you do need Satnav to find it easily). A very entertaining 'Minitel' (French Ceefax on steroids / early internet competitor) theme running throughout the building - which gives it character. In summary, this was a new find for us and we'll probably use it again and ask for a similarly configured room explicitly next time.
