The one thing I would like to suggest is since you allow animals, you should probably get leather furniture so that animals hair is not embedded in the furniture. It’s much easier to sanitize.

My Wife and I would highly recommend this cabin in the woods as a perfect retreat. We had spent Family weekend with our son. He attends Western Carolina University. This is his senior year. A most wonderful bed, washer and dryer, kitchen, and hot tub.
