Spacious rooms, clean, modern. Had to request room cleaning which kinda was an inconvenience and when we did they only gave us two bath towels for four people. I even asked for more when we saw the cleaning person. Other than that the stat was nice. Free valet was nice and the gym downstairs was pretty good although they didn't supply gym towels.

Even though attached to a casino, the hotel had a very zen feeling. Each floor had an area off the elevator with comfy chairs and huge window. The views were great. Only complaint is the pool and hot tub were way too small for the size of the hotel. We were looking forward to enjoying both after dinner but they were packed with people and kids.

Rooms very spacious, bathrooms also big. Quiet as well. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area nice. Would help if pool was heated but since there is a hot tub, not the end of the world. One big negative was overwhelming smell of smoke in the casino.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was exciting, comfortable, amazing staff. Great food amazing buffet options. Lots of entertainment for the kids, arcade, kids center. Family fun go kart racing, bowling and so much more. There is a kids daycare center so parents can gamble knowing their kids are safe.

Very impressed with the rooms! Like brand new, beautiful, spotless! Front desk service was excellent. There is a security guard right by the elevator and you must scan your key to get on it. LOVE the security. Keeps the riff raff out!

The rooms were nice and spacious, comfortable. Bathroom was very nice, walk in shower was huge. Pool should stay open later and no onsite gift shop of a decent size. Other than that we had a great time. Go karts are fast and fun!

Great Stay-cation. Everything about this place was great. The resort is clean, they were able to accommodate rooms next to each other, fountain drinks around the casino. The only things I would recommend is that the hotel extend the pool hours and have more games at the arcade. Everything else was great. I would definitely be back.

The hotel rooms are well appointed, clean and quiet. One must walk through a smokey casino floor from self-parking to the hotel lobby, but valet parking is available if one wants to avoid the smoke. The rooms are very nice. The outdoor pool is clean but unheated, however the hot tub is perfect. A separate elevator to the pool area is a plus. Red Hawk Resort & Casino was a really nice stay overall. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great bed and a big, modern shower that made a big difference after a long day. It had several dried coffee stains that clearly hadn’t been wiped down, so housekeeping definitely missed that spot. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it stood out in an otherwise well-kept space. Everything else was great. The hotel has a lot to offer with the casino, bowling alley, arcade, and several restaurants right on site. I can see why people like coming here for a weekend getaway. In today's age, especially with the high rate charged, I expected a better TV experience, such as a smart TV. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but an upgrade to the TV would greatly enhance the experience.

The bed was very uncomfortable along with pillows. Both are too firm. The area we stayed in was not quite very loud we could not get a good night sleep at all. Also, it would be nice to offer room service to customers. Especially for breakfast and dinner since there only 3 restaurants to eat at.

The hotel was very clean. employees were not friendly at all. No one smiles there. They follow you around like their security. Apex didn’t know what they were doing. They said on Tuesday before 6 o’clock. They had Bogo for arcade and Bogo before six for the race cars for the month of October I believe the manager‘s name was Abby. No one really knew what they were doing the casino the hotel and the pool were very clean. We would not stay there only for the discomfort of the workers.

No direct number to inquire about early check in. Went to hotel and staff said they would call and estimated time about 2:30. Staff didnt call and we arrived back at hotel about 4 and they were still cleaning room. End result we paud z$239 for a room to use less then 13 hours with a view of the ramp to the parking garage with noise from cars. Will not stay again.

The hotel is amazing. The esthetic is wonderful. Rooms were clean and very comfortable but beyond that the staff was so friendly and helpful and solved every issue we had from parking a trailer to getting the bride’s luggage into their room a little early. You can tell they really want to be of service. Amazing place.

The beds were amazing. The staff was rude and I would not recommend for that reason. You also have to park on the other side of the casino unless you use valet parking. So if you have a family, they have to walk through to the other side.

This was a wonderful family trip to explore Apple Hill. The hotel made the experience incredible! What a treat to add bowling, race cars, and an arcade to the farm experience! Our family enjoyed the food at Kyoto and the Apex Grill. The pool and hot tub was perfect for kids and grownups! The staff was so kind and helpful! Already plotting when we can return- thank you!!!

Didn't much care for the long walk from parking to the hotel. The room was above average but somewhat expected due to the cost.

The beds were amazing. The staff was rude and I would not recommend for that reason. You also have to park on the other side of the casino unless you use valet parking. So if you have a family, they have to walk through to the other side.

The hotel rooms are well appointed, clean and quiet. One must walk through a smokey casino floor from self-parking to the hotel lobby, but valet parking is available if one wants to avoid the smoke. The rooms are very nice. The outdoor pool is clean but unheated, however the hot tub is perfect. A separate elevator to the pool area is a plus. The restaurant options are typical, but a shout out for the great buffet is warranted. Great food and almost too many wonderful selections!

Beautiful views. Clean comfortable spacious rooms. Dining choices during the week were awful. breakfast was left uneaten. Coffee in the morning was an issue. They love powdered milk. I loved nearby Placerville.

I like the hotel stay. The walking to the casino is quite far bathrooms are spread out too far from different areas. The machines were very sticky and dirty. The ceilings are quite low not enough air through smoke was terrible. It actually changed my voice. I had to go out several times for fresh air. The buffet was overpriced and terrible. The best thing I like was the rooms and the swimming pool area

The hotel was amazing, beautiful rooms and great guest services. Gaming was what you'd normally expect, how ever the Verona Cafe was a joke and so poorly ran. Our orders were wrong, and items forgotten about, the managers were super unprofessional and unhelpful to both guests and employees. Suggest going elsewhere for food!

ur family had a fantastic experience. After a fun-filled day of whitewater rafting, we treated ourselves to a delicious dinner at Henry’s Steakhouse and slept wonderfully. The following morning, we enjoyed the pool and spa before heading to APEX for the day. The combination of great amenities, excellent dining, and quality family time made this a truly memorable trip. Highly recommended!

We’ve stayed twice recently, and the rooms are really nice spacious shower, large separate toilet room & sink area ! The one thing I love in a hotel bath, is a makeup mirror and RH is the same as mine at home ! The decor of RH is gorgeous I think! The lobby is so nice the hanging lights are stunning. We love staying there!!
