The restaurant was excellent, but only available Monday thru Thursday.

Great location, free parking, nice pool, very good breakfast. Airco is good, but has to be turned on at the lobby. Lots of fruits at breakfast. 10 minutes away from versailles palace. Quiet area

Beau séjour pendant les JO, vraiment magnifique. L’hôtel propre, restaurant et piscine sur place, parking gratuit disponible, chambre agréable, confortable et propre. Silencieux. Personnel très accueillant, sympathique, et disponible. Mention spéciale pour le chef cuisinier, merci pour les attentions vers notre fils !, excellent séjour !

Staff exceptionally helpful, couldn’t have been more helpful. Needed bike storage during stay and hotel offered use of a locked office for bikes. Menu in restaurant limited but tasty. Had family room which is two linked separate rooms, very useful with two teenagers to have space.

Excellent all round. Clean and tidy with a decent small pool. Rooms a bit tight but fine for an overnight if visiting nearby Versailles. Food is the restaurant is good but menu could do with a bit more choice. All round very happy with the quality and the value

Hôtel situé au calme, de la place sur le parking, personnel sympathique. Dommage qu’il fasse chaud dans la chambre, impossible de baisser la clim. Pareil pour la température de l’eau dans la douche.

Bon accueil. Diner sur place (très bon). Grande chambre, bureau et plateau de courtoisie à disposition.

Le personnel est tres accueillant, l hotel est tres bien, recent, propre,... Les plats du restaurant ne valent pas le tarif élevé, pour des garnitures industrielles sans trop de gout. La chambre est tres spacieuse avec pas mal de petits trucs tres utiles: plusieurs prises USB a la tête du lit, un bureau tres bien, le lit tres confortable, cafetière,... Seul hic et pas des moindre : LA PROPRETE DE LA SALLE DE BAIN, ce qui dénature avec le reste de l hotel ( ou le reste est bien cache) de la moisissure sur le plafond de la douche, sur le bas du support gel douche, sur les joints de carrelage, le siphon tres tres bouché car pas nettoyé, reste de cheveux, gras,....l eau ne s evacue pas et passe par dessus le bac de douche

Really helpful staff, that was accommodating and helpful. Had some trouble with the AC and got help quickly. The bathroom had a mould/moisture problem. But other than that the quality is what you would expect for the amount of money you pay.

Le chauffage dans la chambre n'a pas fonctionné, une des serviettes était moisi

2 nuits avec dès le début un "cadeau de bienvenue " dans la chambre qui va donner le ton de ce séjour : 2 madeleines périmées. La personne à l\'accueil me les a échangées sans problème. Le soir le seche-cheveux ne fonctionne plus mais l\'accueil me dit qu\'ils n\'en ont pas de secours. Une étiquette sur le radiateur indique "please don\'t touch" alors qu\'il fait bien trop chaud: je décide donc d\'ouvrir la fenêtre mais d\'immenses toiles d\'araignée ornent le pourtour de celle-ci. Des toiles d\'araignée dignes d\'une décoration d\'Halloween. Le lendemain matin pour me rendre au petit-déjeuner je tombe sur une grosse mouche morte au niveau des vitres en face de l\'ascenseur. Le deuxième soir, je m\'aperçois que le papier toilette n\'a pas été rechargé : on m\'en apporte sans problème mais c\'est quand même la 3ème fois que j\'ai dû appeler la réception depuis mon arrivée. Lors de mon départ, la personne de l\'accueil me demande si tout s\'est bien passé et je lui explique donc tous les soucis du séjour mais surtout le manque d\'entretien: celui-ci me répond poliment qu\'ils viennent juste "de rouvrir le 2ème étage et que tout n\'est peut-être pas prêt ". Et bien si vous n\'êtes pas prêts, n\'installez pas de clients à cet étage svp. Déduction de 20€ à la note globale ce qui est appréciable mais qui ne change malheureusement pas l\'inconfort du séjour. Je tiens à préciser que le personnel a toujours été poli et réactif. Bref ce n\'était pas un séjour au Best Western mais au "Western" tout court...

Very charming hotel, upgraded and very clean.. friendly staff

The heating in our room didn't work , the shower had mould in the corner. We were moved to another room and that too had no adequate heating. Went away with cold and flu.Bathroom need a proper clean. Not happy.

Meget slidt hotel med virkelig dårlig morgenmad. Fin rengøring men desværre lugtede rengøringsmidlet alt for meget.

Stayed in room 4. Ground floor near to reception. Walls are paper thin. Could hear upstairs shower. And people holding a function just outside the room by the pool. Half past five in the morning and people are arriving at reception and you can hear everything. Doors banging and conversations. Then someone outside at the pool moving tables around. Staff have discount of breakfast. Wasn’t the Best hotel for us. Probably the Worst. Which is a shame as we’ve used their hotels before…..

Det var ok men desværre ikke der bedste morgenmad der manglede hele tiden noget og man skulle sige til dem når det var tomt

This hotel lacks guest services as there are no restaurants nearby. As an example, the restaurant was closed on the weekend with no advance notice. For the breakfast meal, they served rotten fruit and nuts.
