Magnolia Gardens NOVO

Awesome rental! Clean, very comfortable, many conveniences! We sat out in the backyard in the rain without getting wet! It felt amazing! The property is beautiful, well maintained, spacious, and fully stocked! We truly had a wonderful time!

This property was even better than pictured in the listing! Everything was in great condition and special touches were found in consideration of our dog—there was a water bowl and tennis ball in the fenced in backyard. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining. There was plenty of storage space for clothing and luggage. The sunroom and covered patio provided a private space to enjoy nature, dine and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and filled with equally lovely homes. Grocery stores and restaurants were within a short distance from the house—such an ideal location. We hope to be able to return in the future.

Great spot. Close to everything we needed.

Ryan was quick to get back to us with any communications we had with him. Check in / out a breeze. Nice quiet neighborhood. Safe. Close to grocery stores & Walmart. Second time renting this property. Ryan allowed us early 12 noon check in for an extra 75. We had use of the garage so we were able to park one of our vehicles inside to accommodate the space in the driveway. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Plenty of linens. This property is pet friendly and we love the fenced back yard for the pup and the kids. We used the grill this trip. Plenty of propane. Grill was not clean. Needs a good once over. You will need your own toiletries. We would rent the property again and will if we have another ballet to attend for the Niece. We would recommend this property and host.
