Villa Primavera | Oceanfront romantic getaway in Rincon

Excellent host! Beautiful villa and surroundings. If something to improve would be the activation of the safe box but I did not care much since the property was very safe, secure with guards patrolling at night. This is a 10 star property!!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and EXACTLY as pictured. The only problem was there is an overwhelming mildew smell and we could see noticeable water damage from the windows and doors. When we reported it, we were told the windows and doors are being replaced, which we think may address the problem. We were disappointed as I'm highly allergic, and were offered a full refund if we wanted to relocate. But available options were limited and, in the end, we found the upstairs was OK as long as the A/C was on - so we decided to stay. I just avoided the first floor and we kept the doors closed when outside (as we could smell the mildew when the doors were open from the dipping pool). Regardless of that issue, we very much enjoyed the place. It is really beautiful.
