La nuitée était tout à fait convenable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. L'hôtel est bien situé, pas très loin du ferry. Le parking est privé, clôturé, c'est rassurant. La chambre était correcte, en bon état, un peu vieillotte (par exemple il n'y avait pas beaucoup de prises électriques).

Lovely stay, easy to get the public transport and free parking. There was even a electric car charger. Shower was good and slept well.

Overall a good stay. Well positioned for the car ferries and Eurotunnel. Room a little tired but the hotel is undergoibg some refurbishment. Excellent buffet breakfast, sets you up for a day of travelling. Guests should note that the on site restaurant is closed Saturdays and Sundays and there is not a lot in the area surrounding the hotel. I had a 3 night stay to explore the Dunkirk area, annoyingly every day I returned to the hotel my room card didn't work and I had to go back to reception. Hot water seemed to be at a premium in the early mornings, not really warm enough for me. Staff were helpful however and kept the buffet well stocked at breakfast.

Easy to get to before and after the ferry as a convenient stop over. It has onsite High Speed EV Chargers that are quick enough for a top up whilst having a good enough breakfast. A basic hotel but it has all that I needed and expected.

Great hotel, really comfortable bed and decent pillows. Extremely clean and tidy. Downside was the corridor was a bit smelly of drains. However, once in the room you couldn’t smell anything. I would recommend this hotel.

The not so good was that the room is tiny and poorly laid out, the room needed a freshen up and the floor gave me dirty feet. Also, there was a smell of possibly drains in the corridor outside. The excellent was that the room was quiet, there was a kettle and the bed was so comfortable that I looked up the supplier to see if it was available in the UK. Plus there were extra soft pillows. So all in all the bad and the good averaged out.

Awful place i did stay here in 2024 on the ground floor and enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant this time i was put on 1st floor very dirty carpet in hallway room was tired and dirty shower had previous occupying peoples hair still in it and no restaurant open at the weekends i will never ever stay in this dirty place again

Scrambled egg at breakfast was cold, had to get it reheated, hot water from machine was not boiling so tea was only lukewarm, no English breakfast tea but good other teas. Management allowed a cat to wander around dining room during breakfast, I wouldn't have eaten breakfast there had I have known this. Advertised as rooms being soundproof, this was not the case as talking in next door room could be heard and someone somewhere was coughing

Pre paid 2 rooms. Arrived by taxi and only had 1 room. Offered us to move to sister property but would not pay for taxi! Nothing at the sister company worked except a few lights, hot water and the workers were nice. Never ibis again!

By mistake made a booking on a non-refundable rate for the wrong month. Some hotels exercise discretion in such situations and are willing to correct the booking. This hotel wouldn't even discuss. Good location for ferries, not a pretty area, but seemed safe. Staff very welcoming and access needs met. Room clean, comfortable and as described. TV theoretically has UK channels but it doesn't. Breakfast very good range and quality. Nearby Chinese buffet good!

Ok for stopping one night. Breakfast for 18€ quite expensive. Serve food at dinnner time in restaurant. I got really sick after having dinner there at the first evening. Nobody cared at reception. Stayed two nights and had to pay for breakfast even though I wasn't able to have anything but Camomile tea.Would not stay there again or just stop over night to get the Ferry.

Ok for stopping one night. Breakfast for 18€ quite expensive. Serve food at dinnner time in restaurant. I got really sick after having dinner there at the first evening. Nobody cared at reception. Stayed two nights and had to pay for breakfast even though I wasn't able to have anything but Camomile tea.Would not stay there again or just stop over night to get the Ferry.

Hotel was was fine really convenient for Tunnel and ferry. Clean and comfortable with plenty of parking . Only real downside was the restaurant was closed on Saturdays and we specifically filtered hotels with restaurants.

Scrambled egg at breakfast was cold, had to get it reheated, hot water from machine was not boiling so tea was only lukewarm, no English breakfast tea but good other teas. Management allowed a cat to wander around dining room during breakfast, I wouldn't have eaten breakfast there had I have known this. Advertised as rooms being soundproof, this was not the case as talking in next door room could be heard and someone somewhere was coughing

Overall a good stay. Well positioned for the car ferries and Eurotunnel. Room a little tired but the hotel is undergoibg some refurbishment. Excellent buffet breakfast, sets you up for a day of travelling. Guests should note that the on site restaurant is closed Saturdays and Sundays and there is not a lot in the area surrounding the hotel. I had a 3 night stay to explore the Dunkirk area, annoyingly every day I returned to the hotel my room card didn't work and I had to go back to reception. Hot water seemed to be at a premium in the early mornings, not really warm enough for me. Staff were helpful however and kept the buffet well stocked at breakfast.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Betten bequem und bei geschlossenem Fenster war es auch sehr ruhig. Wir haben gut geschlafen! Der Portier hat uns sehr gute Speisemöglichkeiten in der Nähe empfohlen, da das Hotelrestaurant am Wochenende geschlossen ist. Das Frühstück war super mit einer sehr großen Auswahl an allem - für jeden was dabei!

Tv a bit small and another ibis had more modern ones with streaming/casting facility. Rooms a bit small but as only a stop off for getting ferry not to bad. Said rests was open til 9.30 but only snacks when we went at 9.05 but these were actually quite enough, but just be aware full menu not available after 9.00. Breakfast was really good.Rooms a bit warm in this weather we've been having.

If you are travelling back from France by ferry, this is ideally placed for you. It's a five minute drive to the port and avoids the congestion often found in the town. the hotel is well maintained and the staff always extremely helpful. Highly recommended
