Overall a lovely location and very well equipped and furnished cottage. Would love to go back. Two or three minor points worth attending to. Written instructions on how to get there seemed ambiguous. (Ended up using Google Maps.) Loose slabs on back steps. Markings on cooker knobs worn off in places making it difficult to set temperatures. Far more positives - too many to list!!

Fantastic comfortable property with everything you could wish for including a games room and tennis court and cricket practice net also on site. A superb welcome pack included everything you could wish for, the location was peaceful and far enough away to be rural but only 12 minutes from Kelso and Coldstream. Overall an excellent property and holiday

Beautiful scenic location. Property was warm and welcoming, very clean and tidy. Great layout and very well equipped. Great beds, great nights sleep.

Very comfortable and well appointed. Great view from the windows. Dog proof garden much appreciated. We liked the log fire and two bathrooms. And Lowri is a lovely friendly helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed our week even if the fishing wasn’t much good 😊
