Etwas außerhalb von Arles gelegen. Tagsüber ist die Altstadt auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachts würde ich nicht zu Fuß gehen. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend . Genügend Parkplätze vorhandenen. Bei offenen Fenster hat man die Autobahn gehört.

Staff friendly and polite. Terrible area, surrounded by what appear to be travellers sites. Pool dirty, building exterior dirty, no signposting to entrance to car park, room and corridor carpets stained, bathroom damaged and grubby.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkmöglichkeiten excellent.

We had booked a disabled access room. The hotel advertised a restaurant which would be open. We arrived half an hour before the check in time of 2.00pm. The receptionist asked us to wait. The Bar was closed so we sat in the car. At 2.00pm we went to check in to be told the lift was not working and we had a room on the first floor! Too many steps for me to cope with. So we could not stay there. They booked us in at another Ibis but gave us the wrong address! We eventually found the hotel and were reasonably pleased, except their restaurant was closed! The hotel was also much further away from the town centre than we wanted to be. We cannot understand why the receptionist at the original hotel did not tell us about the lift when we first made contact. We also incurred charges for breakfast which we think was included in the original hotel. They also charged for our dog. Not at all happy. Instead of sight seeing we spent the afternoon sitting in the car or driving between hotel car parks. Will not book an Ibis hotel again.

Alles zweckmäßig, aber Bäder etwas abgenutzt und sehr klein. Teppich sollte erneuert werden. Pool sehr sauber. Service Personal sehr freundlich. Teilweise viele Mücken im Zimmer. Viele Parkplätze.

Een basaal doorreishotel. Ontbijt was goed en het restaurant slecht. Kleine kamer en moeten douchen in het bad was vervelend. Het zwembad werd gerenoveerd en daar is men zeker nog een paar weken mee bezig. Dit had men niet van te voren gemeld. In de huidige warmte zou het fijn zijn geweest om afkoeling in het zwembad te kunnen krijgen.

Facciamo spesso italia spagna in auto ed una sosta in questo albergo è perfetta per noi. Ottima struttura a un tiro di pietra del centro di Arles. Super piscina e ottima colazione.

Expérience horrible, présence de punaise de lit qui n'émeut pas du tout la réception. J'ai changé de cambre à ma demande dans la nuit, puis j'ai écourté mon séjour pour ne pas avoir à revivre ça, sans remboursement évidemment. Ce n'était pas la première fois que je dormait dans cet hôtel, mais c'est la dernière !!!!

150 euros pour de telle prestation c est abusé quand on se douche l eau sort de la baignoire lit collé contre le mur un froid terrible dans la chambre moisi dans les escaliers franchement nous voyagons beaucoup mais la c est la première fois que nous payons aussi cher pour ce genre de prestation petit déjeuner niquel et personnel sympathique

Room was not clean. There were hairs on the bed. We opened the window in the night and the room was full of bugs.

Je pense que les chambres ont besoin d'être sérieusement rénovées. Les murs de la salle de bain, la peinture s'écaille. de l'humidité est perceptible avec des traces de moisissure sous la fenêtre de la chambre. de la moisissure est également visible au niveau de la partie haute et basse à l'intérieur du placard. Pour information, j'ai occupé pendant deux jours la chambre 614.

Não havia ar- condicionado no calor de 40°. Fui reclamar na recepção e a atendente disse que era problema da manutenção. Não há frigobar nos quartos.

Non proprio comodo per il centro (10/15 minuti a piedi) ma comunque una buona alternativa a prezzo contenuto con buoni servizi ed una piscina discreta (ciocche di capelli vaganti in acqua escluse). Colazione buona, camere e bagno spaziosi, peccato senza frigobar.

Zustand des Bades schlecht. Von früheren Aufenthalten nicht gewohnt. Ein 3 Bettzimmer mit entsprechend wenig Platz erhalten.

Very hard beds. Small outdated bathroom. Nothing to put luggage on exept floor. We did not have breakfast, but it shold be small and ok. Bathroom did not have light, but we changed it. Never Budget again!

bien que le personnel soit attentionné, il a fallu changer 2 fois de chambre pour avoir une clim qui marche (en pleine canicule), manque des serviettes, pas de poubelle dans la chambre .... On voit que cet hôtel est fatigué et aurai besoin d'une bonne remise aux norme.

good value hotel, the area it’s in is mixed but probably safer than it feels. good staff

il s'agissait d'une soirée étape mais très satisfaisante et très agréable avec un accueil sympathique et du personnel aux petits soins

Uselt hotell, första natten hade vi små flugor i en av sängarna. Vi bad att få byta och det gick bra. När vi sedan skulle få vårt nya rum då fungerade inte kortet, jag fick byta kort två gånger innan receptionen fattade att rummet hade nyckel inte kort. Första rummet saknade tvål! Vi fick ingen kompensation för allt strul, vi kunde väl fått en frukost åtminstone.

Parfait mis à part que quand on vous demande un réveil physique et qu’on vous donne l’autorisation de rentrer dans la chambre, prenez l’info et notez-la parce que lors de mon séjour chez vous, l’hôtesse d’accueil avait pour mood de frapper à la porte ce qui n’a aucune incidence sur mon sommeil et j’ai donc raté mon rendez-vous. Seul bémol, voilà pourquoi je vous note 4/5 Autrement tout est parfait

Buon Hotel, parcheggio comodo e posizione centrale.

아를 중심부로부터 꽤 떨어져 있었던 점(도보로 15분 내외)을 제외하고는 주차도 편하고 아침식사도 좋았던 호텔입니다.

I used this Ibis hotel as my base for several days of sightseeing in Arles and the surrounding area. The hotel itself is nice enough, especially for the price. The included breakfast is well-stocked an uncrowded, and the room is clean. The air conditioning struggled a bit during the mini heat wave that settled on Arles, but it was OK. On to the not-so-nice aspects: 1) The hotel is a good 15-20 minute walk from the old town, and there are no restaurants close to the hotel. I had dinner in the hotel's dining room twice--and had nice meals--because it would have been too much trouble to get back downtown. The hotel looks closer on a map to the areas you want to be at than it really is. One of the photos I've included with this review shows the view of the city, which is waaaaaay off in the distance. I saw an exhibit at the Luma center, which required a 30-minute walk to get there. 2) Immediately adjacent to the hotel is some sort of low-income housing area, replete with tons of vehicles, trash in the streets, chickens in cages, etc. I did not feel comfortable walking by it at night. I've included a photo of the view of this area as seen from the hotel's entry road. 3) Regarding entry roads, be aware that my iPhone's mapping software kept trying to route me close to the housing area and on to a locked gate. Better to take the slightly longer route out to the Main Street. 4) I tried to get an Uber on a Sunday morning, but there were none to be found.

Hôtel was a bit dreary and run-down and not in a location convenient to the city center.

A great hotel not far from the center if you have a car. Friendly staff and clean room. Not a lot to see/do in the immediate neighborhood.

Stanza comoda e silenziosa, parcheggio gratuito all'interno di un'area privata, colazione a buffet buona e abbondante. Si trova in una zona periferica priva di interesse. Centro raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti.

Easy to reach by car and not far from the city centre, a good place to stay for your visit of Arles.

Je suis un habitué de cet hotel 3 ou 4 x par an. Un parking sécurisé gratuit. Cette fois ci bravo pour l'accueil sourire et service au check in check out et serveur du resto. Mais alors, pourquoi 3 sur 5? Je sanctionne le prix du restaurant. Inadmissible. Une soupe d'asperge croutons à l'ail (lavasse peu gouteuse avec 7 cubes de croutons industriels) 9€!! Ça foit etre difficile de couper du pain et le faire griller! Piece de boeuf (annoncé faux filet) servi un onglet de 140gr (lui tres bon) j'ai choisi salade verte (une salade de côtes en sachet) jetée dans l'assiette. Meme Mac do a proscrit ce type de produit chez eux, 18€. Donc 27€ pour ça !? Je leur ai dit. Petit dejeuner bien. J'ai salué le serveur ce matin là pour lui demander un plateau, il n'a rien répondu, meme pas bonjour me l'a apporté sans rien dire et a continué à faire la gueule ! Bref on peut avoif ses humeurs biensur. Peut-être que la direction devrait s'atabler!!

Cet hôtel aurait besoin d’une cure de rajeunissement. Les dîners sont trop dispendieux pour la qualité offerte. Si vous n’avez pas le choix d’y rester pour dîner c’est ok mais sans plus. Un hôtel dans le centre historique serait mieux pour qui veux visiter Arles.

Confort sommaire, propreté correcte. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est abondant et varié.

Clean, good breakfast, good location...

Ça manque de balai brosse dans les toilettes. Sinon, très bien. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Restaurant très moyen, salade pas fraîche, plats industriels et prix élevé. Service moyen. Petit déjeuner très bof, pas de choix, une variété de pain, pas d'omelette et fromage sous vide
