We really enjoyed our stay. Room small but ask for upgrade. Elevator small.

Nice hotel with a good location, close to metro and Eiffel Tower. A good small room and an excellent breakfast. VERY slow check-in…and I must say that I have NEVER experienced that I have to pay to have my luggage stored, if the room is not ready on arrival two hours early. To me, this is just a basic service for a hotel. 10 euro on the day of arrival and another 10 euro if you need it the day of departure as well. Very very strange…

The property was under construction the whole time we were there. All the amenities that were promised and shown on their website were not available. The only amenity that available was a continental breakfast that was mediocre at best. The construction workers were using the same ancient elevator that was needed for guests to get up and down along with housekeeping and guests. When we voiced our disappointment, the manager told us to take the issue up with Expedia.com since that is the entity we were hoping showed accurate hotel amenities for guests.

Das hotel hatte einfach eine wunderbare Lage, genau gegenüber war die metro station, in ca 10 Minuten fußläufig war der eifelturm erreichbar, supermarket war da, es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe, Frühstück war sehr gut es gab alles was man braucht um im den Tag zu starten. Das Zimmer war geräumig und groß, Badezimmer war sehr gut es gab nichts zu meckern aber wenn man sucht findet man immer etwas zu bemängeln. Wir waren sehr zufrieden Parkhaus war ca 60 Meter vom hotel entfernt Tiefgarage das war sehr gut preislich auch völlig in Ordnung 20 EU Tages Preis. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Tiny elevator, where two people and one small suitcase barely fit. We couldn't use stairs because it was blocked due to construction. Instead of one room for 2 adults 2 kids, we were in two separate rooms (at the end of the hallway). Breakfast was less than mediocre. But it was great that they stored our luggage until the rooms were ready.

Pros- The hotel is central to Eiffel Tower within walking distance. Also metro line right outside the hotel door. Rooms were adequate. Cons- The bathroom did not have a proper functioning shower with a shower curtain. The bath overflowed during shower. The rooms are small but this is to be expected from Paris. Also expect to pay 10 euro charge to keep luggage when you check in and out. I found this odd and never experienced this in any hotels I have stayed in all over the world. Lots of guests were complaining about this charge.

However, several issues took away from the overall experience. The lift had recurring problems, which was especially inconvenient when carrying luggage. Speaking of luggage, I was disappointed to find the hotel charges 10 euros per room to store bags for just two hours before check-in—a fee that feels unnecessary and quite unfair, especially for guests arriving early. Another frustration was not being able to use the air conditioning due to a rule that the receptionist seemed to have made up on the spot, this made the room uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was limited, and the staff were slow to bring out more food when items ran out. Overall, the hotel has great potential thanks to its location and some comfortable features, but several policies and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

I didn’t know that the hotel was under construction. It was very inconvenient The pictures on their website did not meet up to their hotel amenities. I would not recommend this hotel at all, although it is Paris France

Transportation info with reservation was incredible and Jean Claude was outstanding, also Wilfred at desk.Location accross street from bothRER -C line and metro #6 is wonderful. Too bad the owners do not refresh obviously worn carpet and redesign parts of the bath.

Excellent staff and nice Lobby but room was too small for two people. Excellent breakfast and worth the money. Bed was comfortable and a good size for two people to sleep comfortably in, even though the room was small. Public parking nearby and great transportation system. Staff was very helpful in getting me a taxi to the train station. I would recommend this hotel. My only real complaint was the people hanging out across from the hotel. Just didn’t feel safe , especially after being warned about pickpockets from a restaurant patron who lives in the area . You are 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, and 10 minutes by metro to Norte Dame Cathedral.

Loved this hotel! The rooms were very clean, comfortable bed, very warm. Everyone was really nice. The breakfast was great food.

Great place to stay near the effiel, staff is friendly and amazing, room is very clean and cozy. Only complaint will be that area is nozy and could hear the bangs of the other doors of the hotel closing.

Imagine a high quality hostel more than “hotel.” Staff are very nice but rooms are tiny and hostel-like. It’s a great hostel, not hotel, but location for the price rules!

We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioning was not working. We were given a 10% discount, but didn’t sleep well at night. We didn’t want to open the windows because the area is quite noisy.

The shower was hard to adjust the temperature. But the dryer was really good that I could dry my hair really quick.

It's centrally located, near the sights even if you want to walk around at night, its easy to go back to the hotel. Subway/trains are right next to it. Rooms are are clean, just the bed is put together (2twin size) and you can feel the gap. Overall, we would still comeback and stay here

Tiny rooms and bathrooms with no shampoo and conditioner

The location is near the Eiffel tower only take around 5 minutes, there is a subway station in front of the hotel. The hotel conditions is oudated and need renovation urgently and the rooms were very small and the bathroom

The staff were very friendly & helpful. We were within 3-4 blocks of the Eiffel Tower. I would’ve given them an excellent rating but the air conditioning in our room had just gone out so the nights were a little too warm. They did give us a small discount because of it.

This hotel is wonderful because of it’s customer service. Wilfred is so accommodating. The property is great for the price with a large bathroom. Metro 6 line is right across the street and also walkable to many areas. Highly recommend!

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Melony provided invaluable assistance with directions to our planned events and warned us about potential scams to watch out for. Jean-Claude was also very hospitable and friendly, as was the hotel mascot, Lilly the cat. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro, making it easy to explore other parts of Paris. The room was well-organized and had ample space for our bags and belongings, though it was a bit on the smaller side. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We had hotel to get us a taxi for the train station. Instead of getting one of the black cabs with a taxi sign that you are supposed to take, the desk worker called most likely a friend with no meter or taxi sign on top. He charged 45.00 for the trip back to the train station. The trip from the train station to the hotel in a cab with a meter that took twice as long was on 28.00, The hotel employee should have known better because we were told better by someone earlier . We just don’t recognize it with lack of sleep until it was too late. Call your own cab. Be sure it is a black one with the taxi sign on top and a meter. This was a rip off.

We have stayed here before and we will again! All around great staff and they even have a lobby cat named Lily!

I higly recommend this hotel. I absolutely love the location of this hotel. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and gift shops, giving you a real taste of Paris right at your doorstep. There's also a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around the city easy and hassle-free.

If you are traveling for your first time and on a budget this is a great hotel. Staff is great and very attentive. I felt very safe and the hotel is next to the train stop. My window faced the train station and I didn’t have issues with noise. Great location.

Excellent staff .. room too small . Hard to move around in the room. It was dated but clean . Very busy outside the hotel with some unsavory characters just across the street. I was warned by taxi driver and a patron of a restaurant to watch for pickpockets in the area . I liked that it was a 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower . I liked that they had a parking garage nearby, being I had rented a car . Excellent public transportation nearby and like I said the staff was excellent and we had a taxi on time , that was arranged by the front desk . Also, the breakfast was great and worth the price. I would recommend this hotel .

Nice hotel for couples. The breakfastbuffe was small but very tasty. The beds good. Friendly and smiley resepsjonists. The elevator didnt always worked properly. The location are sentral and the metro on the other side of street. we had a good stay and are very pleased.

Hotel was decent stay near the Eiffel tower (around the corner) and footsteps from the public transportation metro stations. Very convenient location near restaurants and main walkpath to the tower and trocadero. Breakfast was good service as well. Would stay there again.
