We stayed three nights in October, and this hotel was perfect for our needs. The location and the building exude a genuine Parisian neighborhood charm, complete with a peaceful internal courtyard and cozy boutique-style rooms. We specifically avoided big-chain hotels, and this hotel offers the character and uniqueness that only small, charming stays can provide. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring that all guests felt welcome and comfortable. A special thanks to Diadema, who truly went above and beyond in delivering outstanding customer service. Another highlight was the excellent coffee, tea, drinks, and afternoon snacks available—many previous guests have praised this, and we wholeheartedly agree. We were warmly welcomed and loved the atmosphere. The breakfast, free snacks and soft drinks and coffee were wonderful and the garden was a beautiful amenity to chill out in in a busy city. Rooms were perfect.

Truly a hidden gem! Service was too notch, room was spacious compared to other hotels and we enjoyed the complimentary snacks & drinks offered in the lobby! Great touch! Also, this hotel offers complimentary water bottles which was super helpful and appreciated. We will be back!

Excellent. Small, boutique hotel. Room was very nice. Housekeeping everyday. Minibar with free water, juices, sodas, refreshed daily. Have never seen that before. Breakfast was great. Wide selection. Pastries, meats, cheeses and more. Beautiful, secluded garden for eating when temperature allows. Staff was very helpful. Excellent grasp of English. Location is on a quiet street, just off Av de Ternes, and the Metro station (Ternes) is maybe five blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location. The Metro is a 5 minute walk and the Arc de Triomphe is a 10 minute walk. It is beautifully appointed very modern, nice bathroom. They have a nice breakfast and lounge area. A lovely outdoor garden. We really enjoyed the variety of snacks and beverages that were available every day from 2 to 12. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They helped us with dinner reservations, calling a taxi accommodated this with an early check-in and late check out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Arc de triomphe and local commute options. The garden facing rooms are quiet. The breakfast in minimal; some may prefer to eat out and not pay for the breakfast plan. The evening snacks and beverages provided were quite helpful. The staff - especially Sofia were helpful and knowledgeable. While the room are cramped are clean and functional. Their size might be an acceptable compromise if you expect to spend your time outside mostly. The garden at the rear is beautiful and makes for a relaxing space after a long day out. I'd recommend this hotel for families!

Our stay was great. We were upgraded on arrival, but when we got into our room the carpet had recently been cleaned so it was damp. The reception were very apologetic and helpful, they upgraded us again to make sure we were comfortable. The room was excellent and the bed was so comfortable I could have slept for the entire trip. 10 out of 10 overall.

The property is very nice and well kept. Every staff member at the front desk is very welcoming and friendly. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. There is a mini fridge with a variety of complimentary drinks in the room and snacks are available as well. We were so impressed that we decided to extend our one night stay to two nights. This hotel is on our list to return in the future.

Zentrale Lage zum Supermarkt, Arc de Triomphe und zur Metro. Tolle Zimmer, sehr sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück eher klein, aber alles was man braucht. Auch im Innenhof darf gefrühstückt werden. Koffer können kostenlos bei An- oder Abreise untergestellt werden.

Hotels.com listed air conditioning as an amenity. It was non existent. WiFi was spotty and the hotel was very worn. We left mid stay even though I prepaid. The hotel is far from most tourist areas but we the neighbourhood has a lot of conveniences. The free mini bar was a nice touch but not worth the trouble.

Hotel is a great location. Good sized room which is very clean. Only issue we had was the radiator was on constantly making it difficult to have a comfortable night sleep as the room would get too hot.

Very nice staff, daily stocked minibar, and walkable location to the Arc de Triomphe were great. Downsides were it was a long walk to the nearest metro station and was not close to other attractions like the Louvre or Eiffel Tower. The rooms had bathrooms with a strange configuration for the shower (only partially enclosed, so water splashed everywhere) and very narrow space for the toilets.

Came as a family of 5 and booked the 2 room family suite. Very spacious. On a quiet street just next to Des Ternes area. We went to several restaurants within walking distance, and it is quite close to Arc and Eiffel (by taxi). Staff was nice and accomodating. The garden at the hotel was pleasant, would recommend walking to the grocery store across the street and pick up wine, bread, cheese and spend some time in the garden.

We stayed three nights in October, and this hotel was perfect for our needs. We specifically avoided big-chain hotels, and this hotel offers the character and uniqueness that only small, charming stays can provide. Another highlight was the excellent coffee, tea, drinks, and afternoon snacks available—many previous guests have praised this, and we wholeheartedly agree. I stayed 5 nights and had an excellent experience. Staff and amenities were great. My first night I was gven a room near the stairs and elevator, which was noisy and disruptive though but staff were very accomodating and moved me to a much quieter room. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent. Small, boutique hotel. Room was very nice. Housekeeping everyday. Minibar with free water, juices, sodas, refreshed daily. Have never seen that before. Breakfast was great. Wide selection. Pastries, meats, cheeses and more. Beautiful, secluded garden for eating when temperature allows. Staff was very helpful. Excellent grasp of English. Location is on a quiet street, just off Av de Ternes, and the Metro station (Ternes) is maybe five blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

There were many many different restaurants in the area all within walking distance most of which had an English speaking waitstaff but didn't feel too touristy. Breakfast was tasty with really good hours, room felt huge for Europe and beds were comfy. Every single member of the staff was lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Paris. Highly recommend.

The staff were exceptional and eager to answer all question and gave great recommendations for the area and the city overall. Our visit to Paris wouldn’t have been memorable without their help. Chanel and Diademe (forgive me for misspelled her name, yet the name means “Crown” in Malagasy) were both superb!

We stayed five nights and really enjoyed it. We particularly liked the location (close to the Champs-Elysees) and also the quiet and nice garden. We also liked the entrance and the lobby. The service was very attentive and efficient.

Very nice staff, daily stocked minibar, and walkable location to the Arc de Triomphe were great. Downsides were it was a long walk to the nearest metro station and was not close to other attractions like the Louvre or Eiffel Tower. The rooms had bathrooms with a strange configuration for the shower (only partially enclosed, so water splashed everywhere) and very narrow space for the toilets.

This hotel is in a great location. The Metro is a 5 minute walk and the Arc de Triomphe is a 10 minute walk. It is beautifully appointed very modern, nice bathroom. They have a nice breakfast and lounge area. A lovely outdoor garden. We really enjoyed the variety of snacks and beverages that were available every day from 2 to 12. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They helped us with dinner reservations, calling a taxi accommodated this with an early check-in and late check out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

窓から見る景色が、何故か中世を思わせるような雰囲気がありました。 また隣はレストランで10ｍほど先が薬屋、薬屋の前がスーパーです。その先の信号を渡って20mほどで病院がありました。治安も良く、凱旋門まで11分、とても安心して泊まれました。次回パリに来る時はここに泊まりたいです。

We were warmly welcomed and loved the atmosphere. The breakfast, free snacks and soft drinks and coffee were wonderful and the garden was a beautiful amenity to chill out in in a busy city. Rooms were perfect.

Zentrale Lage zum Supermarkt, Arc de Triomphe und zur Metro. Tolle Zimmer, sehr sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück eher klein, aber alles was man braucht. Auch im Innenhof darf gefrühstückt werden. Koffer können kostenlos bei An- oder Abreise untergestellt werden.

Étant du métier, je noterais juste que le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré (notamment la machine à café), mais l’intention est là et c’est appréciable.

O hotel é muito bom , como outros da mesma rede que eu já sou cliente , esse aí o único por menor é o café da manhã , que é servido em local pequeno com os produtos um pouco amontoados . Mas gostei muito o quarto é maravilhoso. A localização é simplesmente maravilhosa, tem um Carrefour Express na frente, farmácias e restaurantes na mesma rua, ficaria nele novamente sem dúvidas.

Our experience at Regents Garden was mixed. The location is good about a 10 minute walk from 2 different Metro stops including the Arc de Triomphe. It’s on a quiet street, nice neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants. No noise at night even with the window open. The garden is lovely, a nice oasis from the city. The staff are warm and very helpful. The bed was comfortable, good shower and amenities like robes and slipper. The down side is that the hotel has not been well kept up, old carpets, furniture that shows a lot of wear, dusty in public spaces. Some of the chairs in the breakfast area had seats with rips or tears. The breakfast is plentiful but all the items except the bread are from store bought packages. While we were having breakfast some of the cleaning staff came in the breakfast room and took food from the buffet (one put ham in a napkin) which I thought was weird and unprofessional. The rates are ridiculously high for the quality of the experience. The place needs an upgrade.
