Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Greenville - Spartanburg - I-85

Check in wàs easy. Parking lot well lit. Walls are a little "thin". Room was really clean but there was a strong cleaner smell in it.

Clean comfortable beds and realy liked the kitchen. Everything close. We traveled for a wedding and had family reunion and were able to get rooms next to each other. The rooms and bathrooms are good size. Next time we go there i would probably stay with them. Breakfast also available but not the best but since there's kitchen we could fix our own that was much more heathier. Another thing i was doubting if we should stay there or not was that they had no pool. But with the way weather was we probably still wouldnt off used it anyway.

Our room was clean, easily accessible, dog friendly which was so great. It’s a bit of the path but would definitely book again

Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. Our tv was not working so she came and replaced the batteries in the remote and the fixed it. Clean hotel and kitchen area was helpful during our stay.

Affordable and clean

Check in was great we were there for a softball tournament and had our puppy it was so hot at the field and it wasn’t check in time yet but I called and they told me that I could check in early it was no problem and when I got there it was a breeze checking in it’s a new hotel doesn’t smell our room was spacious our sheets had stains but I called and it was quickly rectified I would stay here again 5 minutes to tyger fields….

This was a brand new property and it showed! The staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that the walls are thin, a dog was barking early in the morning for awhile and another room I heard an alarm going off early. The room was immaculate and spacious!! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very good and clean.

The facility is clear and looks fresh. The room is spacious with a kitchen if one needs it. Beds are comfy. Tge staff is welcoming and nice

It’s like any other extended stay except the air conditioner is motion activated and no option to keep the fan on to circulate the air. Also the doors are not sealed off very good and lets every bit of noise from the hall into the room. That’s the only 2 complaints I have.

Spacious rooms.

New ESA. Only knocked a star because the cable and wifi were never up and running during our stay.

Fast and efficient check in and check out. Desk helped with any needs quickly. The biggest issue was the people upstairs from us. They were up moving around and dropping things until 4am! The fact that the rooms are super echo’y didn’t help at all. They need to get more sound deadened in the rooms. Won’t likely stay again unless I am guaranteed top floor.

Roomy and spacetous, shower on the other hand would of been faster to wash soap off if I went to truck stop. Dont get started on toilet, I thought id have to live their for yr just to flush. Asked Boris for receipt after checking out he said "go get it off web site".

Room needs a trash can. Staff needs to be able to understand English. Shower head was limiting to water pressure. A/c was not consistent no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. All that being said we would stay here again if we needed to.

This is a nice new hotel. Our room was very large with a full size fridge, microwave, stove top(which we didn't use), big sink. Instead of chests of drawers there were 2 luggage stands with open storage under each, which was very practical. Above this area was a bar for hanging clothes, but there were no coat hangers, so the hotel needs to put a few there for guests. The water was nice and hot and the tub area needed grab bars or something for guests to hold onto getting in and out of tub. The breakfast is advertized as "grab and go" which is truly what it is. There was one small coffee thermal which was empty and the staff had to make more. She wasn't unpleasant but neither very pleasant. It was just a chore she had to do as she paid more attention to her cell phone. At no time entering the hotel were we greeted if there happened to be a person at the desk. A hotel employee should always speak to entering guests or at least smile to them. Overall I would stay here again because of the large room and kitchen area, but would plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. Located less than a mile away is a Biscuitville. The best thing going for this hotel is its proximity to the local YMCA which is where many large swimming meets is held. The price for this hotel is very reasonable.

We booked 2 rooms. I made the booking. I put one room in a different persons name. That person had an emergency and couldn't make it. They then decided that we couldn't get that room and wouldn't allow me, the person who made and paid for the booking to change it so I had to rent a third room. As well Hotels.com com wouldn't give me my money back as well. So I ended up paying almost 3 hundred dollars for nights and rooms that we could not use. This is akin to theft from Extended Stay and Hotels.com. Terrible service from both.

When we first checked in we met Borris who was of no help in when we asked for recommendations for places to eat. He said " go right then left you will find something, " he never the following few days even looked up when we passed the desk. The girls however were very nice and helpful. The room was clean because it was new but did have a horrible smell. Finally tracked it down to the cheap shelfs they had instead of a dresser. The bed wasnt comfortable and the sheets felt like sandpaper. But the worst was the light ventilation combo in the bathroom. Its on a motion detector so if you go in the middle of the night it comes on waking other people. No problem i coveref up. But if your taking a shower and its on it will turn off before you've even finished. I half expected the shower to turn off after a few minutes too. You have to take your own trash out. Only cleanng service is once a week. There is a full size refrigerator which i did appreciate but even with large kitchen area you had to go to the desk to check out any cooking or dishes. The breakfast consists of granola or cearl bars, muffin, oatmeal or packaged eggs. This place is only ment for workers coming into the area for an extended period of time. Your on your own here. If you on vacation or for pleasure by all means STAY AWAY you will hate it.

Clean, safe, comfortable, quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Water pressure could have been better & breakfast was very light but other than that, we loved our stay! Friendly & helpful staff always on site too

During check in we had an issue. Another guest was changing rooms due to “maintenance” issues. As they were leaving the initial room we were trying to be checked into the same room that was being vacated. The manager gave us their top discount for the inconvenience, a whopping $10. Was not happy with the arrangement, but at almost 11pm and after traveling all day we decided to suck it up and stay. Room was basic, but did have a few issues. Will not stay there again or with any extended stay America after what we went through.

Booked our room online, was told to check in at the front desk when we arrived. It was past midnight but the booking information stated there was 24 hour service at the front desk to check us in. When we arrived, the doors to the lobby were locked and required a key card to get in. We tried calling multiple times and no one answered. Finally, a guest walking out held the door open for us and we were able to walk into the lobby. We waited at the front desk for over 45 minutes, not a person in sight. I was worried one of the workers might have had a medical emergency, so we looked around in the lobby bathrooms and office, no one was there. We called the after hours line multiple times with no answer. Finally, after driving 16 hours and waiting there for over 45 minutes, we called the Expedia and requested a refund. Expedia reached out to the hotel as well, and could not get in touch with anyone. Expedia thankfully gave us a refund and we’re very helpful.

It was a good hotel that I would stay in again. Clean, always staffed and easy access to local surroundings.

Extremely limited breakfast opinions. Don't,I repeat,Don't take a room on the first floor.Second floors are wooden and you can hear just about everything the people above you are doing.

This was my first time staying at this property. Check in was at 3, but I didn't get there til about 8. I had no issues with checking in. There was always someone around. Didn't matter what time of night. The room was spacious and had everything you could want whether staying one night or several. Beds were comfortable, which is a big plus for me since I have back problems. The only issues that I had, which were not that big of deal for me, was I couldn't cast my phone to the TV to watch any apps and there was no actual hot breakfast. I believe with the amount that is charged, there should be more than some small muffins, honey buns, fig bars or packaged oatmeal. There was a small flat top stove in the room that I guess you could cook your own breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, but they are out of the way to walk to. Other than that, I had an amazing time, the staff was polite and the water was hot. I would definitely recommend staying and I would definitely stay again
