Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges may be applied to the credit card provided at the time of booking if necessary. Payment and Card Update Policy For Flexible Rate reservations, guests will have 48 hours to update their card details if the payment cannot be processed. If the card is not updated within this period, the reservation will be cancelled automatically. For Non-Refundable reservations, if the payment cannot be processed and the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, the reservation will also be cancelled automatically. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges for the full reservation. Guests must reimburse Sun & Moon hostel for any damage caused by inappropriate behavior during their stay. Any corresponding amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. For this reason, we kindly ask to present a credit or debit card from one of the guests upon check-in. No pets are allowed Our priority is health, security, and wellness. Moreover, we provide better guidelines; we have implemented resources with orientation, training, and specific information about hygiene versus COVID-19 standards. We have increased the frequency of the cleaning of communal Areas (including public toilets, elevator, private en-suite rooms toilets) and all the areas where there is more contact between guests. All of our staff is informed about the products and regulations of cleanliness that are effective against the virus.
