It was great for the price and for what we needed which was just a bed, location is great. The only thing I’d suggest is advertising the parking properly as we drove around for 40 mins trying to find somewhere to park. The room was very basic and dusty but tbh we just needed a bed to sleep in so weren’t overly bothered. There were no tables available for breakfast so we didn’t have any so couldn’t comment on the food.

The check in was in Seymour hotel but the room was in a different building which I believe is their subsidiary. The actual room was in the basement with no view. Inside the room, there was a glass door which opened in the central sewage area but more importantly it had no curtains and the adjacent room's window had a direct unhindered view to the toilet which was uncomfortable. The toilet was extremely small with the shower cubicle attached to it. Thankfully, the good part is that it was clean. The breakfast has only toast, fruit and cereals as options and having eggs, or beans would have been nice. I was relying on the breakfast as I had a long day ahead but did not eat anything. Lastly the parking was too cramped with metal bolsters being installed and the car was struggling to fit in. The metal bolsters are absolutely unnecessary and instead marked bays for the same amount of space will be more comfortable to manoeuvre the car. Overall not a pleasant stay but manageable for me as it was only 1 night.

The bathroom was so small an adult can hardly fit in and there was no hot running water in the property. There was no complimentary parking & the parking fee was flat £15. Lots of laundry bags littered the reception and hallways. The lighting was poor and the property I was allocated to stay in was not Seymour hotel but an adjacent converted property and have to walk 500 years to the actual reception.

Room was clean enough if a bit past its best. Main issue was climbing several flights of narrow stairs to get to the room, as no lift. Not great if you have lots of luggage. Can't complain much given the price though.

Positive: The location is great. The hotel is very central and close to many attractions. The breakfast buffet was not bad either. The staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: The stairs are so narrow and it could be very challenging for a child or an older person. No elevator. The bathroom is very tiny and resembles aeroplanes toilets. Noise from the street, especially the ambulances that regularly drive towards the nearby hospital could be very disturbing during the night.

Check in was a bit confusing as the hotel is not attached to the same building, I had to go to a side building. It was a bit expensive, the building I stayed had no left so if you’re staying with children, it may be a bit difficult as my floor was on the second floor and very narrow stairs. The room had weird smell, so I had to use my perfume. The room has very basic decor as leading to my room the corridor just think of cigarettes. Apart from that, it was fine.

A little strange, book in at reception then have to walk out and go to front ofbuildings in through a front door up 3 flights of stairs that got narrower as you went upEverything brand new in room & bathroom , it was small but we only there 1 night nice remote control fan on wall, we needed it on all night, in morning back out front door round corner to basement room for breakfast I would book again but ask for a ground or first floor room 😂

I booked to stay in the Seymour Hotel but when I checked in I was told I was staying in another building. When I booked I asked for a lower floor room as I have mobility challenges. I was told that I would be on the third floor and no offer of help with my heavy luggage! The top flight of stairs was a nightmare and I injured my knee! However, back at the Seymour I enjoyed my breakfast and a member of staff carried my luggage down for me. Will not be staying there again!

Central but quiet location. Dated, but clean room, bigger than a shoebox, decent shower and good beds. It is amazing that at this price level, they still felt committed to feeding people in the morning! Breakfast is basic - cereal, toast, cheese, ham and youghurt, tea or coffe, but at this price, in central London, it' rare. Perfectly functional and would stay there again. it is great.

The location is ideal. You can get on the Paddington or Edgware Road underground within 5 min walk and get to anywhere in central London easily. There are some shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are dated. These appear clean. But...this is where the nightmare starts. It is crawling with bed bugs. You can't see them but when night falls they come out. I stayed two nights and have come back home literally covered in bites. They are all over my face, my hands, arms, legs, chest and back. It is the height of summer so I had a vest top/shorts set on and where the pjs covered is the only part of me not bitten. I'm on steroids creams, anti histamines and anti inflammatories trying to reduce the bite marks, some of which the doctor thinks will permanently scar. I look a total mess. To make it worse the hotel will not accept even the acknowledgement that they are in the wrong. even though the location is fab, avoid at all costs. Ive been home 10 days and still look like a dot to dot puzzle. Red scabby mess!!!

Quick overnight stay. Room was perfect for the 4 of us. It was very affordable, warm, quiet, very clean room and shower room, managed to get a parking space. We don't eat breakfast so cannot comment on that but was tea and coffee in the room, hairdryer and toileteries. Although basic and dated decor it's perfectly positioned, close to the tube and restaurants nearby. I saw some reviews not great but honestly if you want a 5 star, be prepared to pay for it. This place was ideal for our trip as we just needed a clean, warm bed for the night after our adventures.

Room too small even though I paid for two people. The window in the room was insecure and could be opened from outside. Curtains’ hooks fallen off and couldn’t close curtain. Bedsheets smelt bad. The room was too hot with no air conditioning and no fan, and no proper airflow from the window. Constant noise of water running through the pipes from the bathroom probably from other rooms’ bathrooms. Couldn’t sleep the whole night from the noise and the heat. Tried asking reception staff for room change, they said that’s their regular size double room and the rest are “family” rooms. Also didn’t do anything about the curtain nor the window. I didn’t have time to complain about the noise and the smelly bedsheets. Not what I expected from what the hotel advertised, and definitely not worth the price I paid. My Worse hotel experience in London.

It was nice. We got a nice room in a different building though. But was okay. Cleaned everyday. Bed was veryyyyy comfortable. The most needed thing when you come back after busy day spent outside. Building needs a bit refurbishing rest was alright.

Excellent location and good value for money. Confortable beds but small bedroom and tiny bathroom. Impossible not to wet the whole bathroom when having a shower and not even a mat for the floor is provided. Breakfast is reasonable but bad service. Breakfast time is said to be until 9.15am and 9.20 guests are asked to leave the place even if they are still finishing eating. I had to finish my coffee and toast at the reception

One of the greater of the cheaper London hotels. Check in was easy, as was the check out. Breakfast was quite good, given that it was included in the price. I can recommend Seymour Hotel, and I will gladly book it again.

Bedroom view had loads of broken wood outside .. was a quiet part of the hotel but unfortunately the ventilator in bathroom was buzzing all night long. Nothing to turn it off so I had no sleep my sister got bit .. there was tea splashes all over the room . Missed breakfast by 15 minutes the staff were so bloody rude to us could have just been polite sorry ladies you have missed breakfast but no they’re were very rude ..

Front desk person was super-helpful and accommodating when I requested a change to my room. I really appreciated that. Breakfast staff were rude and kicking people out though. Yes, breakfast ends at a cwrtain time but if people are still eating what they have already picked up, give them a chance to finish their food.

The beds was comfort and good. The windows was typish englisch( unique).The bathroom very shmal but clean. Tee and cofee in room was great and equipment too. The breakfast was ok but the room to eat so so shmall not enought capacity for all the guests.Sometimes we and the other people must wait to take the breakfast.

The hotel was clean and i had fresh white clean bedding. My room was ok. The bathroom a bit to small. The stairs are very steep, however it is an old building. You have to check in and go to breakfast in a different building. Its about a minute walk from the accommodation. Breakfast was very basic. Cheese , ham, toast, tea , coffee and orange juice. No pastries.
