Vi har varit här för fyra år sedan och konstaterar att inte mycket förändrats sedan sist. Servicen varierar från intresse och engagemang till surmulen trumpenhet. Det senare vid ankomsten. Sviten var rymlig men kanske möblemanget kräver lite uppfräschning. I vart fall soffan i vardagsrumsdelen. Bra dusch och toalett med god standard.

Clean and cute rooms, friendly staff, quieter neighborhood, basic but convenient breakfast. We were very pleased and grateful with our stay here.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Had a problem with the fridge not working which I reported late on a Sunday afternoon. Went out for a walk for an hour or so and it was replaced by the time we got back. Breakfast was ok. We had a suite so plenty of room. Comfortable living room and comfortable beds. Two shower heads - one fixed the other flexible. This hotel is in an excellent location. Very close to designer shops, a short walk to the Champs Elysees and only about 5 minutes to the Metro, the river and a view of the Eiffel tower. Some really nice restaurants closeby e.g. Maitre Pierre on Rue Marbeuf. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel and its staff are excellent as was the breakfast. The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and monuments. We look forward to a future stay.
