Netter Empfang und Rezeption und sehr gute Lage. Dusche klein aber mit gutem Druck. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten. Aber musste meinen schweren Koffer in den ersten Stock tragen und der Teppichboden im Zimmer war nicht 100% sauber. Frühstück ok aber Croissant und Pain au Chocolat sehr schlecht und industriell.

Super hôtel personnels adorable !! Juste le stationnement c’est l’horreur et sa coûte hyper chère..! Sinon très bon séjour des chambres spacieuse et confortables.

Petit hôtel très agréable, bon accueil, chambre confortable et salle de bain impeccable. Parking disponible. Parfait pour une petite étape parisienne près du Palais de la Porte Dorée. Remarque : prévenir que l’ascenseur dessert les demi-étages. Attention si mobilité réduite ou gros bagages

Très bon accueil. Chambre 1 personne petite mais confortable. Boissons chaudes offertes à la réception et en chambre. Places de parking fermées à proximité immédiate moyennant forfait/jour. Nombreux restaurants dans le quartier.

It was okay, receptionist was really friendly at all times and really polite and welcoming, the lifts were tiny. Barely fit 2 people and luggage. Room was okay. Very small. Doable for a few days. Clean. Breakfast was quite nice! Wish they provided bathroom slippers Didn’t take much pics just random ones ! Markets on street on a Sunday !! & view was nice & metro right outside too ! WiFi kept going off especially in the night and Tv didn’t work :( as in for YouTube etc.

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel propose un peignoir sur demande, ce qui est rare pour un 3*. Le lit est grand également.

Très bon accueil du personnel dans cet hôtel proche de la Gare de Lyon à deux pas du métro Michel Bizot (ligne 8). Chambres climatisées, petit déjeuner bon rapport qualité prix avec des fruits frais et une attention particulière pour que le buffet soit toujours bien achalandé. Attention en sortant de l’ascenseur (au 6e étage) en arrivant : pas de palier, on arrive directement sur la cage d’escalier. En arrivant à l’étage, il reste quelques marches à monter. À part cela, très bon choix.

Close by to restaurants, shopping, bakeries and metro as well as Accor Arena which is why I was there. The room was small but it was only a place to sleep. The hairdryer had to be held in to work which was sore for your hand after a while. The lift didn’t go up to each floor- it stopped in between floors and you either went up or down to your floor so not ideal for disabled people and I nearly fell when I opened the lift door, not expecting the small stair that served as a landing.

Unfortunately there was mould on the curtains and net curtains. The bathroom was tiny and cramped for showering and using the toilet. It also had a continuous odour of ammonia. I do feel though that we were unlucky as the hotel seemed rather pleasant and may have been just bad luck.

Eu gostei da estadia. É bem perto do metrô, tem opções de restaurantes próximos, o quarto estava bem limpo e é bem espaçoso.

The room would have been very fine -though not perfectly cleaned, as was obvious seeing that one thrash bin had not been emptied, and also little debris on the floor- byut the real problem is that at 5 or 6 am the own staff inside the hotel is quite noisy cleaning, receiving delivery, setting the breakfast room, and according to what the desinterested night employee told me, doing laundry (so pushing noisy cartwheel)... Regrettable for what could be a very decent accomodation.

Bon petit hôtel. Très propre. Insonorisation très moyenne. Pas possible de faire le noir dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner très correct

Allt var ok. Rummet lite trångt liksom hela hotellet. I frukostrummet kom vi verkligen varandra nära. Personalen var underbar.

Rooms are small but that seems to be the norm. McDonald’s and a great pizza place is down the street. You can refill your water downstairs which was great. Overall this was a good experience for my wife and I.

Hôtel bien situé près des transports en commun, restos, parcs, activités et plus encore. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont petites mais typique de Paris cependant, les chambres donnant sur la rue sont bruyantes. En général c’est un bon hôtel à bon prix pour quelques jours.

Comfy beds and pillows, air conditioning and blackout blinds! All the things a traveler needs when adjusting to a new time zone or temperature. Our stay was very pleasant. Staff was nice and welcoming and the room was very clean. We would stay again!

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Rooms have everything and are clean. The only issue is you can hear people walking around above you and up / down the stairs which woke me up every morning. Area outside has a few stops and a Metro station within 5 minutes walk.

My mom, myself and my 10 year old daughter stayed here this past week. Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted by a curt woman. After waiting my turn to be acknowledge for check-in, I said,”checking-in” and the woman at the desk was not nice and said in a terse tone, “I asked what your name was!” Our room was a double bed and seemed clean. It was a nice location out in the courtyard of the hotel next to the dining room. There was no fridge or microwave in our room. It wasn’t until we had been there about 3 days that my mom noticed a fridge and a microwave in the luggage space of the lobby. We were sitting in the lobby in the mornings to have coffee and not disturb my sleeping daughter. It would have been nice to have been told this information upon check-in. There is a large dining room where breakfast is served that is a common space for guests, or so it appeared. Each evening we would have dinner together just the three of us with food we had bought at the market nearby. This was a nice benefit until one of the women on staff with longer and black straight hair noticed we were dining together and told us the room is closed. This was a surprise to us since the room is open with no closed sign and for the past 3 nights we had done this and the other staff didn’t seem to care. This women appeared to be watching us from then on and we felt very unwelcome. There were three extremely nice staff members. A woman with black hair pulled up, the night porter and breakfast staff.

The Hotel was perfect for us! 2 minutes from the metro station and surrounded by businesses all around. There was a pop up market on Sunday right outside our door! Staff were incredibly nice, friendly and helpful! Would stay here again!!

Geen sleutel van de kamer. Personeel moest steeds mee naar boven om de deur open te doen. Safe op kamer werkte niet. Twee ochtenden geen warm water. Laatste dag geen handdoeken. Personeel was wel heel vriendelijk.

The hotel sent us a survey before we got there which I thought was great. We filled it in and added breakfast to our stay. Upon arrival they did not have us down for breakfast. After a while we managed to sort it out. Loose tiles in the bathroom. No safe or fridge in the room. At breakfast the dining room was very small and cramped. Limited options of food and no toaster, quite disappointing for €12 each.

Lovely little hotel and the service is impeccable! All the staff were amazingly friendly and hospitable. Very slightly dated in some areas but also very Parisian so more than acceptable. The reception staff were amazing and accommodating.

I had a great time. The front desk staff were all so helpful an super efficient. However, I was dissappointed that my room wasn't cleaned troughout my stay. On the second day, the cleaner had knocked and I told here we were getting dressed to head out and that she could come back in 30 mis to clean. When we got back at night, the room was exactly the same as we left it. On the third day, we had to place the 'clean my room card' on the door. Yet, it wasn't still cleaned.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit typisch kleinen Zimmern. Das Personal war jedoch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Metro ist nur 2 min entfernt und sehr gut erreichbar.

War ok. Einmal wurde das Zimmer nicht geputzt. Etwas weit weg vom touristischen Zentrum von Paris. Restaurants in der Nähe

Kleines Hotel in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut. Es befinden sich einige kleine Lokale in den man gut essen kann. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel buchen

Simple, clean rooms which are affordable for those on a budget, friendly staff, a working elevator. Not far from Gare Bercy. What more do you need.

It is a very quiet place, very comfortabel. Sweet people. Want to come back soon! Perfect location also, metro on walking distance.
