Sonesta Essential Indianapolis Airport

It was a restful stay with a good breakfast and great staff. I would stay there again.

Everything was great! The lobby and dining area were very clean and up-to-date… The rooms however, are a bit outdated and the furniture is old… I had a drawer from the dresser that kept rolling out… The light above the sink went out on my second day and the tub didn't drain very well… That was a king size room… Don't know about the other others, but I'm sure each room could use a very good update… And the pool is not heated. It's freezing lol they told me it was because the room was hot, but I don't buy it. I think they're just too cheap to turn the heat up… Anyways, it was good for the value and the location was great and it was quiet and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

My stay here was good... check-in was a breeze and all the staff including housekeeping were very nice! I didn't get a chance to try out the morning breakfast, but it smelled good! The room I stayed in was a king room and it was very outdated and one of the dresser drawers kept rolling out… The furniture looked very old but functional. The bed was very uncomfortable and you could tell the mattress needs to be replaced. The sink is not in the bathroom. It's outside of it and the light went out on me my third day I stayed there I believe… Again everything was clean just outdated. Also, they claimed to have a heated pool, but it was freezing! They told me it was because the pool room was very warm and it took the pool a long time to heat which I don't believe but who knows! So if you wanna swim, I hope you like freezing cold water Lol the surrounding area was very quiet and there are restaurants and gas stations literally across the street that made it convenient. Overall, I would stay again, but just remember the rooms aren't the Hilton lol

Our room had no heat and it wouldn’t turn off so it blew cold air all night. Pool was freezing too. Other than that it was a good stay. Just very cold!

Room was dirty (peanut butter cracker wrapper and crumbs all over under couch cushion , greasy handprints on headboard, and hairs in the nightstand drawer); The lounge or bar that was advertised was never open and appeared to be a storage area now; The hot tub has been filled in and the sauna is not operational; Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly enough; Place has definitely not been kept up very well
